The hotel and room was spotless our room clearers were amazing and Katrina on reception was so very kind and helpful your team are a credit to you and the hotel would love to stay again.

• JackWag97 (10/5): Attention to detail amazing! - Dimitrios (who I think manages this place) was so attentive and lovely. Always making sure that us and other guests were happy and always waited on. The location for us was lovely as we stayed outside the busier places and we could really relax around the pool or in our private hot tub. All the staff were very welcoming and made us feel comfortable. Our breakfast was great and such a massive selection, a lovely touch was being able to have our breakfast served to us on our balcony each morning. If you want to stay outside some of the main places and be able to relax and rest somewhere with great facilities, lovely pool, actual double bed sunbeds, this is a great option!

The rooms were fab and the staff were great – special thanks to Dimitris who was really helpful! Everyone was really kind and welcoming. I strongly recommend booking a car through reception to explore the island. The pool facilities were great and the views around the hotel are beautiful. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

• Brodie (10/5): Relaxing, luxurious, peaceful but close to everyone you need - Really nicely designed and decorated to a high standard. Kept super clean. Bed was so comfortable! The jacuzzi on one of the balconies was a really nice touch. The pool is a good size, just cool enough to cool off and lovely to swim in. The sun beds are plenty and comfortable - didn’t have to get up early to put towels down. They have 3 four poster beds by the pool for lounging. The staff are EXCEPTIONALLY helpful. All of them. So polite, and will sort anything you need at all. They booked taxis for us, arranged a buggy for a day out, served you poolside, brought you breakfast in your room. It’s a bit off the main stretch so it’s lovely and quiet. Lovely view of the sea and mountain around. Nothing - loved it all

• Jennifer (9/5): Amazing staff, great room but some improvements would have made it 10/10! - The property is beautiful, overlooking the beach with a lovely pool area. The room was great - really spacious and the interior was nicely decorated. However it was the staff that made this property shine; Demitri, Jorge and the housekeeping team were amazing. So friendly, lots of great recommendations and really welcoming. The only downside was the breakfast - a form had to completed in advance and the options weren’t great. More B&B buffet standard as opposed to 5*. The fact there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room was disappointing (especially as a kettle is listed on booking.com). The pool was freezing and our kids couldn’t swim in there which again, was disappointing. They had to use our jacuzzi when we were at the hotel.

Lack of food options after breakfast - although easy to order food from nearby spots through app. Wish i could have made the hot tub hotter.

• Fazekas (6/5): 3 star maximum! - Very very nice and helpfull staff! If a 5 star hotel you expect: -Restauranr: -The hotel hasnt got any restaurant. You can only eat in your room or next to a pool only in a choosed time where the staff brings you the food. You can not eat luch at the hotel, bc there is no restaurant, you can only order by wolt. No dinner too, onyl order. Room: the room is spaceous, nice BUT the outdoor terrace jacuzzi's flushing and filtering equipment going almost all the time, and it is very noisi. Yoi can herar the negihbours jacuzzi too. Pool: the side tiles are broken, the in-out handler is broken, overall seems not so tidy. It is far away from the town, and a bit noisi bc of the planes. I feel a very strong 3star, but very very far from 5 star.

• Donna-marie (10/5): A relaxing break away. - What makes this property stand out from all the rest is their excellent, professional and lovely staff members. Demetrius, George and Mohammed are all an incredible asset to this business and I believe are what will keep guests coming back. They really do go the extra mile to welcome you and ensure a memorable stay. The property is ideally located in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle however it’s within walking distance to the busier area of Kamari (bars, shops and beach) Overall a lovely, relaxing place to stay. Food and drinks at the property are excellent quality and reasonably priced. The only negative I had, was that we’d booked a room for four people and the room given only had one double bed with the further two beds as camp beds. Had we have known this, we’d have booked two separate rooms. However the beds were comfortable.

• Ashley (9/5): Immaculate Hotel - The hotel was immaculate and was thoroughly cleaned daily with good size room and balcony. Hot tub and lovely cabanas by the pool. The staff are really attentive and are flexible to accommodate your needs, we had breakfast by the pool one day instead of having it in the room. And lunch menu is decent. Nice quiet location, and small hotel so you don't need to fight over sunbeds or anything. Around a 15-20 min walk to the main town of Kamari, and really easy to call a taxi to the hotel. There was 3 of us in the room and although a 3rd bed had been made up on the sofa there was only 2 sets of towels, the staff then came up asking where we wanted the 3rd bed- so was a little confusing why the room wasn't prepared before we arrived. We just kept the bed made up on the sofa. Breakfast was delivered to room everyday, but the hot food was never that hot, and tea and coffee not great.

The room was large and spacious, just what we needed for the morning of the wedding. Our breakfast was brought up to our room every morning where we had lots to choose from. The location was just on the outskirts of Kamari with little traffic which made it nice quiet. A short walk to Kamari but can be a bit of a struggle in the heat. Lovely facilities, bar and communal pool.

The breakfast was delicious and delivered to your room, or you could eat by the pool. Speaking of the pool., it was beautiful and refreshing. Wish the room had some drawers for clothes storage.

Breakfast was very good and the staff were brilliant. We got upgraded on arrival and the room was huge and very clean The only negative was the hot tub, it was noisy when sat on the balcony, to get the jets to work I had to flick on a fuse on the fuse box in a utility cupboard which wasn’t great, and the water was very mucky

In a quiet location about 15 minutes walk from the centre of the resort. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room (although these were available at a charge from the pool bar 1100-2200) Our second floor room had a terrace facing East with a sea view but no umbrella or shade so it was very warm to sit out and eat breakfast, in May!

