We are renovating our accommodations and have several constructions, including the construction of a new swimming pool on the beach. Therefore, the use of the beach will be inconvenient during this month until 30 September 2025.

Nous avons été confrontés à du pain avarié (moisi). Les œufs sont faits à l'avance et souvent déjà froids. Le personnel de table est nonchalant.

- Liudmila (8/5): Хороший отель в спокойном курортном месте - Невысокий рейтинг гостиницы представляется не вполне справедливым. Расположение отличное – непосредственно на прекрасном немноголюдном пляже. Гостиница не новая, но в целом поддерживается в приличном состоянии. В нашем номере мебель была новой и современной, чего нельзя сказать про холодильник и кондиционер. Однако, несмотря на свой возраст и тот, и другой нормально работали. В гостинице два бассейна. Один – небольшой, примерно 10 м на 4 м, но глубокий – совершенно бесплатный. Другой, побольше, расположен на стыке территорий этой гостиницы и соседней, им пользуются постояльцы обеих гостиниц. Вот за пользование им взимается дополнительная плата 500 бат в день (можно потратить на покупки в баре) , что, конечно, не вполне обычно. Уборка в номерах ежедневно, с обновлением запаса воды, растворимого кофе, чая и сахара. Завтрак по системе шведского стола вкусный и разнообразный. Преобладают, естественно, блюда тайской кухни, но без злоупотребления острыми приправами. Вечером гостиничный ресторан работает в режиме бара, но поужинать можно в любой гостинице по соседству. Нам больше понравилась кухня в соседнем отеле Флора, примыкающем к «Ко Чанг Ресорт» слева (если стоять лицом к пляжу). Если пройти направо по улице примерно полкилометра, будет продуктовый магазин популярной местной сети 7/11. Если пройти дальше еще буквально метров 50, слева будет рыбный ресторан, витрина которого со свежей порционной рыбой и морепродуктами вынесена прямо на дорогу. Там не особо фешенебельно, но цены раза в два ниже, чем в гостиничных ресторанах. В коридорах и на дорожках встречаются малозаметные порожки и ступеньки, которые никак не обозначены. А верхний марш лестницы между первым и вторым этажом в главном корпусе попросту опасный. Ступеньки такие узкие, что едва достигают в ширину половины длины ступни взрослого человека. Мы не знакомы с тайскими строительными нормами, но нам представляется, что такие лестницы недопустимы в обедоступных местах. Хотелось бы, чтобы на территории гостиницы было побольше зелени. В описании гостиницы на Букинге имеется неточность. Мы заказывали номер, обозначенный как «улучшенное здание» (Superior Building), а оказалось, что речь идет не о коттедже, а о стандартном номере в многоэтажном комплексе. При этом по фотографиям это установить невозможно. Следует иметь в виду – это не в упрек гостинице – что цены на острове заметно выше, чем в Паттайе или Бангкоке, а курс обмена валюты в местных менялках процентов на 10 хуже.
- Юлия (4/5): - Местоположение Мы были в этом отеле ранее и выбрали его из-за первой линии и хорошей пляжной зоны: шезлонги и зонтики на берегу. НО приехав в отель мы обнаружили что на этом месте во всю ширину пляжа построили водный бар и все шезлонги и полотенца стали платные: ты вносишь депозит а потом тратишь его на напитки и еду… МЫ БЫЛИ В ШОКЕ… тк цена номера в сутки примерно 2000 батт и на двоих за шезлонг и зонт надо отдать еще 1500… то есть цена за отель вырастает на 3/4… а эту красивую картинку поставили на заставку отеля… я обратилась на рецепшен с просьбой сделать исключение по оплате или предложить вариант решения ситуации тк мы бронировали отель когда там был пляж а не бар. Мне предложили написать в вотсап менеджеру. Мы были в отеле 19 суток. За все время менеджер даже не прочитал не говоря уже об ответе. Я каждый день наблюдала как вновь прибывшие туристы были в полном разочаровании от данной ситуации. .. персонал был любезный, место положение хорошее. Но если в отеле на берегу нат пляжа для проживающих, то нет смысла платить за первую линию. В день заселения на некоторых сайтах по бронированию были фотографии и старого и нового пляжа одновременно…

- Tannenberg (4/5): - Die Buchung war Bungalow am Strand, erhalten haben wir Bungalow am Pool. Leider gab es bei der Buchung im November keinen Hinweis hierzu, weder vom Ressort, noch von Booking.com. Im Gegenteil, es waren sogar Bilder des Bungalow mit direkt Strand und Liegen davor. Laut den Angestellten wurde der Pool im Januar fertiggestellt, so etwas plant man wohl kaum in kurzer Zeit. Durch den Pool gab es daher auch keine Liegen an dem dahinterliegenden Strand, da ja kein Platz mehr war (bedingt durch Ebbe/Flut). Dies hatte einen ziemlich schlechten Beigeschmack. Die gesamte Anlage ist etwas vernachlässigt. Die Angebote für Gäste waren größtenteils nicht vorhanden

