If you need more information or queries about jeju, Better to choose other - Great value The service desk person or receptionist would be wonderful if they have more knowledge about the area. The guy did not have any clue about the shops around. He seems more new than the visitors.
- May May (8/5): - The toilet is split into wet and dry zone. So a group using the room can split their bathing, brushing and toilet without obstructing each other. The only bad things is there is no blind and door when someone walk pass the washing area to go to the toilet. If there’s a blind in between it will be perfect as the person who bath needs to come out to wear their clothes due to no hanger and no space inside the cubicle. Other than that everything is good.

- PhuiH1 (8/5): Reasonable hotel in the heart of the city - We booked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport. This was our last day in Jeju. The rooms are bigger than expected and very comfortable beds. The bathroom design is slightly out of the norm with no door at the sink. Coming out from shower to dress up will be in view of your other family members if they happened to swing by. There is an outdoor parking available behind the hotel. We used it for a short while after checking in as we are supposed to be returning our car rental that evening. Overall satisfied with the hotel except for the bathroom design.

- Jing (8/5): Very good - The location is god damn good. You can find CU, 7-11, Fried chicken, and so many local restaurants in 15 minutes walking. There's a big croach in our room ... And before we start air condition, maybe thats why, the air full of stagnant smell. I think they should open door to let fresh air in sometimes.

- Sisi (7/5): Good - Comfortable beds and good location. Front desk staff could be a bit more helpful especially to foreigners who don't know the area. They couldn't assist in booking us a taxi and told us to stand on the road and wave one down. Or direct us to the nearest laundromat. Restaurant and convenience store on level was 2 was sad looking. Shelves had barely any product on it. I would visit Jeju again but I won't be staying here again.

- Ameliah (6/5): Pleasant - Location was good and near the airport The housekeeping could be better. The floors were not vacuumed daily despite changing the sheets and towels daily. There was no hooks in the shower area. The toilet bowl was in a separate room with no ventilation and bidet. There was a fire alarm activated but the announcement could not be heard in the room and is a safety concern. The lifts were also still functioning when the fire alarm was activated. There was also no follow up announcements on the false fire alarm after the first announcement. This would fail any fire safety audit.

- Para (8/5): Hotel for foodies - The location is good. Near bus stop and many restaurants nearby. Duty Free, Emart, Lotte Mart are just few minutes walk away. The view outside is very nice. There is no tea bag or instant coffee powder offered. Only 2 bottles of water.

- Williatte (8/5): Really enjoyable stay for a few nights ! - I liked the space in the room and the quality of the beds. The shower was also quite nice. It's easy to get there from the airport and the area has multiple nice restaurants nearby. The breakfast could have been improved a little, the non-savory part isn't really extensive, the hot drinks machine was sometimes out of order and the food was started to get taken back into the kitchen before the scheduled end of the breakfast.

If you drive a sedan and need to be using the car lift, and you are in a hurry it might be annoying. It took us 40mins to get our car. We were late for our go karting.

We are lucky we parked in front and told the staff that we need to catch a flight and do not trust the car lift. We were here before and took us 40minutes to get our car. Front parking is only for SUV and we have a sedan. Staff is good to oblige to our request.

- Victor (5/5): Looks far better on the website than it actually is but luckily it was clean enough - It was easy enough to get to the hotel from the airport via taxi. The taxi was also cheap. The location of the hotel was ok though away from the centre of Jeju and the bed sheets were clean and changed daily. The building from the outside is really unimpressive. In no way is the building aethestically pleasing and nor are the rooms. They are dimly lit and have very dark features such as the carpets and cupboards. All in all not that impressed with the experience but at the very least the beds were clean enough.

- MonteBurns (8/5): It’s an okay hotel in the city center. Close to the Grand Hyatt Dream Tower - We got into Jeju Island kinda late and needed a decent place to stay for a night. When we arrived check in was easy. Showed the clerk my passport and he handed me a key. Everything was ready. The room was pretty basic but functional. Two beds. One large and one small. Tv on the wall with about 250 channels. Safe. Little fridge with 2 bottles of water. A kettle. Shower had a large bottle of body wash with a real good scent. Shampoo and conditioner. No toothbrush so bring your own. There’s a bus stop right in front. Bus 315,316,466. CU convenience store close by and a 7/11 across the street. Many restaurants around the corner and all around. McDonald’s down the block. And a Lottle Mart and E Mart supermarket within walking distance. There’s also a Shilla duty free mall up the block. The hotel is acceptable when it comes to short term or long term. Note there is no real luggage storage. The have a space with a rope in the lobby where you can leave your luggage but it’s not secure or monitored. Also note their policy is strict of check in at 3 pm. They wouldn’t give us a key on our second stay when we arrived at 2:30pm. A taxi ride from the airport is about 5.000 won.

