• Lisa (6/5): Wir waren eher enttäuscht, aber für eine Nacht schon in Ordnung - Die Lage war in Ordnung. Zentral in der Innenstadt von Cancun nahe des ADO Busbahnhofes, von dem wir am nächsten Tag zum Flughafen gefahren sind. Auch Restaurants und ein Supermarkt sind fussläufig gut erreichbar. Sonst isr in der Innenstadt von Cancun natürlich nicht so viel los wie in der Hotelzone. Das sollte einem bewusst sein. Für die Durchreise ist die Lage aber gut. Personal war freundlich und insgesamt hat uns die Einrichtung des Hotels gefallen. Trotz schön eingerichtete großer Zimmer waren wir nicht ganz zufrieden, unser Zimmer hat leider nach Abfluss gestunken. Man sollte auch wissen dass Der Pool ist in echt auf jeden Fall kleiner als auf den Fotos und auch etwas dreckig. Der poolbereich ist insgesamt klein mit wenigen liegemöglichkeiten. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist wirklich schlecht. Generell ist es in Mexiko fast überall so, dass das Frühstück a la carte ist und man sich ein Gericht auswählt. Soweit so gut, das hat uns noch nicht gestört. Hier gab es allerdings wirklich als einzige Option nur Eier in verschiedenen Varianten und es gab nicht mal Kaffee. So schlechtes Frühstück hatten wir in keiner anderen Unterkunft

• Nathalie (10/5): Wonderful room and excellent location! - I was a little skeptical, as the hotel has very diverse reviews and in some instances it was referred to as a hostel. However, when we arrived, it was clear this is not a hostel, but yet a normal hotel. The check in was smooth, staff super friendly and we were upgraded. The room we had was fantastic! Very clean, huge, with a little living room with fridge, a big bathroom with bath and shower and even a dressing. We had everything we needed (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, more than enough towels). Next to that the bed was really good with the softest sheets we had during our whole trip. The building has a very nice style and a lot of nice little corners. We didn't use the swimmingpool at the end, but it surely looked nice too. And the location was really good. We were there on a Saturday and in the evening there's a super nice atmosphere at the palapas square, which is a 5 min walk. Also plenty of restaurants close by. And if you see the price you pay... I think it was pretty cheap for what we got. I would definitely go back and recommend this place! Nothing, for us it was ideal.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Blown away by this spot. It is the perfect place if you’re looking to stay in downtown Cancun - The room was amazing, the shower was amazing, bed so comfy. So nice to have bar and restaurant on site! Pool is exactly as you see in photos. Nothing. It was exceptional.

Mi habitación era grande y espaciosa perfectamente decorada y con una preciosa bañera en el balcón lo cual es un plus muy agradable. Todo el personal es muy amable. La comida es deliciosa. NADA

• Diana (8/5): Perfekt für die Ankunft in Cancún - Die Lage war super, konnten zu Fuß frühstücken und abends gehen. Alles um die Ecke. Auch die Bushaltestelle zum Playa Delphina war nicht weit weg. Die Poollandschaft ist super süß gemacht, und das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Im Zimmer war es sehr dunkel, was uns aber nicht gestört hat, weil wir tagsüber unterwegs waren. Wir haben allerdings Lampen am Bett vermisst. Außerdem Vorsicht beim Geldabheben im Hotel, haben 40€ Gebühren bezahlt und es erst auf der Abrechnung gesehen.

Un petit oasis dans la ville. Malheureusement dans notre chambre, la Clim fuitait beaucoup dès qu’on la mettait en marche. Problème de pression de l’eau chaude. Chambre pas du tout insonorisée. Rien de très grave pour un séjour de 2 nuits.

El hotel es el sitio ideal si lo que buscas es desconectar y descansar de verdad; tiene una paz que se agradece muchísimo. ​Lo que más nos gustó fue la comida de los restaurantes, todo riquísimo, y la zona de la piscina, que es simplemente espectacular. La habitación nos encantó: estaba impecable y decorada con mucho gusto, se nota que cuidan cada detalle de las instalaciones. Pero, sin duda, lo mejor es el trato del personal; son súper amables y están siempre disponibles para lo que necesites.

La habitación me sorprendió para bien porque es enorme y estaba impecable, de esas que se nota que limpian a fondo. ​En general, todas las instalaciones están súper bien cuidadas, se ve que le meten ganas al mantenimiento. Pero lo mejor, sin duda, es el equipo. Mención aparte para Chavely en recepción, súper amable y siempre dispuesta a echarte una mano con lo que necesites. Da gusto que te atiendan así, te hace sentir como en casa. ¡Repetiría seguro!"

• Sandra (10/5): - Das Zimmer war sehr atemberaubend. Wunderschöne Badewanne. Pool war sehr schön. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der Kaffee im Nachbarladen Ando. Balkon war noch nicht fertiggestellt.

• Jennifer (10/5): Beautiful Hotel with the most amazing staff - Mezcal Hotel was probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The location is so perfect if you’re trying to stay downtown (honestly highly recommend over the hotel zone anyways), with a lot of really good restaurants and activities to do nearby. The room itself was exceptional, so much space, it was like we had our own apartment. The staff were so lovely and hospitable, notably Adrian, who made it feel as if we were visiting a family friend, so thank you Adrian :) We will definitely be staying here again.
• Eva (6/5): - Hotel très bien décoré avec deux restaurants en bas. Nous avons testé le restaurant "Los compare" qui était excellent. Petit coin à côté de la piscine pour se détendre l'après-midi très sympa. Nous avons passé 2x1 nuit dans cet hôtel. La 1ère fois nous étions dans la chambre Jack Daniel et c'était parfait mais la 2ème fois nous étions dans la chambre Heineken et c'était une mauvaise experience : pas de pression dans la douche et pas d'eau chaude, salle de bain très petite mais surtout nous avons quasi pas dormi de la nuit à cause des portes qui claques et des gens qui parle fort.

• Olender (9/5): - The hotel is really clean, lovely, friendly staff and definitely worth what we paid. Great location and staff. Especially in the restaurants that are placed in the hotel. We loved that we had so many fresh and clean towels and beds are super comfortable. We would stay again. The only thing I think could improve is our room absorbed a lot of noise and when the cleaner started clean very early in the morning because of the echo we could hear everything and woke up too early. The echo is a bit of the problem because you can hear people talking etc. We had a room on the ground floor. Anything else was really lovely.

• Julie (6/5): Beau endroit mais trop bruyant. - Belle chambre beau environnement Le petit déjeuner n’est pas à volonté point négatif pour nous de plus il ouvre à 8h et non 7h donc compliqué de partir en excursion tôt et avoir déjeuné avant donc vous perdez votre petit dejeuner. Le bruit !!! Gros point négatif , des 7h du matin la musique du bar est à fond impossible de ce rendormir … Pas beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner Je met la note de 6/10 à cette établissement.
