• Ibrahim (3/5): Hôtel à fuir ! - Pas grand chose mais vraiment le seul point positif si je peux dire quelque chose.. c’est l’emplacement La douche, les draps n’était pas propre, le personnel était très je m’en foutiste, limite ils nous aidez pas plus que ça quand on avait besoin. L’hygiène laisse à désirer, le prix est trop cher pour ce que c’était ! Les autres hôtels étaient choqué du prix quand on les avait expliqué.. franchement très déçu.. j’étouffais dans ma chambre tellement c’était pas espacé. Et aussi pas de rideau dans la douche !! L’eau coulait partout dans la salle de bain !! ❌

• Ahmad (1/5): Horrible 5 nights and top wosrt sleep hotel room ever in whole my life for me and my family - Nothing Noise noise noise noise noise noise. Too noisy,family room was at ground floor next to main door and reception also they use artificial wall to separate between rooms which was very thin and you could hear everything happens in the other room literally even light is shining comes from ceiling so we didn’t sleep all 5 nights. When ask the reception for change room, they said that they have only these 2 rooms at GF for families. It was horrible. This is my bad experience in hotel room in all my life and I have stayed in a too many hotels but this was nightmare one. I don’t recommend this hotel for any family at all. Bathroom ground is not clean. Pillows are not comfortable. Noise noise noise noise noise noise from outside elevator and stairs and from neighbours next door because of room design.

Ma chambre n’étais pas propre, les draps était troué , la chambre sentait l’humidité. J’ai demandé à changer de chambre et ça m’a était refusé par le personnel de l’hôtel. Il m’ont quand même remboursé mes nuits et j’ai pu changer d’hôtel.

• zeynep (10/5): - Gece geç vakitte geldik ve çok güzel karşılandık. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar çok iyi ,tatlı ve çok yardımseverdi.Bir problem olduğu zaman hemen anında her şeyi hallediyorlar. Temizlik güzeldi ve tekrar geldiğimizde yine aynı yerde kalmayı düşünüyoruz. Çalışanların hepsine teşekkür ederiz. Tıpkı bir aile gibiydik. Tekrar teşekkür ederim. Herşey mükemmel.

Volgens personeel restaurantje hebben ze gebrek aan personeel. Hotel was gesloten bij aankomst. Naar ander hotel gegaan , waar je natuurlijk walk in prijs betaald. Slecht management.
• Bohdan (9/5): - The staff is extremely friendly, nice and responsible! Actually, the staff is the aspect that makes this place really nice. My room was always cleaned on my demand. The location is pretty nice: many 7/11s, laundries and other necessary facilities, even though it's 25 minutes on foot to Patong, but personally for me it's okay because I like walking The only thing that I didn't like is the AC that stopped working every time after about an hour and a half and you have to reboot that in order to make it work again.

• Pirathip (8/5): Good - Near to 7E, great location. The room offered to us is different compared to the one booked via app. We had to wait overnight to get basic toiletries (towels) which was quite upsetting but the staffs were good and handled well in good manner even after we raised voices due to frustration.
• Francesco (1/5): This place is a scam - Room was humid and dirty, there were cockroach in the toilet coming out from the pipes and shower. The shower was built to spill water everywhere. I never saw something like this honestly. However the worst thing was that they haven't clean the room for days and charged us 400baht because dirty and they don't clean towels in the hotel. That's absurd!! and ones they clean the room they didn't give us towel because they didn't have them! That's ridiculous! And at the check out of course they charged us again because of the towels because they need money to buy new ones. DON'T GO THERE!

• Alok (3/5): Worst Experience Ever - Nothing, this was worst choice. Nobody should visit them. Worst Experience Ever Location is unknown to everybody. Cab or local people also dont know the place. Staff leaves hotel after 7 PM and no one is their to support. Washroom and room size is very small than actual image. Staff is very unprofessional.