- Xintao (4/5): Just a normal hotel, don’t get your expectation so high - Clean, and location is good I don’t understand why this hotel’s rating is so high, I mean this is just some normal hotel anywhere you can find. Especially after waiting taxi for 45 mins in heavy rain and I asked staff to see if she can get a cab for us, short answer I got is we don’t have this service. When we leave Jeju to the airport, the second hotel’s staff asked us do we have trouble getting taxi and he can help us to call, in a big sunshine afternoon. See the irony?
- Nazif (4/5): Decent rooms, terrible staff - Clean rooms Staff were horrendous and not interested in helping guests at all. From check in staff told me to tag our own bags for safekeeping while they prepare the room. Then when I asked them to call me a taxi they said they didn’t offer this service. The room itself was clean but the bathroom shower didn’t have a door. So this led to some uncomfortable times with my friends especially since one was female.
- Xadriona (1/5): Do Not Stay Here - The hotel is clean and in a good location. The current front desk staff are destructive to the hotel's hospitality image. Foreigners DO NOT stay here. I asked for help contacting a taxi and printing off my boarding pass for my flight, and they would not help. The front desk staff said it is not their job to do so. Also, do not think you will be able to check in before 3pm. Even if it's 2:50 and your room is ready they will not let you check in.

- hisung (6/5): - 체크인하고 들어갔는데 담배냄새가 진동을 ㅡㅡ;;; 옆방으로 바꿔줘서 잤는데 대실을 해주는것같기도하고 담배냄새 쩔어있었습니다 그방만 그런건지 싶었고 제주도에 호텔이 남아도니 재방문은 크게 생각없네요 EV6 렌트했는데 전기차라 그런지 주차를 호텔에 못하고 걸어서 5분정도 거리에 아이파킹 주차장에 주차했고 주차비는 호텔에서 정산해줬습니다.

The room lacked basic supplies like toothpaste, toothbrushes, and perhaps bathrobes, we were told we had to buy our own toothpaste when we asked. Its the first time I stayed at a hotel in Jeju that didn't provide such. Furthermore the bathroom was too tiny. For someone as tall as I am, I had a couple of accidents mistakenly hitting the wall while taking a shower. This is because the space is too cramped up.

- Lam (7/5): Great room, poor service - The hotel was very clean and located very close to the airport which was convenient. The room was spacious and had a good amount of amenities. The staff there were pretty rude (only the male staff there was nice and polite), weren't friendly or helpful at all. The rooms also aren't very sound proof and you can hear other guests walking around and talking loudly.

- jywee1630 (8/5): Nice stay with minor issues - Stayed in this hotel which was included in a group tour. Room was ok and clean with a double bed and single bed. Toilet and shower is separate in very tiny areas. Shower room door also cannot be locked. Sink is outside the shower room. We also had issues trying to control the room temperature which felt hot and stuffy. Breakfast was nice with good choices.

- Kim (5/5): Would nog stay here again, but rooms are okay. Price - quality was high. - The room was big and comfortable beds. They cleaned the room nicely every day. The first room we had smelled like someone smoked in there, so be aware eventhough it’s a non smoking hotel. But it was no problem to change rooms. It was convenient that the bus station was in the near. The people at the hotel didn’t speak good English, so it was hard to communicate. Also they didn’t even botter to help us when we asked where we could rent a car. No nice restaurants (as far as we’ve seen) in the area. Not really anything nice to do in the area.

On my first day, I left my bag in the taxi then the reception girl was so friendly and patient, she tried to contact the driver many times; eventually I got my bag back, thank you 😊 I felt grateful and had the best experience when I live there.

The toilet is separate with shower, different with other hotel. Cleaner auntie is friendly, do cleaning every day. Location is near emart, lotte duty free mall, nearby have many food ,cafe .recommend it. Stay 3 days,see most local Korean travellers stay, not see many foreigners. After checking out, can put luggage in the hotel lobby. Lobby is small, a little crowded. No door for makeup room.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 깔끔했습니다. - 저녁 8시 제주공항에 도착해서 호텔 안내를 받아서 버스로 이동했고 버스 정류장에서 도로 건너 1분정도 걸었습니다. 전체적으로 하룻밤 쉬기에 완벽했고 편안했습니다. 다음날 아침에 10분 정도 걸어서 재벌식당에서 국밥도 먹을 수 있었습니다.
