La struttura è pulita, accogliente e intima, lontana dai rumori della Medina. Abbiamo provato l'hammam e il massaggio rilassante. Le ragazze sono state bravissime. Assolutamente consigliato. Te facilitan todo lo que necesites y te ayudan en todo. Los desayunos, top! Muy ricos y abundantes. Muy bien ubicado. Está en pleno centro, muy cerca de todo, pero una vez dentro, paz y silencio. Súper limpio. Por decir algo, La entrada, la primera vez, es fácil que pase desapercibida, y el callejón da un poco de cosa, pero no hay ningún problema, son sólo 20m y las personas que están ahí, saludan educadamente y siguen a lo suyo. La cama individual de la habitación triple es un poco incómoda por los muelles. Pero en general, nada importante.

• Hanneke (9/5): - Het is een sfeervolle en goed verzorgde riad, de kamers zijn netjes en je krijgt iedere ochtend een verschillend vers bereid ontbijtje. Het kleine straatje waar je doorheen moet lopen naat de voordeur is niet prettig. Het is er vies, er ligt veel troep, het stinkt en er staat een bed waar altijd verstopt onder een deken iemand ligt te slapen, dat is niet fijn. Verder is de lokatie goed, want je loopt zo de medina in en zit dicht bij de bezienswaardigheden en gezelligheid.

Ayoub es un gran anfitrión que siempre estaba dispuesto a ayudarte, aconsejarte y que te sintieras como en casa! Del Riad todo, lo único que para acceder es un callejón un poco siniestro, pero está en toda la salsa del Zoco.

• Céline (10/5): Un séjour très plaisant - Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au Riad Kenzo. Mohammed (le jour) et Ayoub (la nuit) sont des hôtes très à l'écoute. Ils ont notamment entièrement géré nos deux demandes de taxis pour nos retours différents vers l'aéroport, dont un au milieu de la nuit. Nous tenons à les remercier à nouveau. Le riad est très agréable. Il est impressionnant de constater le calme qui y règne alors qu'à quelques pas de là on a l'effervescence de la médina. La propreté des chambres est à souligner. Les petits déjeuners étaient très copieux et savoureux. Merci à Aziza pour cela. Aucune remarque à faire dans cette rubrique.

Possibilità hammam marocchino e massaggio eccellente. Colazione buona e soddisfacente, preparata quotidianamente con prodotti freschi. Cena sublime, il migliore tajne di verdure mangiato in questi giorni. Servizio transfer da e x l aeroporto, escursioni prenotabili in loco. Brava la guida locale Karim x tour di mezza giornata nei suk. Facile raggiungere la piazza Jamaa el fna, senza perdersi. Sux consigliato

Siamo arrivati la sera tardi e lui si è curato di venirci a prendere fino a dove il taxi ci ha accompagnati, in quanto il riad si trova all'interno della Medina e di conseguenza non raggiungibile in auto. Abbiamo provato la cena e il servizio hammam con massaggio ed è stato tutto eccezionale. Sicuramente esperienza da ripetere.
• Dan (5/5): FIASCO - Nu mi-a plăcut nimic,că atare am părăsit locația în prima oră.Sunt uimit de faptul că turiștii au acordat un scor "fabulos" pentru această locație. 1.Accesul se face pe alee îngusta,murdara,cu gunoaie. 2.Locatia seamănă mai mult cu o fortăreață decât cu un riad. 3.Camerele nu au geamuri,sunt foarte întunecoase.Camera primita la parter fara nicio izolație fonică,se auzea tot ce se întâmpla la bucătărie,recepție,hol. 4.Asa zisă piscina,era o cada mai mare care avea mai mult rol decorativ. 5.Nu exista televizoare in cameră,destul de neobișnuit. 6.Pozele postate pe Booking nu corespund cu situația de la fata locului. In concluzie senzația mea a fost că este un loc total neprimitor. Personalul a fost total indiferent la solicitările mele. .

• Christine (6/5): Bien mais… - Une belle décoration, des petits déjeuners complets et variés Bruyant, le personnel ne fait pas attention à la tranquillité des clients, nombreux éclats de voix, bruits de vaisselle, etc… c’est compliqué de trouver le Riad, et la ruelle dans laquelle il se trouve donne envie de partir… avec mendiants (il y en a peu à Marrakech), saletés, etc..

Room was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable and bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was good and tasty. Location was perfect for us with great access to the many souks and 10 minute walk from the main square. The terrace was also wonderful, completely tranquil despite the chaos of the streets below with some amazing views of the Atlas Mountains. Thank you to Ayoub and the rest of the staff for a fantastic stay. Nothing we loved it!

