• Jonas (8/5): Goed verblijf in proper appartement met uitstekende ligging - Mooi proper ingericht appartement. Goede locatie dicht bij het strand en supermarkt. vlotte communicatie met de host. Jammer dat niet alles is aangevuld in de keuken . Standaard zaken zoals afwasmiddel, tabletjes vaatwasmachine, koffiecapsules enz zijn in kleine dosissen aanwezig.
• Nelie (9/5): Geweldig appartement om te verblijven. - Prachtig en schoon appartement. Fijne bank, goede douche en heerlijke bedden. Alles was aanwezig. Dichtbij strand en centrum. Voor herhaling vatbaar. Geen gratis parkeergelegenheid in de nabije omgeving. Ben je daar bewust van wanneer je dit appartement boekt. Gratis parkeren in de directe omgeving is een uitdaging. Uiteindelijk hebben wij voor een hele week een plaats gereserveerd in een parkeergarage. Geen ramp , maar ben jezelf bewust dat dit extra kosten met zich meebrengt.

• Arian (9/5): - Prachtig appartement Alles is aanwezig en schoon Zeer goed ontvangen en alles was goed uitgelegd. Echt een aanrader
• Del Calzo (8/5): 2 nuits en famille - Rien à dire au niveau du logement, très beau, très propre et très bien situé. Equipement ok. Attention supplément pour linge de lit et serviettes ( on a pas pris car trop cher pour 2 nuits) Pour obtenir les clefs, communication compliquée si on ne parle pas neerlandais ou anglais. L'hôte est venu finalement jusqu'à l'apparetement mais au début j'ai eu peur d'une arnaque car j'ai dû envoyé ma preuve de paiement de la caution car j'avais réservé 1 jour avant et l'hôte insistait par message, je n'avais pas les coordonnées pour le virement juste 1 montant et 1 numero de compte (300€ pour 2 nuits). Cette situation m'a mise mal à l'aise. J'ai dû communiqué par message pendant 30 min devant la porte avec ma maman et mes 2 enfants.... bon finalement, une fois la preuve envoyée, il est venu 20min plus tard pour m'apporter les clefs et faire le tour de l'appartement. Pour récupérer ma caution j'ai dû attendre une dizaine de jour après message de rappel. Un peu compliqué pour 2 nuits.

• Joeri (8/5): - Fijn en schoon appartement. Alles ziet er netjes uit en is qua locatie ook goed gelegen. Er was slechts één rol toiletpapier aanwezig; dit had wat meer mogen zijn, zeker wanneer je met meerdere personen verblijft. Daarnaast stond vermeld dat beddengoed en handdoeken inbegrepen waren, maar achteraf bleek dat deze tegen betaling verstrekt werden en dus niet in de prijs waren opgenomen.
• claesen (7/5): - Het was mooi en ruim appartement Er was maar in 1 kamer plaats om u kleren te leggen de andere kamer stond wel een mooie kast maar die was enkel voor decoratie
• Ilse (8/5): - super leuk en tof appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. De kinderkamer had een slechte matras, veel lawaai van meeuwen en vogels.

• Marinda (8/5): It really is a lovely apartment and within walking distance to the beach and the shops. Pity about the unfriendly neighb - The apartment is close to the beach, there is a Carrefour within walking distance for your grocery shopping, and the TV has streaming enabled. It’s clean, with good quality furnishings and equipment. There are curtains in the living room to allow some privacy from the neighbours across the street. Just as we arrived with our excited 12 year old chatting away, lugging our heavy suitcases up the stairs, we were accosted by a very unfriendly neighbour telling us to stop making noise and calling us stupid tourists and threatening to call the police on us. The front door to the apartment sticks at times so it makes a noise when you open and close it. This neighbour complained again telling us we were banging the doors. We were walking on eggshells our entire stay. Our small dog barked once or twice at the seagulls (who makes a lot more noise than us) and he accosted my children on the stairs telling them to keep the dog quiet or he will call the police on them. My son was panicking for the rest of our stay.
• Tobias (9/5): Nice clean apartment in central Oostende, close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants - Location, spacious light apartment, 3 min walk to the beach, easy contact with the landlord, cheap parking within 5 min walk Minor thing but some basic kitchen gear like a bread knife, pepper, salt was not available.

• Kelly (1/5): A real disappointment, lack of professionalism and waste of money, run away ! - spacious and clean apartment : too bad that the owner (Georgi Glurdzjidze) is not professional ! We had to complain to Booking about our warranty because we haven't heard from him since our return. Beware of him... The apartment looked very nice on the photos but it is full of hidden flaws when you are inside. The first and most disturbing, there is no curtains in the living room, the neighbors are watching you as they want. No privacy... The apartment is renovated and yet we simply turned the key in the door and it got stuck ! We called a locksmith and the owner let us wait for him for 3 hours without giving any further news ! Is this a professional attitude, Georgi ? The locksmith himself said that we had nothing to do with it and that the door was really too old. We have traveled around the world, been to many hotels and this is the first time this has happened to us. Cherry on the cake, day of departure, Georgi told us he would come, so we waited 50 minutes downstairs for him to pick up the keys, he NEVER came and we haven't heard from him since that day ! Unbelievable ! His phone was simply off ! Is this a professional attitude, Georgi ? The fact that I am a 6 months pregnant woman does not affected him at all, it is to believe that we are only wallets in his eyes ! Brief, run away from this lack of humanity and go elsewhere ! Neither this apartment nor the owner has the slightest interest unless you want to waste your money.
