• Alexandra (10/5): - Βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης, πολύ κοντά στον σταθμό του μετρό καθώς και σε εστιατόρια και καφέ. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός και μας βοηθούσε σε κάθε απορία που είχαμε. Το κατάλυμα ήταν καθαρό, βολικό με εύκολη πρόσβαση.

• Markella (4/5): - Μονο ότι ο οικοδεσπότης απαντούσε αμέσως Δυστυχώς το βασικό σε ενα δωμάτιο ειναι η καθαριότητα. Ηταν παρα πολύ βρώμικο.Τα σεντόνια είχαν τρίχες η τουαλέτα ήταν βρώμικη. Οι τοίχοι το ίδιο. Τα κρεβάτια , ολα, ακόμα και η κουρτίνα του μπάνιου.Δεν είχε βασικά πράγματα μέσα για το καλωσόρισμα ηταν παραμονή Πρωτοχρονιάς.Εμεις ενα ύπνο θέλαμε να κάνουμε, λυπηρό θέαμα για μια οικογένεια.

• ozge (6/5): Kısa tatillerde konumu nedeniyle kalınabilir. - Selanik’e göre konumu oldukça merkezi. Her yere yürüyerek gittik. Alışveriş caddesine , restoranların oldukları bölgeye yürüyerek 10 dk. Atatürk Evi’ne yürüyerek 20 dk. Turistik alanların hepsini yürüyerek gezebilirsiniz. Niko her daim ilgili. Sorularımıza anında cevap verdi. Eksik olan şeyleri giderdi. Genel olarak kısa seyahatlerde kalınabilir Tesis bir han içinde. Giriş ne kadar kolay olsa da han çok bakımsız. Niko tüm detayları iletti. Girişlerde sorun yaşamadık fakat odanın içi fotoğraflardaki gibi değil maalesef. Oda içinde kornişi düşmüş perdeler ve koku mevcuttu. Temizdi fakat oda fotolardaki gibi olmadığı için bizde hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Yine de Niko’ya teşekkür ederiz. Kendisine şikayetlerimizi iletmedik çünkü kısa bir tatildi ve olumsuz bir görüş belirtmedik. Kendisi de çok ilgiliydi fakat oda içi biraz daha bakımlı olabilir. Çünkü konum itibarıyla zaten han içi ve en azından oda beklediğimiz gibi olsaydı belki de bunları da yazmazdık. Yine de teşekkür ederiz

• Jelena (8/5): The place was OK, but not everything is as it was promised. - The location is excellent, on the main street and only 5 minutes away from the subway station. Warning for those coming by car: The parking offered for 12 euros per day turned out to cost at least twice as much and it was not a private parking space belonging to the owner, but rather a commercial garage, which also means one does not have a guaranteed parking space. Though I mentioned several times to the owner before booking the apartment that I needed a parking space and asked specifically about the parking conditions, he led me to believe that parking would not be a problem. Had I known all of this in advance, I certainly would have chosen a different property because I am disabled and need my car close by. Upon arriving in Thessaloniki, which is notorious for its hectic traffic and parking problems, I was extremely surprised to realize that I had essentially been scammed, yet the owner didn't seem to care much ("he thought that had been the price"). Otherwise, the place was OK.

• Simion (10/5): O oprire utila si placuta - Locatia acestei cazari este fix in zona de interes, langa centrul vechi. Proprietarul ne-a oferit detaliile pentru cazare si recomandari pentru a gasi o parcare sigura si comoda. Conditiile de cazare sunt foarte bune, apartamentul este curat, comod, foarte spatios.
• Lamprogianni (5/5): Really disappointed that i agreed to accept the other apartment and did not ask for a refund as the 2downtown was not av - we never stayed at the property as the owner proposed another apartment(probably the second od the 2downtown) for our stay which was also his. It was dirty and old.

• Dimitrios (4/5): - We were happy with the size of the room but there was a minor issues with it as well. Overall it was ok for one night. We lacked towels and had to wait until very very late after midnight for someone to bring us towels and by this time our young children were really tired after 14 hours on the roads. The host said that it would take 60 minutes for the towels to be sent to us but it turned out that we had to wait over 3 hour and when they arrived we only received 2 towels for 4 persons. Also the room was not really clean, the floor was dusty and the air condition was either really cold or really warm there was no in between. The remote to the tv did not work. We had no sheets to cover ourselves with and we had to use the only two wet towels to cover our children with.

• Gergana (10/5): Great place to stay in Thessaloniki - Great location and easy self-access. Very clean and has all necessities onsite. Comfortable beds. Very noisy from the streets nearby. I missed shower cosmetics and shampoo. Also there was not mosquito net on the small windows. Other than this, it was a great place. We would come back.

• Panagiotis (9/5): A great place to stay and explore Thessaloniki's center. - I liked the room location, the room space, and all the facilities (bed, couch, restroom, kitchen, etc.). I also liked the host's instant reply uppon communication and the fulfillment of special requests such as baggage hosting for a few hours after checking out. The room cleanliness could be slighlty better.

• Na_jana (7/5): Good - The location was amazing. We have been walking around with no use of public transport. It's in the city and all important sightseeing locations r near by There wasn't enough blankets and sheets for all of us. But I've informed the owner to know. Could be possible to put 2 small tabela beside the bed so that we don't use the chair instead a table for phone and our other things. Otherwise nothing bad to say about.

• Iryna (7/5): It's ok, but not perfect - The apartment has a good location. It closes to the center and historical pleases. Also, the apartment has basic, necessary things (with some exceptions) that are needed for a short-term stay. The host is polite and helpful. The apartment does not have a balcony. From the windows, a view of the wall and balconies of the neighboring house, which is located very close. The apartment is dark, so I had to turn on the light even during the day! In the kitchen we were missing a microwave and some cutlery such as a sharp knife and dessert spoons. The curtain in the shower is short, so water from the shower spilled all over the bathroom floor.
