• Kay (10/5): Ein tolles, gemütliches und authentisches Apartment. - Die Lage ist fantastisch. Die Wohnung war gemütlich, sauber und man hat sich gleich wie ein Einheimischer gefühlt. Sehr viele Cafés, Restaurants und Bars in der unmittelbaren Umgebung.
• elena mento (7/5): Bella posizione - Posizione Check out alle 10, pagamento di 60 euro per 2 ore in più e, nonostante l'appartamento fosse libero anche la notte seguente non ci è stato possibile fermarci nemmeno fino alle 13 come richiesto. Divano letto non è propriamente un letto e la parte in tessuto era un po sporca.

• Αnna (7/5): The apartment would be great with minimal improvements. - Excellent Location. It’s in a quiet, safe and nice neighbourhood in a walkable distance from Regent and Oxford Street. The temperature in the apartment is ideal, also. There are many nice cafes nearby plus a convenient store which is open until midnight. The apartment was dirty. The toilet bin was full when we arrived since it hasn’t been emptied after the previous visitors check out. Plus, we had reserved for 3 persons and the bed/couch for the 3rd person has not been made. As a result, we need to contact the owners to resolve these issues. Thankfully they sent an employee asap. The apartment needs a good cleaning as there is dust on the furniture and an awful smell comes out of the fridge as soon as you open it. Some furniture needs to be replaced also. In many bathroom spots, you can see mold which is not good.
• Dong-Jo (5/5): - There was no heating ( 15c’)and sofa bed sheets were not cleaned. There were stains with hairy. We complained about it but they didn’t fix the problem. We had to move to other apartment 12 at night

• Michael (10/5): Perfection Really Exists ❤️ - The place is now my second home,I don’t think i will come to London and choose another place,I love everything about the place. The location was perfect and the rooms were clean, the internet was amazing and the beds were super comfortable. I have already recommended the place to my friends and we are planning another stay as soon as possible. I loved everything

• Yu Wei (10/5): - I was cancelled by an AirBnb host last minute, and managed to book a room at Frankie's last minute, very thankful! Everything was great, from the location, room, kitchen! I have to emphasise the location is close to posh areas in upper London, a lot of beautiful buildings and nice cafes. I would highly recommend the location. There are two separated fans in the bedroom and living room so you can easily survive in summer. Fridge comes with 4 bottles of cold water ready to drink, that was very considerate. Only thing to point out is that it is difficult to find a good temperate in the shower, it's either too warm or too cold. Also the shower window was not long enough so water is easily splashed. Other than that, we love this apartment and will come back again.

Con supermercados cerca y varios restaurantes en la misma calle, que dan vida y opciones para comer o cenar. La limpieza excelente y todo funcionaba perfectamente. La atención excelente también. Hemos estado encantados. Un acierto!

• Douglas (9/5): A gem of a place! - A great sized apartment in a vibrant area, the restaurants and cafes nearby are excellent! The wardrobe door in the bedroom didn’t shut, due to the spare bedding in it. A very very minor point!
• Carol (8/5): Great apartment in convenient location - Good location in Fitzrovia, close to lots of restaurants and bars. Well appointed apartment with pod coffee maker. Decor very pink which may not be to everyone's taste
• Vasily (10/5): Excellent, well-equipped apartment with a great location - Excellent location, historic district in the center. There are many bars, restaurants and shops nearby, but it is not noisy. Good design, modern furniture, all necessary equipment. Lots of dishes and cutlery. Comfortable bed, good wi-fi. Above all praise at a fairly reasonable price There are no adapters for electrical outlets, it would be convenient for guests from Europe.

• Pattrova (8/5): Very nice flat, badly managed - Excellent position to reach any place of interest, even during the night. We'll furnished and bright flat. Absence of the owner/manager: the place felt like it was managed by an agency that only responds with automatic messages and doesn't actually solve problems. The shower was unusable, the phone line didn’t work, and the bathtub floor was dangerously slippery. We reported the issues several times, but no one took action. The kitchen equipment and the chairs were only for three people, although the apartment was rented for four. It's a shame, because the place could have been very nice

• Jeanette (8/5): Great value for money. Really clean and everything you need - Lovely and clean. Bedroom at back so it was nice and quiet. Welcome biscuits, coffee, tea etc. Easy to access just contact Frankie for codes to door. He keeps in touch all the time to see if you’re ok. Bed seemed a bit small, and very bouncy but not a big issue for a short stay.
