The stairs to the lower ground floor are fairly narrow & steep…getting luggage down & back up was difficult. The mattress/pillows were too firm for me (that’s a personal preference) however the bed frame was very squeaky when turning around in bed! Would have been nice to have a full length mirror & a shaving mirror.

Easy to find, good communication and instructions from the host. Apartment was very clean and had enough facilities for basic food prep (microwave, fridge, crockery) The bed was very creaky (mattress was comfy once you're on there but when you move it wakes you up), there is no sound proofing so you could hear other doors slamming shut and people talking in next door apartments - but that's why I take ear plugs!

The hallway door on the 2nd floor where I was staying was very loud, so every time someone was going in and out, you would be waking up. The room doors are also very thin, so you can really hear everything on the hallway.

• Pedro Coutinho (7/5): - Excelente localização, com um supermecado e estação de metro muito perto. Espaço com boa limpeza, indicações de entrada muito intuitivas, decoração moderna e agradável. Cama de casal muito pequena (~ 1,30m), colchão demasiado mole. Falta de isolamento sonoro, ouve-se tudo dos quartos ao lado e os pés dos vizinhos de cima. No último dia, pelas 7h30 disparou o alarme de incêndio, tivemos de evacuar, mas era um falso alarme. Após algum tempo sem perceber o que se passava surgiu um funcionário das limpezas que desligou o alarme e desapareceu sem dar qualquer explicação. Ainda aguardámos todos para perceber o que se passava, mas uma vez que o funcionário não voltou nem deu indicação nenhuma, todos regressámos aos quartos.

• Kathryn Ngan (8/5): A comfortable stay - The location is within walking distance to the tube stations. It's very close to many central attractions in London. I feel safe even walking at night time. There're plenty of coffee shops and restaurants near by. The room was a bit warm even though it's only 15 degree celsius on a spring day. The good thing is that there's a fan to air the room.

• Amalia (9/5): Geweldig verblijf! - We verbleven in een kamer op de begane grond (level -1). Het was er heerlijk rustig, groot en er was zelfs een deur naar het binnenhofje. Heel schoon allemaal en duidelijke instructies gehad zodat het allemaal vlot verliep. Heerlijk verblijf en geweldige plek! 4 min lopen van een busstop en ongeveer 7 min lopen naar de underground. Enige punt van feedback. Het bed kraakte enorm. Wij hebben dat opgelost door op de grond te slapen want het matras was zeer goed! En een tip! Als je op de betreffende kamer slaapt, loop dan niet naakt rond als de deur op raam openstaat. De overbuurman kan zo binnenkijken…

• francy82 (9/5): Benissimo - Abbiamo alloggiato al n.15 del piano seminterrato.L'appartamento era molto spaziosio , ben tenuto e pulito, (l'abbiamo scelto per le dimensioni dal momento che tante altre strutture avevano stanze grandi come scatolette). Ho visto recensioni negative che dicevano ci fosse muffa e odore di chiuso ed ero preoccupata, invece assolutamente non era così!! Una grande porta-finestra in vetro dava sull'esterno (si apriva solo un pezzo di finestra però). Il bagno piccolo ma la doccia comoda. Una piccola cucina con frigo e microonde che abbiamo usato per farci la colazione. Un armadio con grucce per riporre i vestiti, ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli, divano. Non era necessario acquistare l'adattatore per la presa elettrica perché per caricare i telefoni c'era già vicino al letto. Altra cosa che ci è piaciuta è che in stanza fortunatamente non c'è la moquette. A pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metro. Il letto con misure alla francese, peccato che a Londra usino tutti questa tipologia di letto, la stanza era così grande che ci starebbe un matrimoniale king size!

• Marques (8/5): Centrally located in a calm neighbourhood. Narrow beds - The neighbourhood around the property was so calm and relaxing for central London. We really enjoyed being walking distance to all the busy spots but not feeling like in the middle of the chaos wheen we got out of the apartment. The beds are far too small for 2 adults (140cm wide). Please invest in beds at least 160cm wide for better comfort. Also the sound insulation between rooms was not good, you could people walking and talking in the next rooms. We also noticed the overall ventilation/ air circulation in the room wasn't great which can be a problem in warmer weather.

It got everything I needed. Clean Towel, kitchenette, TV, great shower! Check-in was nice and easy The sound proof to next door neighbour is very poor. It feels like they have their door opened because you can hear them very clearly from your door the whole night. ( Our doors were facing each other) Once they gone to bed my room was nice and quiet.

• Wesley (8/5): It was a pleasant stay and we would book again if we visit London. - The very good and central location, the ease of check-in, the apartment itself was modern, large enough and clean. The furniture was a bit squeaky, the walls are a bit thin so you can hear the neighbours (we found this out before booking via the online reviews, so we brought earplugs and this became a non issue)
