Posizione perfetta e staff super gentile Forse il bagno privato in camera sarebbe stato più comodo ma è stato tutto comunque perfetto

• Juliann (9/5): Amazing quality, place, people, and location! Highly recommend! Best bang for your buck - Was so much better than we expected!!! Super adorable and amazing location near the Souks and great food. The people at the front desk, day and night, were so sweet and helpful. They gave us food recs, organized an airport transfer, and walked us to said transfer because it was late. Super sweet! The rooms were so cute and cozy, and beds were comfy! We had a private bathroom toilet room and shower room with our hostel room, so super nice for cleanliness. Also it has a cute rooftop terrace are!! Overall, it was amazing and highly recommend! The only thing I can think of is that it would’ve been nice to have been provided a towel just because we were traveling light, but like I said before, the quality of the stay that we had for the money paid already over exceeded our expectations so I understand if that’s not included.

• Dubois (9/5): - Amazing location, super close to the main square and the souks but is still in a calmer part of the city. There's a great restaurant right next door which came in handy after our late arrival. The beds were extremely comfortable. We forgot towels but were able to rent some for 20 dirhams.
• Claire-Anaïs (9/5): Parfait ! - Le personnel était absolument adorable, surtout Ayoub et Abdo! Ils ont été parfaits durant tout notre séjour, merci à eux! Les lits sont un peu durs mais finalement on y dort bien. Le petit dej est super et l’emplacement idéal!

• TAEHEE (10/5): - 정말 최고의 호스텔 !! 단체 예약해서 8인실 통으로 사용했는데 전용 샤워부스, 화장실 깨끗했고 침대도 푹신해서 좋았습니다 :) 직원분도 넘 친절하셔요 공항 돌아갈 때 큰 벤 불러주셔서 조앗어요 근처 관광지도 다 걸어 갈 수 잇음 다 좋았음!!!

• Lily (10/5): Loved it here and would come back! - The breakfast was really great and the terrace is beautiful! Staff were all extremely helpful and kind and welcoming to their city. Quiet rooms, comfortable beds, very clean and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The room we stayed in was right by the building lobby so at times there was sound from people passing through but nothing that affected our stay.

• Maria del Rocio (10/5): ESTANCIA MUY AGRADABLE - Nos gustó mucho la amabilidad de los chicos de recepción. Nos explicaron todo, nos dieron sugerencias. Nos encantó tener el cuarto para nosotros solos, ya que éramos familia. Los cuartos de baño están en la planta de abajo pero cada uno con su número de habitación y su candado. Buena ubicación, con luz en la entrada. A escasos metros de algunos puntos de interés. Sin duda, volvería a este hostel. Si tengo que decir algo es la poca luz en la habitación.

• marta (2/5): Rapporto qualità prezzo pessima! - Vicinanza In tutto il mio viaggio in Marocco è stato l' alloggio più caro, pagato più di 60 euro ( 4 persone) per ritrovarmi in un ostello in cui anche gli asciugamani erano a pagamento! Camera buia, letti scomodi, dubbia pulizia. Il bagno, minuscolo , molto lontano dalla camera, chiuso con lucchetto difficilissimo da aprire, davvero tutto scomodo. Ho contattato in precedenza il responsabile più volte su booking per avere consigli ma non mi ha mai risposto. Per fortuna siamo stati poco in camera. Come ostello in Marocco può andare bene, ma certo non a questa cifra! Se lo avessi pagato poco avrei capito ma così no. Rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo
• Faye (9/5): I would recommend this hostel for your stay in Marrakesh! - Very nice hostel, amazing rooftop and good facilities. The only thing is that the showers are all the way down stairs so not same level as your sleeping so just so you know. But the showers itself were very clean and nice!

La salle de bain et les toilettes se trouvent au sous-sol de l'établissement, c'est convenable mais moins pratique.

• Arminda (10/5): Volveríamos 100% - El personal que trabaja en el alojamiento han sido super cercanos y amables, con el que más hablábamos fue con abdoo ya que era quien se quedaba las tardes/noches ahí y la verdad que un 10, a parte mencionar que tanto la habitación como los baños estaban impecables. Un poco lioso el primer día de llegar, pero como cualquier hostal dentro del zoco, con preguntar a locales de ahí te basta!
• Irene (10/5): Estancia centrica - Me encantó la terraza y el trato que nos dieron, los chicos super amables y dispuestos siempre a ayudar. El baño y la ducha son privados de la habitacion pero estan todos juntos en otro piso, se cierra el baño con candado. Pero no nos resultó un inconveniente, ya lo sabiamos por otros comentarios, y no estaba mal.

• Paola andrea (10/5): Familia de 7 personas felices con el hotel. - El establecimiento nos gustó mucho, mi mamá trabaja en hoteles de lujo en la limpieza y me ha dicho que la limpieza es fenomenal y muy ordenado todo. Fuimos en familia y muy respetuoso el personal y muy honestos, dejé mi tarjeta y mi dinero y me tenían guardado todo en la recepción, también los colchones y las almohadas son muy cómodas y muy cerca de absolutamente todo, hay un restaurante a 3 segundos para desayunar, llegamos todos los lugares en 1 min y tienen baños limpios, papel higiénico y jabón de manos. Todo me encantó !

Super terrasse pour les couchers de soleil. Pour le prix, c'était très bien. Merci pour l'accueil Antoine, Soufia, Ouria ! .

