Lžou mi, že ji pošlou a potom co si nechali zaplatit poštovné za její doručení, mi po 12 dnech tvrdí, že je ztracená. Naprosto neprofesionální přístup, který nelze omluvit.

• shay (7/5): - הכל מתוכנן מאוד יפה וקל לתפעול, יש חוסר מאוד משמעותי באיש תפעול בבנין, אצלינו הייתה הזעקת שריפה, הגיעו משטרות ומכבי אש לפני שהיה מישהו מטעם בית המלון שבא לנטרל את הזעקת השווא, בזמן שאנחנו מחכים מחוץ למלון, הטלוויזיה לא התחברה לפי ההוראות מהאתר, והאינטרנט לא עובד ביומיים הראשונים, תקלות פשוטות שניתן היה לסדר עם מענה אנושי מינימלי.

Kitchen was VERY WELL EQUIPPED. Closets and storage were adequate but not generous. Very clean and quiet. Several groceries within a short walk. Ubahn less than a block. Wonderful neighborhood vibe. Entrance was confusing, at midnight and having traveled for 20 hours. Elevators quit working at the worst possible moment, on Easter Monday while we were going to depart. Then, no one to help. The guy from the Cafe tried. Furnishings in the room could have been a little nicer and just more. An upholstered chair besides the sofa. Desk area needed a chair. Dining table was damaged. Closets were hard to open due to damaged door parts. Small complaints except for the elevators and problems getting in.

Room ventilation could be better, room was humid after shower especially. Our TV chromecast was unfortunately not working and noone could fix it during our 3-4day stay. The desk was unstable and was tipping over.

• Karim (5/5): unpersönlich nüchtern erholsam - die Gestaltung der Zimmer ist schön! Die Materialien sind ansprechend und es ist sehr sauber. Das Personal, wenn man denn welches findet ist sehr freundlich. Es wird im Vorhinein kaum sichtbar gemacht, dass es sich um ein komplett kontaktloses Hotel handelt. Es ist völlig anonym und es findet keinerlei Kontakt zu irgendwem statt. Wenn man etwas braucht spricht man über Messenger mit einer KI. Das ist einfach traurig und hat mit "zu Gast sein" einfach nichts zu tun.
• Elizabeth (8/5): An excellent hotel, good value for money and well located. - The location is good - right next to the U2 line in Norlendorf Platz for trains to Potsdamer Platz. Close to the gay area if that is your thing. Some good restaurants nearby plus a Lidl for grocery purchases. My room had a microwave which allowed me to cook a meal one evening when I decided to stay in. The room was not changed at all during the week I was there. I had no problem with the bed linen not being changed but I would have liked the towels to be changed at least once.

Me gustó que todo fuera sin llaves. La limpieza era buena. Moderno, con buena ducha y buena cocina. Dos de las tres almohadas tenían poco relleno. Lo que no me gustó es que había bichitos de estos aplastados que salen por el desagüe. Eso deslució toda la estancia. Deberían poner remedio a eso.

В самом отеле классный дизайн номера, шикарная кровать, есть все: приборы, разные тарелки, микроволновка, чайник и кофемашина, шампуни-гели. Очень удобно, что у разных зон есть отдельное освещение, в целом все продумано. Тема с приложением, через которое все делается и открываются двери — тоже топ. Все отлично Из мелких замечаний: не хватало тапочек, пол все-таки прохладный И для тех, кто едет не один, очень важно: у душевой нет отдельной стены, она в каком-то смысле внутри комнаты

• Arnold (7/5): Goed verblijf in modern hotel, maar slapen onmogelijk door ligging - De locatie was top, de kamer was schoon en ruim. Heerlijke douche. Digitale en moderne incheck. Heel praktisch allemaal. De ligging van de kamer (eerste verdieping vlak naast de U-Bahn halte) leidde tot veel geluidsoverlast van buiten. Ik zal daardoor hier nooit meer een kamer boeken. Verder bleek er een klein gaatje in een dekbed te zitten waardoor overal steeds dons rondvloog door de kamer (en dit lag ook onder het bed trouwens.) Jammer, want het hotel was verder prima.