- ANTONIJA (5/5): RAZOČARANA - Verjetno nima smisla, da to pišem, ker se mi zdi, da so komentarji umaknjeni in jih ni mogoče videti. Moram reči, da sem bila zelo razočarana. V tem hotelu sva bila že lani in sva se lepo imela, saj je bilo čez dan druženje na plaži z drugimi gosti prav prijetno. Letos pa se je tam pojavil ta famoznih čudež (miracle) in hotel je izgubil svojo plažo ob obali. Neodpustljiv greh so naredili, ker so zato podrli nekaj palm,, ki so rasle na tem mestu. Sedaj je potrebno za ležalnike plačati in gostje ki tega ne želijo, so prisiljeni, da iščejo senco v mivki pred sosednjim resortom. Tistih nekaj ležalnikov, ki naj bi bili zastonj, in so bili označeni na sliki, ki sem jo dobila, tam enostavno ni bilo. Za edine tri na ploščadi pred jedilnico, se je bilo potrebno pa pošteno grebsti in tisti, ki jih je uspel dobiti je bil deležen nevoščljivih pogledov ostalih gostov. Sredi resorta je velik neurejen prostor, kjer bi lahko z malo truda poravnali teren in namestili ležalnike ter postavili marele, da bi ljudje lahko ležali v senci, saj je ob bazenu samo nekaj mest. Hotelska stavba ob cesti je že zelo utrujena. V kopalnici sva morala imeti ves čas podstavljeno brisačo, ker je voda kapljala iz zida pod umivalnikom. Ko sem to pokazala enemu od osebja, je skomignil z rameni in mi dal dodatno brisačo. Zadnjih nekaj dni je začelo kapljati še od zgoraj.

Lihøgner en stor ruin udenifra . Synes det er en stor overdrivelse at give plasen 3 stjerner 1-2stjerner passer bedre. Maser af russere i komplekset er heller ikke et plus i min optik . Derfor forlod jeg hotellet 1dag før tid

The air conditioning compressor was very noisy, which made it difficult to relax and sleep. The rooms and facilities feel old and outdated and could use renovation. - Holger (5/5): - Werbung wie mit einem Pool gemacht an dem Man die gegen Bezahlung liegen darf. Angeblich anderer Besitzer aber das Hotel bewirtet ihn. Es gibt freie liegen die man aber reservieren muss und natürlich zu wenig davon da sind. Hat man eine bekommen, wie man trotzdem damit genervt ob man wirklich in dem Hotel ist. Aussagen werden einem nicht geglaubt ma muss seinen Schlüssel vorzeigen. Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht und setzt natürlich nur ihre Vorgaben um.

- A. P. Hack (10/5): - Wunderschöner Aufenthalt – ich komme definitiv wieder Mein Aufenthalt im Koh Chang Resort war einfach großartig. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist traumhaft ruhig und perfekt zum Abschalten. Genau der richtige Ort, um wirklich runterzukommen und Koh Chang zu genießen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich, mit viel Auswahl und frischen Produkten – besonders schön mit Blick aufs Meer. Der Service war durchweg herzlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und gut betreut. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überzeugt absolut. Für diese Lage, den Komfort und den Service bekommt man wirklich viel geboten. Fazit: Ein Resort zum Wohlfühlen. Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und würde jederzeit wieder hier buchen.
- Philip (2/5): Välj ett annat hotell om du kan. - Stranden är jättefin, men hotellet har bara 5-10 solstolar så man får ligga på sanden. Solstolarna och poolen som visas på Booking.com ingår inte i hotellet. ”Different owner” och kostar upp till 1000 bath extra per dag. Frukosten var dålig. Badhandukar ingår inte heller.
- Dmitriy (6/5): - Хороший пляж (для клонг прао и ко Чанга). Нормальные завтраки. Кафе с хорошим меню на берегу. Бомбические закаты. В отеле, на балконах, курят, то, что разрешено в Таиланде. С учетом того, что в ванне только сетка, а блок кондиционера на балконе - все ароматы попадают в номер. Запретов не весит. Обращение на ресепшен результатов не дает. Шезлонги с зонтами - платно за депозит. Не удобно. Двери в большом корпусе выходят на дорогу, по качеству - межкомнатные. В номере шумно.

- Vladislav Ushenko (3/5): shame and disgrace - Very old Resort, toilets in the rooms like an ancient hole... disgusting... They built new Swimmimg pool, and started to sell sun beds in front of the pool, despite the fact that my Beach Front Villa cost 10 000 THB per night!!! Never will come again!!! Breakfast could be better... Just eggs and sausages... that all what we could eat...

- Dianakpg (8/5): Disappointed - Was there during the low season. Only guest was us and another family. Check in was awful, as we booked through Agoda and the 1st thing that the reception told us was there was no. Booking even though we have fully paid for the 2 nights at the beach front bungalows inclusive of breakfast. Finally after more then half hour they finally said ok they found it. Pls note that they only have 2 guest there. Then we were ask to wait another 5mins before we can get to the room. Because it was not ready, when we finally reach the room the housekeeping was just there to sweep. Upon check in to the room, we found the aircon not in order and had to walk all the way to the reception to get someone to come and check it out. Finally it was working, but not in good condition still. The room was so warm even with the aircon at 16 deg. At night the reception and the whole resort is deserted by 7.20pm. There was not even a security insight. We were at the beach front bungalow and felt very unsafe as the beach is not private. The only good was the girl at breakfast. She was very good and friendly. Anyway after one night we decided to forfeit our 2nd night as we really felt nit safe there. To be fair it is a nice place but during those days. And the beach is lovely. But we won't be back as there are many nice resorts available at Ko Chang.

- Elizabeth Anne (8/5): - The resort needs updating. The pathways are unsafe in parts for older and unsteady people. The staircase was not washed in the four weeks we stayed. However the wifi was excellent, there was always hot and cold water, and the air conditioning was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. Would we go back? No. The owner could update the buildings and pay cleaners to wash down stairs and corridors.

- Steven (1/5): Run for your Life. - Different reviews often mention this place lacks any lawn maintenance or upkeep,, I believe it needs a bulldozer before a lawnmower. The price was beyond belief, my fault for leaving it to the last minute to secure accommodation,, over 25000 baht for 3 nights for 2 and an 8 year old.. the place is a dump. Please look elsewhere, don't even consider this place. I feel totally ripped off, end of story.