• DE BUYS (3/5): Nous avons regretté cette réseravtion qui ne correspondait absolument pas au descriptif. - La localisation choisie nous convenait parfaitement Nous nous attendions comme annoncé dans le descriptif de notre réservation à une salle de bain et une toilette privée ... Notre chambre était au rez, ok mais la salle de bain était dans une zone commune au niveau cave ... une porte avec un cadenas pour la douche ... on se douche dans un placard et une toilette dans un autre placard avec une portte avec un cadenas !!! jamais vu un aménagement de la sorte!!! pas de serviette de bain ou alors supplément ... nous n'avons pas voulu utiliser ces "douches" ... et imaginez une famille de 4 pendant la nuit avec une clé qui ouvree un cadenas d'une porte avec la toilette derrière ... confort 0 et descriptif mensonger ... plus jamais, jamais vu un système comme cela dans tout le Maroc et dans le monde entier !!!

Niestety rezerwując nocleg, nie miałam świadomości, że ubikacja i prysznic przypisane do pokoju, będą znajdowały się w piwnicy (dwa piętra poniżej pokoju). Dosyć ciemny i ciasny pokój. Niestety dojazd samochodem pod hostel nie jest możliwy.

• Maria Carmen (10/5): - La amabilidad y cariño de Abdul, el encargado del hostel; es encantador, nos hospedamos 14 familiares y tod@s encantados con su educación y amabilidad. Tuvimos un problema con el minibús que no se presentó en el aeropuerto y el nos estaba esperando donde nos dejaron los taxis mucho más tarde de la hora esperada para que no nos perdiesemos en las calles de la Medina. También nos soluciono la vuelta al aeropuerto negociando dos taxi y nos acompaño hasta ellos muy temprano. Un verdadero encanto de muchacho, siempre con una sonrisa.
• Bettina (7/5): Schöner Stützpunkt um die Stadt zu besichtigen - Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage inmitten der Medina war auch ideal und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Dachterrasse ist Mega. Wir haben einen wundervollen Sonnenaufgang erleben dürfen! Die Toiletten und die Dusche war nicht im Zimmer, sondern 2 Stockwerke drunter. Das WC war in einem separaten winzigen Raum. Die Dusche war ausreichend groß.

• Priscilla (7/5): Localização e atendimento bons, mas não ter banheiro no cômodo é muito desconfortável. - A localização é muito boa, embora seja desafiador chegar lá pois só se chega caminhando, já que carros não vão até o destino. Conhecemos 2 pessoas diferentes que ficavam na recepção e uma delas foi excelente na atenção com a nossa família, a outra pessoa neutra, mas quero reforçar esse rapaz que foi de muita atenção. Não ter banheiro no cômodo é muito desconfortável, os hóspedes já devem ir cientes dessa dificuldade. Indico fortemente que levem suas próprias toalhas, pois as da hospedagens são pagas e cheiravam mal.

Ayoub and Mounir were very lovely hosts. They served us delicious tea and were friendly. I would love to come back here again on my next trip!

• Natalia (9/5): - La atención del personal del hotel es muy agradable, es un hostal bonito y acogedor. Tiene una terraza preciosa con unas vistas increíbles. El baño aunque es privado no está en la habitación, aun así estaba muy limpio.
• Paula (9/5): Nos fuimos muy contentas - Terraza muy bonita, el desayuno incluido delicioso y el personal fue encantador, recibimos un trato excepcional. Solo por eso mereció la pena alojarnos aquí. El baño está separado de la habitación y aunque la ubicación céntrica está genial, para volver por la noche es un poco incómodo.

• alba (7/5): Zona céntrica pero los coches no pueden acceder allí. - El personal muy amable. La habitación estaba muy limpia. El desayuno en la terraza muy bien. El hostal esta en una zona dónde el taxi , ni ningún coche puede acceder, así que solamente por eso, no me volvería a alojar. Tuvimos que ir con todas las maletas por muchos callejones hasta encontrar el hostal.

• Nikkirov (10/5): Истинный риад. - Спасибо за приём! Жилье находится в центре медины. При выходе из дома и возвращении мы всегда возвращались разными старинными улочками. Это очень экзотично! Нам помогли в риаде организовать экскурсию в пустыню. Тур занял 3 дня. На время экскурсии мы смогли оставить некоторые вещи в риаде. После экскурсии мы снова арендовали этот риад! Вечером мы могли посидеть на террасе. У нас остались красочные воспоминания о Марракеше! Спасибо!

• Aukje (10/5): Wonderful - Lovely place, nice people, excellent beds and right in the middle of the old town. The whole riad is very very clean and cosy. Nothing. It was perfect for us, family of 6 fitting in 1 room together. We loved everything.

• umbelina (7/5): - O anfitrião Youssef foi extremamente simpático. Recebeu-nos muito bem, ofereceu-nos e serviu-nos um chá maravilhoso, com biscoitos. Foi muito prestável e acolhedor. O pequeno almoço é bom e é servido num terraço típico, com uma vista muito interessante. A localização é muito boa, no interior da medina e com restauração por perto.

• Damjan (10/5): Exceptional - Great hostel in a great location in the old medina. But the main thing that makes this hostel great is the staff! Abdul and Rasheed were so friendly that it felt as if were staying at our friends house and not a hostel. It really felt like we were at home.

Huge thanks for the guys working on the reception. They are very helpful and friendly and they made our staying even better. The rate 10 is only for the guys. Thank you!

• Taiana (5/5): Passable - Good location in Medina (but be aware you need to walk 5-10 mins with luggage to get there). Receptionist friendly and hostel is pretty, cool and comfortable. Those nice looking doors suddenly become super squeaky at night, especially as the toilets are down stairs or in a separate room you need to unlock a padlock for in your sleepy state. Don’t take the top room unless you are a night owl as anyone who is outside on the pretty terrace will keep you awake. All sound travels everywhere in this place, for this reason I would not stay again
