- hiro (10/5): ここかゆかったのか！というところまで手が届くサービス - 服の簡易クリーニング機？？がとても良かったです！ 汗かいてそのままカバンに入れて持って帰るのではなく、一番短い20分のやつにこれかけるだけで、嫌な匂い飛ぶし家帰って洗濯機入れるまでの間の不快感解消されました。 出張や学会とかで来て、初日よれたスーツをこれでリセットからの二日目もさっぱりしたスーツで行けるとかそういう使い方にも最適だと思います！！！ ヘアアイロンとか有料でも貸し出しアイテム多く、「かゆいところに手が届く」だけでなく「ここかゆかったのか！というところにまで手が届く」ホテルでした。 今回泊まったエリア以外でも、変なホテルがあったら優先的に選びたいと思います。 寝間着？がフロントフロアのアメニティ持ってくところにあり、肌に直接触れるものなのに誰がどのように触れたか分からない状態だったのが少々ストレスでした。フロントに言えば裏から出してくれるのだとは思いますが、正直、部屋に置いてくれた方が気持ちよく使えるなと感じました。

- Tamara (9/5): Very solid choice - The Henn na Hotel put its focus on making a stay as convenient and efficient as possible. You can handle almost everything by yourself and they have guides and amenities readily available without you having to ask, which means that you don't encounter any staff unless you actually call for them at the check-in counter, in which case they basically teleport out of the backroom to help you with. We did have one or two requests (extra blankets, throwing away a pair of shoes...) which they handled nicely despite the language barrier. The breakfast, which is held in the restaurant adjoined to the Hotel, was quite nice if a bit simple and repetitive if you stay exceeds 3 days. All in all we were quite happy with the location and our experience and i plan to check out more of their locations if I'm ever in Japan again If i had to nitpick I would say that the bed was a bit hard. The pillows also take some getting used to, one side is filled with a sort of pebbles and in general the pillows were quite hard. Furthermore, you only get one blanket for a double bed, which depending on how you usually sleep can be bothersome. Also the toilet doors are quite flimsy and noise travels easily

- Akos (10/5): Good deal for the money. - The 14th floor room wasnt particarly spacius, but was good enough for 2 night for one person. Breakfast is good, amenities are great with the lockers, wasmachines and manga library. Easy and fast check in and out. Nothing.

- Tan Chin Leng (6/5): Hotel with Standard Facilities & Small Room - The hotel is conveniently located near the Fushimi station and lots of convenience stores nearby. The usual amenities (razor, soap, etc) are available at the front desk. Plus point is LG Styler which allowed us to dry our clothes in room. We can monitor the status of laundromat units on the room TV. Not much food option nearby. The self check-in and check-out process is unmanned. The room is quite small which is the standard size in Japan

- Sussumu (8/5): Despite the name "Henna" we had a great stay! - First of all I want leave my appreciation for the personnel cleaning the room. I forgot my wrist watch (a rolex) in the bathroom and when I came back after 10 hours out it was there at the same place. The location is great, and the room despite the size was comfortable and quiet. The parking is very limited (capacity only for few vehicles), the reception should be in the first floor, the elevator stops every time when passing the second floor where the reception (self) is located. The room is quite small but I believe is the standard size in Japan.

- 淳子 (7/5): 朝食が良かった - お部屋もきれいで清潔感があって良かった。朝食もとても美味しくてカレーもあったりして満足しました！ アメニティが、部屋にあると思っていたら二階にあるフロントに揃っていたようで…ホテルにチェックインしたのが遅かったのもあり、パジャマや、カミソリなど、ないことに気付いたのがかなり後になってから…。面倒になって探しませんでした。 朝になってから気付き、もっと分かりやすく教えてほしかったです。残念でした。

- Wei-Ning (8/5): - 住宿地點在東山線伏見站10號出口，搭電梯直到地面層後三分鐘步行可達，帶小孩推推車和大行李都很方便。附近多為辦公大樓，夜晚街道安靜，有幾間連鎖餐廳（吉野家、Coco），對於帶孩子一時不知如何選擇的話，相當方便友善。飯店樓下和對面視線範圍內就有兩間Seven和一間全家，住宿四天每天都吃超商早餐；稍微走遠一點也有一間Lawson和大型藥局，可以隨時補貨。從飯店出發散步約半小時（帶兩個幼兒走走停停邊拍照的狀態），可以到名古屋城，剛好天氣宜人、櫻花盛開，是很悠閒的行程。

You complete their pre registration link and scan the QR at the reception and select the amount of keys you need. The room was very spacious and clean. aAmenities were great and available on the second floor with the reception. Location was only one stop from Nagoya station. Would stay here again. Nothing
- Meng Tee (9/5): Overall a comfortable stay with surprisingly useful amenities - The self check-in and check-out process is unmanned and fuss-free. The room is quiet, clean and comfortable with ample space to walk in. The usual amenities (razor, soap, etc) are self-service at the front desk. You can see the status and time left on the 3 laundromat units on the room TV as it is connected to their system. The pillows provided were low and flat, I had to stack two of them on top of each other for a comfortable sleep. The bathtub is a bit slippery and does not have a safety handle, so exercise care when bathing. You have to pay 3,000 yen for (limited) parking space, though it makes sense since it is in the Nagoya city area. Better to use the surrounding parking lots if you are driving.

- Andrei (10/5): - Отличное расположение, в нескольких минутах ходьбы от станции метро, пешком можно дойти до основных достопримечательностей. Персонал вежливый. Номер достаточно большой для Японии, чистый и комфортный, есть все необходимое для проживания (даже шкаф для отпаривания одежды).

- yychen1025 (10/5): - 這次名古屋住得這間Henna Hotel Express Nagoya Fushimi不錯，2022/12 新開幕，位於東山線伏見站， 剛好位於名古屋車站和榮站的中間，去這兩個熱鬧的地方都只要坐一站地鐵 ， 入住全採自助式，所有的備品都有（ 真的什麼都不用帶，雖然我還是有自己準備），10號出站坐電梯出來一分鐘就到，走200公還有機場巴士直達，附近還有串燒宵夜和兩間手羽先名店，樓下就是7-ELEVEN和星巴克，藥妝及麥當勞、摩斯漢堡及餐廳也都在附近。
