• Amra (1/5): DISASTER! - Nothing! A veeeery old hotel and extremely neglected. As soon as you enter the hotel, there is a terrible smell, and it can be felt throughout the entire building. The walls are crumbling, dirty, and yellowed. The room doors are newer but do not function properly. The bed is sagging and uncomfortable, and the bedding is old and torn. The air conditioning does not work, and the room is too cold. The bathroom, in one word, is a disaster. Hygiene is a disaster. In short: A DISASTER. This cannot even be called a hotel, and I do not understand how it is even listed on Booking.com.

• Darren (1/5): Smoke alarm disabled. Exposed electrics, broken lights. No AC, cold water, broken door... - Still no refund issued 2 months later! Following my stay on 8 Sept, to 11th Sept when I checked out early due to the state of the room, I am still waiting for my refund to be issued. Customer Representatives at Booking.com say they are still waiting for you (TEPE Hotel) to contact them and confirm this refund. It has been over 3 weeks now. Please respond. Smoke alarm disabled and fully sealed with masking tape. In the bathroom: Black mold, broken graffiti'd bathroom window. Exposed electrics. Missing a shower door for some reason. No hot water. Broken soap dish in shower with remaining jagged shard a serious stabbing risk if you bump into it. Broken / missing shower head holder. Flooring throughout was completely broken, laminate flooring possibly laid at some point has worn through, failed at all the joints. Pin nails protruding through flooring at bathroom threshold, which you can't see because the flooring has disintegrated, as laminate flooring tends to do after being repeatedly exposed to water.... Air Conditioning: did not work on my arrival. The weather was topping out at 37C, 36C at points during my stay. After letting the receptionist know, she said someone would be there within the hour to fix it. Upon my return some hours later, it did work, after a few minutes, and cooled the room down to an bearable temperature within an hour. The air conditioning unit had obviously not been cleaned for quite some time. See pictures... My door was broken, and the frame filled with expanding foam, plaster missing, and a clear view of the hallway outside my room could be had underneath the door. Had to used a rolled up towel to block cigarette smoke and noise from other guests. Actually, the towels themselves, were not bad ;-) Furniture such as table, chair, were generally in a sorry state and in need of replacement. Curtains did not stretch the full width of the window. So you could have privacy one side of the bed if you pulled the curtain a good six inches to the right of the window. But then if you forgot about that, you were at risk of flashing to the neighbours on exiting the bathroom. You could pull the curtain the other way to get privacy when exiting the bathroom, but then vice versa when getting out of bed or changing clothes etc on the other side.

• Rufat (8/5): Обязательно в каждый номер поставить холодильник и добавить плиту и посуду! Как это показано на всех фото! - Удобство расположения. В принципе было чисто. Самый большой минус - это то что на всех фото при просмотре отеля в номерах были мини кухни! В итоге нет плиты в номере и нет холодильника! Хотя место в номере позволяет у тановить мини плиту и холодильник! Я считаю наличие маленького холодильника обязательно. Чайник принесли после того как попросил… Розеткой около кроватей нет! Только на противоположной стороне где телевизор.

• Zac (8/5): I ended up staying here for around 10 days, it was the best value around that area for how big the rooms are and the fac - Fast internet, a desk to do some work at, clean feel to the room, cold air conditioner, safe premises, close to bus stop, 5 min walk to the ocean cliffs. No lift so I had to carry my 30kg up 2 flights of stairs. Shower wasn’t very hot

Учитывая что стоимость отеля средняя, можно было бы постараться хоть немного освежить отель сдел - Кроме того что отель был в нужном мне месте, ничего не понравилось Отель старый, двери открываются с шумом, под входной дверью огромная щель через которую слышно все что происходит в коридоре и в других номерах. Все очень старое, в номере и из коридора идет не приятный запах. В номере нет никаких бытовых приборов, ни чайника, ни утюга, ни холодильника, ни шкафчика для вещей. Код от вайфай нигде не был указан. Когда я вернулся в рецепшн чтобы спросить код от вайфай (в 1 ночи) мужчина уже уснул на диване. Будить конечно я не стал. Телевизор работал с перебоями и только ютуб.

• HASAN SAYGIN (5/5): - L'emplacement proche de l'aéroport. La gentillesse de l'accueil. La dame a été très charmante et notre demande pour 2 taxis tôt le matin très bien gérée. Merci à elle ainsi qu'au gardien de nuit. L'absence de propreté : toilettes remplis avec la chasse non tirée..... l'odeur de cigarettes importante et dérangeante, les détecteurs de fumée bouchés par du scotch !!! la climatisation moribonde et au démarrage poussif, des fils electriques qui pendent, l'enduit des murs se décolle, les prises électriques insuffisantes pour recharger son téléphone etc....

• Olga (4/5): - Расположение рядом с остановкой автобуса. Удобная кровать. Веранда. Кондиционер. Нет крючков в туалете, чтобы повесить полотенце, нет мусорного ведра в туалете. Нет коврика в душе, при том, что пол скользкий, пришлось положить на пол полотенце. В НОМЕРЕ ВИДЕЛИ ТАРАКАНА!!!

• Biljana (1/5): This is not hotel this is a shelter. Run away. - I am visiting Turkey last 30 years, from Edrine to Kapadokia, from Izmir to Antalya. Specially Antalya 2 - 3 times per year. Last seven year I have celebrated every New Year in Antalya. Antalya is my second home. I have never been in worst hotel in Turkey. I choose this hotel only because of good location. Only positive thing was that receptionist put my cheese in refrigerator because you don’t have it in the room in Antalya on 40+ degrees. Very very dirty, no fridge, no coffee pot, no terrace. Everything. Sea pictures below. I will put them on my blog as example how it looks when someone doesn’t care about his job and guests.

Énorme odeur de cigarette dans la chambre car coin fumeur dedans. Il y a également une odeur d'eaux usées omniprésente tout le temps, c'est dommage.