• Linda (9/5): Bel soggiorno - Il riad è davvero bello, si trova in una stradina un pò nascosta che lo rende molto silenzioso. La posizione è ottima per girare la mediana a piedi e visitare i principali luoghi d'interesse come il giardino segreto. Non è lontano da una piazzetta in cui si fermano sia i taxi che i mezzi per le varie gite prenotate. La colazione era ottima, il personale gentile e disponibile. La camera era molto carina e pulita Da migliorare la colazione al sacco che non era molto abbondante ed una volta non ci è stata neanche concessa visto che l'orario a cui dovevamo lasciare la struttura era troppo anticipato quindi non avevano cibo

Ayoub a été au petit soin. - Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil autour d’un thé, avec de nombreux conseils et explications d’Ayoub. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, et nous a permis de découvrir des spécialités culinaires du Maroc. L’ensemble du personnel était au petit soin.

• Iulia (10/5): Amazing stay in this authentic Riad in the heart of the medina - This Riad feels like you are a guest in someone’s home, it feels very authentic, so you get a real Moroccan experience. The staff working day and night shifts are amazing and have been very helpful explaining things. Located in the Medina, walking distance to shops, money exchange, taxis. You can walk everywhere from the riad. Approx 15 min walk to Jemaa el Fna. Breakfast delicious and fresh. We enjoyed the little terrace on the too of the riad. Not a major problem, but note they do not serve alcohol. We would have enjoyed a glass wine on the terrace in the evening. As others have mentioned, the narrow dark alley to get to the riad is dodgy, feels unsafe but it’s perfectly fine. We were taken there by the riad’s staff, but I can see why others struggle to find it. The entrance is not obvious at all and there are no signs. Bathroom walls need repairing.

La posizione è ottima per visitare Marrakech (circa 800m dalla piazza principale) e circa 300 m dal punto di ritiro delle maggiori escursioni. Il personale è comunque gentile nel fornire tutte le indicazioni per raggiungere il Riad. Avevamo chiesto la colazione come take away che ci era stata confermata. La mattina ci è stato riferito che la colazione non sarebbe stata disponibile.

• Lino (3/5): - Mi è piaciuta solo la posizione Camere piccole, non c'era un appoggio per appoggiare le valigie o gli zaini. C'era sono un piccolo armadio per le giacche, non c'erano cassetti per appoggiare qualche indumento. Per andare dall'altra parte del letto o si passava sul letto oppure si doveva strisciare in 15 centimetri di spazio tra il muro e il letto. La colazione era decisa da loro e te la portavano al tavolo senza un minimo di scelta e praticamente era sempre la stessa, non era abbondante. La prima sera abbiamo cenato in struttura decidendo al mezzogiorno cosa gradivamo. Mia moglie mangia senza glutine ed è vegetariana, quindi abbiamo avvisato e scelto la cena. Alla sera le portano una zuppa di legumi con pezzi di pollo dentro, ovviamente il piatto e stato respinto spiegando il motivo e invece di portare una zuppa senza carne sono passati direttamente all'altro piatto del menù. Poi è arrivato il dolce che ovviamente era con pasta normale, ovviamente non è stato accettato e loro non si sono posti il problema di compensare con altro. Quindi su tre piatti 2 non sono stati consumati. Quello che invece hanno accettato di buon grado sono i 34 Euro pattuiti. La persona che gestiva gli arrivi e il soggiorno non era il massimo della cortesia. Avevamo organizzato un trasfert dall'aeroporto al Riad sotto loro consiglio perchè i taxi locali avrebbero potuto approfittarsene facendoci pagare di più. Quindi qualcuno del Riad sarebbe venuto a prenderci al 1.00 di notte in tutta sicurezza pagando 30 Euro, glielo avevo ricordato il giorno prima chiedendo che la persona avesse un cartello con il nostro nome. All'arrivo non c'era nessuna ad aspettarci e la persona del Riad che mi ha contattato dicendomi che avrei dovuto prendere un taxi in autonomia. Concludendo taxista gentilissimo che ci ha fatto pagare 20 Euro meno di quanto richiesto dal RIAD.
• Emilie (9/5): A charming little Riad - It’s very charming, peaceful and traditional. Very well welcomed, nice people there that are being present 24/7 to answer your needs and questions. Not very soundproof so you hear a lot of what’s going on outside your room, especially I think if you’re staying in a room on the ground floor (which is in front of the dining room). But the people that work there are being pretty quiet so it’s not that bad. The mattress of the bed was very hard so not very comfortable.

• Radim (10/5): Velmi milá obsluha, nápomocná a ochotná, prostory uklizené, vzhledné a neopotřebované - V hotelu je marocké spa/Hammam + masáže, zejména Hammam velmi potěšil. Postele výborné čisté neproležené ložní prádlo neseprané. Kdykoli se sem rád vrátím.
• Mónica (8/5): - Muy buena ubicación, un poco difícil de encontrar ya que está en un callejón, pero está en todo el zoco y puedes ir andando a todos sitios. Personal amable, muy limpio. Desayuno muy recomendable. La cama algo incómoda.

• Carine (8/5): Immersion culturelle - Petit déjeuner copieux, personnel souriant et à disposition. Experience Hamam + massage trés dynamique. Il y a eu un loupé pour vernir nous chercher à l'aéroport, nous avons attendu 1h.
