- Sarah (9/5): Modern comfortable hotel in a great location. - Excellent location, right outside of the train station, was off the Shinkansen and at the hotel in a couple of minutes. Taxi rank opposite was also convenient. Room was large, modern, clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities. Loved the pjs and the deep bath. Would have preferred coffee in room, there was a kettle and tea bags but no coffee. Drip coffee was however available all day near reception. Not the end of the world and nothing a quick stop at 7/11 couldn’t sort.

The interior of the hotel was very luxurious. Location was great. Beds and pillows were very firm. Television only allowed mirroring which did not include any streaming services apart from YouTube. Wish the restaurant was also open for dinner.

- Karen (9/5): Convenience and comfort. - Location! Directly across from Kyoto train station, with a 7 Eleven, Don Quixote and shopping mall. Exceptionally clean. Hospitable staff, gym, coffee, tea and matcha on-tap and massage chairs!
- Marilyn (8/5): Can’t go wrong and would stay again - The location was perfect , next to the train station . The rooms were not a bad size , very clean too . The breakfast choice was amazing. The beds were quite hard as were the pillows. The dining area was a bit canteen like , sterile looking but the food made up for that .

- Annie (10/5): One of the best hotels in Kyoto - We have stayed at Vischio several times during our trips to Kyoto. The location serves us well as it is next to Kyoto station. The hotel is superbly managed and maintained, and staff is always available to help in a friendly and courteous manner. Both public areas and rooms are very spacious and beautifully designed. Breakfast, public bath, gym and laundry facilities are available for guests. Always a pleasure to stay there. I didn't like leaving.

- TAMAR (10/5): - מלון רציני ונעים, במיקום מעולה מול התחנה המרכזית של קיוטו וצמוד לקניון. יש במלון לאונג׳ נחמד עם קפה לאורך כל שעות היום, הצוות נחמד והחדר היה מרווח, נקי ונוח. אין מקום אחסון בחדר (ארון, שידה) אז הכול במזוודה, אבל זה ברוב המקומות ככה
