Gustavo (4/5): - Localização. Facilidade de acesso. Forte cheiro de esgoto/madeira da cobertura. Casa de pombos no teto fazendo muito barulho durante todo o dia e madrugadas. Jacuzzi com vazamento. Ralo do box do banheiro alto impedindo o escoamento total da água.
