Andrew (10/5): The location was perfect, with train stations, 7-Eleven, and plenty of restaurants all within easy walking distance. The - Modern, very clean hotel with spacious rooms and an amazing bathroom. The bath was a real highlight and perfect for relaxing. We stayed on the 11th floor and loved the large-screen TV. The rooftop bar was amazing, breakfast was excellent, and happy hour was a great bonus. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it. The laundry facilities on Level 4 could be improved. The dryer wasn’t working properly, so we ended up having to hang our clothes around the room to dry, which wasn’t ideal. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

The only slight critique I would make is that the beds and sheets were not as comfortable as many other hotels (i.e., too firm for our tastes and somewhat rough texture sheets).

Agata (9/5): - Pobyt w hotelu wspominam bardzo dobrze. Hotel jest nowoczesny i ma przyjemną atmosferę. Lokalizacja była wygodna — blisko metra, dzięki czemu łatwo można było poruszać się po Osaka. Pokój był standardowy jak na japońskie warunki, czysty i dobrze wyposażony, a wszystkie udogodnienia były na odpowiednim poziomie. Na duży plus zasługuje wspólna przestrzeń dla gości, gdzie można napić się kawy lub herbaty — bardzo miły dodatek po całym dniu zwiedzania. Personel był bardzo pomocny i uprzejmy.
Gerrit (8/5): - Sehr gut Lage für uns. Nahe der U-Bahn. Alle Top-Ziele entweder zu Fuß oder mit der Bahn gut erreichbar von hier. Freibier frühabends 😅. Waschmaschine - zwar oft belegt, aber da wir im 4. Stock gewohnt haben, konnten wir immer wieder mal schauen und dann… waschen! Teppich in den Zimmern. Frühstück war so lala, aber dennoch „ok“.

Rose (8/5): Lively lives up to its name - The Lively was in a great part of town, super central and easy to get around on foot or subway. The staff were very helpful - especially when the air con broke down in our room and they quickly assigned us another room. The bed was too small for two people. And we could have done with more hanging space for our clothes.

Anat (5/5): - I reserved a 3 rooms, 2 dpubles and one foe single use. The only one offereeld was one named theater room. Came and got a room with a very high bed that is particularly dangerous to sleep on. I did reserve the room but as this is nothing but a standard room, unless you are aware pf tjos option yoi cant know what to expect. Tjisbis npt standard anywhere else and thus has to be clearly explained on the site. I was then told that there is onlya larger room adn I will have to upgrade and pay. I refused. After some back and forth, the hotel kindly upgraded at no cost. Male sure to clearly explain. Looking at the exoression of some of the hotel staff it was clear that this is not the first time. Thanks
Alice (8/5): Enjoyable stay - Good location, 30 minutes walk to the castle and 30 minutes walk to the main popular district in Osaka. Hotel had a fun vibe with great communal areas. Wasn’t impressed with the limited breakfast on offer.

The pool table and roof top were a nice addition also! Staff were lovely and friendly. The bed was small and not the most comfortable. Also the room was a little small. But overall good value for money!

Could not get room service some nights which would have been convenient when returning from a long day of sightseeing.

Hanno soddisfatto anche le mie esigenze (GF e vegan) abbastanza rapidamente, cosa per niente scontata in Giappone. Assolutamente consigliato. Nulla. Se posso consigliare la colazione può essere un pochino più varia e la frutta offerta non al limite del congelato.