Unser Zimmer wurde anderweitig vergeben warum haben wir nicht erfahren. Da wir 3 Nächte dort waren konnten wir zwar am Tag 2 auf unser gebuchtes Zimmer umziehen aber nur weil wir auf booking gesehen haben dass es frei war und wir uns aktiv darum gekümmert haben. Auf Email bekommt man erst zu spät Rückmeldung, auf.whats app ist es eine KI die kann nicht helfen. Als ich nach langem suchen eine Telefonnummer gefunden hatte ging alles schnell und reibungslos. Wir konnte dann umziehen. Einen Rabatt für die erste Nacht habe ich heute noch nicht 😬
• Tanja (5/5): Durchwachsen - Das Zimmer war schön groß und die Lage ist super Es stört, dass man einen Pincode 3 mal eingeben muss, um vom Eingang in sein Zimmer zu kommen. Zudem ist der Haupteingang auch laut zu übersehen und man hat keine Rezeption an die man sich wenden kann. Auf den Bildern ist eine Dachterasse zu sehen, welche jedoch nur zu den obersten Apartment gehört und nicht frei zugänglich ist. Das Frühstück ist für den Preis sehr mager und manchmal fehlen auch Dinge (wie die Gabeln um sich Wurst und Käse von der Platte zu nehmen). In meinem Appartement war die Steckdose für die Mikrowelle außer Betrieb und der Duschkopf für die Regendusche hat nicht wirklich funktioniert.

• Orsolya (3/5): Awful. - The room was spacious, with a very high ceiling on the first floor, and there was no heating at all (it was 15 C in the room as arrived and tried to turn on heating). I messaged the property, they were responsive, but the heating did not work. They sent someone, while I was away, which resulted in the thermometer working, but having a 17 C maximum, and I found a small heater in the room, which was loud and with such a high ceiling, the warmth lasted for 1 hour maximum.

• Jürgen (8/5): Ein Hauch von New York - U-Bahn fährt direkt am Bett vorbei - Zentralste Lage im Nollendorfkiez. Softclose WC Deckel. Fußbodenheizung im Bad. Normaler Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Tolles Lichtkonzept, beschilderte Lichtschalter, Licht dimmt sich aus. 2 Aufzüge im Objekt. Hohe Decken. Und das "offene Bad" hat halt keine Türe, kann aber durch Schiebetüre teils vom Bett getrennt werden. WC ist ein fester Raum mit Tür. Gute Vorhänge, leichtgängig und absolut dunkel, auch mit Gardine gegen Blicke von der Straße U2 (bzw die anderen, wenn sie wieder fahren) 50m quer über die Starße, 4 Busse fast vor der Türe. Sehr abwechslungsreicher Blick aus dem großen, tiefen Fenster. Hoffentlcih funktioniert das im Sommer mit der Verdunkelung und Klimaanlage... Durch die Händyrate bei booking hier auch billiger als als registriertes Mitglied bei Numa... Es gibt 2 "große Glastüren" als Eingang. Bei der ersten (Klarglas) von der U-Bahn aus steckt man dann hilflos in der Schleuse fest. Telefonisch niemand zu erreichen! Man muß den Eingang mit Nummernpad auf der LINKEN Seite nutzen. Hilfreich wäre den Eingang (Milchglasscheibe!) auch mit EINGANG zu beschriften. Wenn man begriffen hat, dass die 2. Türe der Schleuse der "Nebeneingang" ist, kann man alle Türen per App öffnen falls man scih den Code nicht merken will und ihn auch nicht 3x eingeben will. Bei den Matratzen spürt man die Federn, sind sehr dünn, wenig komfortabel. Kein Leselicht am Bett. Fernseher ist zwar groß und gut, leider falsch eingestellt und die Fernbedienung wirft keine Senderliste oder Menü o.ä. aus. Sehr nervig, wenn man die ganzen Sender durchzappen muß und jeder zweite Sender nur Radio ist. Man kann ARD z.B. auch nicht direkt anspringen. Aber wem soll man es zu Ostern erzählen??? Die "Küche" ist für 2 Personen eher als Minstestausstattung zu verstehen. Abwaschen muß man dann "im Bad". Der Müllraum ist auch nur 1 mal ausgeschildert, Dann irrt mann im Keller halt durch die Tiefgarage um ihn zu finden. Leider keine Mülltrennung - nur "Gewerbemüll". Hätte Potential für eine volle 10 !
