Consuelo (10/5): Muy agradable, por eso somos clientes asiduos. - Siempre pido habitación en el piso superior y la vista de ahí a la bahía es increíble. Me gusta que tenga balcón. Nos tocó que están acondicionando el restaurante para hacerlo más grande. Eso les permitirá atender a más cantidad de huéspedes a la vez porque hay colas para entrar a desayunar. Que la caja de seguridad no funcionaba y nunca terminaron de habilitarla. Que los huéspedes siguen apartando las mesas, sillas y camastros aún cuando el hotel les dice que no se puede.
Asu (8/5): Me deben mi estadía tranquila - La habitación es amplia y la alberca también Se pusieron a hacer reparaciones en las habitaciones de los lados y no se si también arriba y no se podía ir a descansar a la habitación pues el ruido era mucho y aturdida no podíamos estar mas de 5 a 10 en la habitación no se escuchaba nada mas que golpes. Para lo que pagamos creo que fue Pesimooo el hacer eso en temporada de vacaciones.

Othon (9/5): Please Let The Guests Introduce Icechest To The Swimming Pool Área With Dome Rules Like Not Glass Counteiners - La Vista Al Mar, La Swimming Pool Is Nice, The Service At The Beach With The Umbrella Chairs And Camastros The Window In The Restrooms In Suite # 500 , 400 , 300 Don’t Close All The Time Is Open And Is So Hot The Restrooms You Pup 🚽💩And Sweating All The Times 🥵. I Don’t Like They Don’t Let Us Come To The Sweeming Pool With Icechest 🤬😤 and The Guy At The Bar In The Pool He Don’t Know Nothing How To Make A Whisky Souwer or Tequila Souwer 🙁😏

Jose (7/5): Everything perfect but for the little missing details that a good hotel should have - Most everything The room didn’t have any place to hang towels, just a little one for a hand towel. Insuficient glasses, cups, spoons, at least one knife. Lousy thin toilet paper. Noisy room, mostly at night from equipment.
Lewis (7/5): A nice hotel in a beautiful spot - needs to resolve a couple of issues. - Great location on the beach, the property is beautiful with a great selection of well-kept plants around the pool. The included breakfast is very good with a good number of choices. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Most rooms have a beach view and patio or balcony. Suites are spacious and clean. The hotel does not have enough pool loungers (about 20). Guests were going out as early as 5am to reserve a lounger and then holding them all day even if not using them. A daily lounger competition is not relaxing when on vacation. Also, our wifi was very spotty for 3 out of 4 days. Many guests were in the lobby using the wifi there. Also, we did not have hot water one day and it took a few complaints to resolve. Finally, our bathroom had a bad spell even though it was cleaned daily.

James (7/5): Good - Location. Restaurant and bar prices were good. I exñected high but they were surpisingly affordable. I would say lower than in Puerto Vallarta where I live. Very few TV channels. Only one waste basket in the bathroom None in the living room, kitchen area or the bedrooms. No tissues. Only toilet paper.