Breakfast was served to your room, lunch could be ordered up to 15.00. Evening meal was either food delivery, walk to the village, travel by car or buying in supermarket and eating in the room.

The area was quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the louder tourists areas and the wonderful singing birds made for a peaceful, joyful setting. Nothing. Everything was perfect for my wife and me.

• Natasha (8/5): Very good 4* hotel, lacked the attention to detail of a 5* but would visit again - This is a lovely hotel and I would say it’s a very good 4* hotel. I think it lacked certain things which could have made it easily a 5* hotel. The room was lovely, the staff were nice and friendly. The location is not too far away from the beachfront if you don’t mind a 16-20minute walk. We had an issue with our bathroom and the owner offered us a bottle of wine which was nice. Breakfast to the room is a nice touch, when it’s right. Every morning there was at least one thing missing or wrong with our breakfast. Not a huge issue, and it became a joke of what are they going to miss or not bring tomorrow. Kind of defeats the point to filling in a form, might be worthwhile having a quality check of the form before taking it to the room or at least write a note to say sorry we don’t have this today if that’s the case. We did call down and they did bring the missing items on some occasions. There are no tea or coffee facilities and while we had a fridge there was no complimentary water. Again not a huge deal, but the little details of a 5* you would expect. The maid didn’t always give us large enough towels they were more hand towels than bath towels and we ended up using our beach towels. This was towards the end of the trip so we didn’t mind. We did have robes and hot tub towels on day one, but then they never got replaced after day one. So again used our own. The spa facility is a little odd and I don’t recommend spending the money. I had a massage with a man called Alex who was great, it was €148 and the treatments were great. however when I had the second with a different therapist it wasn’t as good and they are quite expensive especially if it isn’t as good as you had the day before. Overall I would say this is not a 5* but could be if it paid more attention to detail. Especially with the cost to stay.

They were able to offer recommendations on places to visit, eat and help us hire a car. The room was lovely and fresh and as described on booking.com. The pool was also very nice as were the dual aspect balconies we had on our room. We also had a lovely massage from Veronika’s team which we would highly recommend. The property is a short walk outside of Kamari which wasn’t a problem for us but we might stay closer next time. The bar was somewhat limited and didn’t open until 12, although the barman was very accommodating. It would have been amazing if we could have had complimentary water in the fridge but it was great that there was a fridge we could use.

• Steven (8/5): Demitiris makes this resort! - We flew in for a weekend wedding and needed somewhere comfortable and close to the airport. The villas were just what we needed. All the staff were friendly however Demitiris went above and beyond during our stay. Extremely professional and his smile really does brighten up the day. The lunch menu also pleasantly surprised us. It didn't bother us, but you can see and hear the airplanes landing - the benefit being just a 10 minute taxi to the airport.

• Arron (10/5): Great place to stay, clean quiet and upmarket - Great place to stay for a week of relaxing. It is a little out of town and is about a 15 mins walk along a dusty road. A car is a must to explore the island and don’t forget to visit the outdoor cinema a few hundred yards away (cash only so remember that if your taking in a film)
• Sarah (10/5): Relaxing and luxurious - Stunning property, facilities were amazing, staff were great and the atmosphere was soo peaceful.

• Anubhav (8/5): Very good - The staff were absolutely excellent. They were polite, very helpful and always smiling. The place was nice but the staff at Casa Vitae made our stay truly comfortable and worth our time there. Would be amazing if the water in the private pool had some level of heating - it was too cold for us to use most of the time.
• Gary (9/5): A great place to relax and super nice staff. - If you are looking for rest and relaxation rather than the bright lights and karaoke, this is the place for you. Super helpful staff, and lovely suites. The spa was expensive but very well run and very good. It’s a ten minute walk to the local town, or any facilities, which may be a problem for anyone with restricted mobility. For us it just set up our appetite for dinner with a pleasant walk.
• Lucy (8/5): A beautiful relaxing spa resort with fantastic staff - The pool was excellent and staff super friendly. Demitiris was very helpful. The breakfast was basic and no tea/coffee facilities in the room.

• Dionne (6/5): This is NOT a 5* hotel, more 4* at best - The stag are so very nice and helpful The breakfast, the products were cheap, the hot tubs are worn, the two I saw were in need of a deep clean and maintenance. There wasn’t a full length mirror in either room I saw.
• Andria (9/5): Relaxing and homely - Room was ready early which was super so that we could start relaxing early. Hospitality of Dimitri, George, Ali and the Spa team was wonderful. Breakfast was excellent and any additional food purchases were high quality. My teenagers were satisfifed so that makes the holiday a bonus mainly due to the excellent wifi and hot tub size of the pool could have been bigger but I am picking
• Charlene (7/5): Nice hotel but would not rate as a 5 star - Staff were lovely- extremely helpful. Nice facilities. Lunches were good and decently priced. Rooms always cleaned perfectly. Location was too far out. Breakfast was usually nearly cold and very monotonous. Sun beds not comfortable. Think the hotel is over priced.

• Maiwand (10/5): Exceptional - Staff were extremely accommodating, particularly Ali- who went out of his way to make us comfortable. Would definitely visit again .

• Nick (10/5): Lovely peaceful stay and very attentive and friendly staff - Excellent, friendly and very accommodating staff. Very peaceful location but only a few mins walk from the centre. Breakfast was great too. The room was described as having one bedroom AND one living room on booking.com. In actuality, it was just one room with a double bed and sofa bed. As a family with children aged 13 and 11, this was a real disappointment as we need our own space and had booked on the basis of the two rooms described. As it was only for a few nights we managed ok but this needs some thought to avoid disappointment for future guests. It would be fine for couples and families with very small children.
