• NAMSEOK (6/5): 조식으로 도시락이 배달되는 숙소로 기억 - 시내중심부와는 다소 떨어진 거리이지만 전철, 버스 등 교통수단이 숙소와 가까이 있어 이동이 편리하고, 면적(전실,거실,방,화장실 등)이 넓은 아파트 타입이라 주방도구들이 갖추어져 있어 쓸모가 있음. 나름 청결함. 사전에 온라인 체크인을 해야하고 주로 왓츠앱으로만 연락함. 5월중순에도 비엔나 기온(10~20도)이 높지 않아 다소 추웠지만 난방이 되지 않아 전기히터(소음)를 제공받아 사용하였고, 조식은 숙소에 레스토랑이 없어서 도시락(1인당 17유로: 4가지중 1개 선택)을 배달받아 먹어야 함. 이 부분이 가장 불만족한 부분으로 예약 사이트나 후기에서도 본적이 없었음. 50여개 나라를 여행하면서 아침에 도시락을 받기는 이번이 처음으로 물가를 고려해도 퀄리티가 의문임.

• Jingwen (10/5): Perfect stay for a family of 3 - Absolutely wonderful, so spacious, spotlessly clean, modern and beautiful interior, location very convenient with public transport. Not far from anywhere.
• Michael (10/5): Wien wie wir es lieben, unkompliziert und alles in "Gehweite" - Die Lage ist perfekt für sämtliche Aktivitäten in Wien. Zentral und doch etwas abseits der Touristenströme. Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gefallen und sie war sehr gut gereinigt als wir mittels Early-Check-in eingetroffen sind. Der Balkon wäre auch perfekt für uns zwei gewesen wenn dann das Wetter mitgespielt hätte. Von der Strasse konnten wir bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht viel hören. Auch ist die Durchgangsstrasse eher nur zu den Stosszeiten rege befahren. Ansonsten trotz zentraler Lage eher ruhig. Generell hat alles sehr gut funktioniert mit der Buchung, dem Self-Check-in und allem anderen. Wenn man länger bleibt kann man auch für ein paar Euros die Badetücher auswechseln und das Verbrauchsmaterial (Kaffee und Tee) auffüllen lassen. Bei noch längerem Aufenhalt wäre auch eine Zwischenreinigung möglich. Auch gäbe es Möglichkeiten Frühstück, etc. in der App dazuzubuchen. Das hatten wir allerdings nicht genutzt. Es war alles perfekt!
• Erhan (8/5): It was a good and peaceful stay. I recommend - Location, cleanliness and having shutters installed. It was great for us as we had an infant with us traveling. Light is a sleep breaker in the morning but numa stay was amazing in this regard. Nothing really stand out as dislikable

• MiDau77 (10/5): - Grand appartement, bien équipé, silencieux car bien isolé. Le code d'accès est pratique. Serviettes et draps de rechange à disposition. Bon emplacement, le bus qui va dans le centre-ville passe devant l'immeuble et les métros sont proches. Au premier étage, contrairement à la photo, la terrase est face à un mur. La terrasse n'est donc pas agréable et l'appartement est peu lumineux.
• Демяненко (10/5): Незабутні 4 дні у Відні! - Чудові апартаменти, дуже люблю самостійні заселення та виселення, плюс в тому, що немає ключа, а все відкривається за допомогою коду і ти не переймаєшся постійно за той ключ. Дуже зручне розташування, недалеко від центру, любий вид транспорту поруч. В кімнаті чисто та охайно, дуже стильний інтер'єр. Є варіант кімнати з власною верандою (як у мене), з непоганим видом, дуже приємно зранку там випити кави чи поснідати. Є власна кухня з кавомашиною, чайником, плитою, духовкою та холодильником. Власне, перебування було дуже комфортним, я максимально задоволена, дякую! Трошки не вистачало мікрохвильовки, щоб швидко щось розігріти :)
• Maria del Carmen (8/5): Apartamento amplio y bastante cómodo. - Amplio, no se oye ningún ruido exterior, cama grande, cerca del centro, con todo lo necesario para una estancia. El sofá cama esta muy trillado no es cómodo tuvimos que poner el colchón en el suelo para poder estar derecho.

Las camas eran cómodas, el baño impoluto y con productos completos para el aseo (gel,champú, acondicionador hasta crema hidratante). También nos gustó mucho la cocina, completamente equipada Nada en particular destacó para mal. La experiencia fue muy buena.

• Ja Yeon (10/5): 가족 단위 관광객에게 강력 추천 - 1. 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되어 있음. 2. 라지 룸은 방과 침대도 크고, 거실 겸 주방이 큰 편이어서 4명이 이용하기 충분함.(테라스도 넓은 편임) 3. 주방 도구와 식기류가 4명이 이용하기에 충분히 갖춰져 있음. 주방세제, 행주, 세탁세제 모두 있음. 4. 세탁기 겸용 건조기가 룸안에 있어서 3박이상 이용 시 빨래하기 편리함. 5. 타월과 린넨을 손쉽게 추가로 얻을 수 있고 추가요금이 없음.(휴지, 키친타월도 추가로 갖다 쓸 수 있음.) 6. 안전한 지역에 위치하고, 지하철과 버스 정류장이 10분 내 위치함. 7. 관리팀의 응답이 빠른 편이며 매우 친절함. 1. 쇼파베드는 성인 2명이 누워도 충분히 큰 크기이지만, 쿠션이 너무 푹신한 편임. 허리가 좋지 않은 사람에겐 추천하지 않음. 2. 세탁기 청소를 2주에 한번씩 해주면 좋을 것 같음. 건조기를 같이 사용하다 보니, 섬유들이 세탁기 내부에 붙어있음. 하지만 사용 전 헹굼기능을 한번 시행하고 닦으면 깨끗함.

We had the apartment at the ground floor and we loved drinking our coffee in the yard. I was told the sofa bed wasn't really confortable, something hard was felt somewhere in the middle. It's not a bed so there weren't very high expectations. Not enough coffee and some sort of contact or a reception I think it's necessary

• Angelos (10/5): Πολύ ανετο, καινούριο, μοντέρνο, καθαρό κατάλυμα κοντά στην αγορά και στο ιστορικό κέντρο της πόλης - Πολύ άνετος, καθαρός χώρος σε κομβικό σημείο κοντά σε μεγάλη αγορά, αλλά και σε κοντινη απόσταση 20 λεπτών με τα πόδια απο το ιστορικό κέντρο της πόλης. Θα ήθελα να γίνεται καθαριότητα του χώρου καθε τρεις μέρες χωρίς χρέωση (η πολιτική της καταλύματος είναι να καθαρίζεται με την πάροδο επτά ημερών)
• Sabine (9/5): Zentrale moderne Unterkunft in ruhigem Ambiente - Die Lage ist perfekt (unmittelbar verschiedene Öffis nutzbar), ruhiger Innenhof, Sauberkeit top, Mitarbeiter:innen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Waschmaschine in der Unterkunft, Terrasse vorhanden und gepflegt, diverse Möglichkeiten vor Ort (Regenschirm mieten, Gepäcksaufbewahrung) Das Doppelbett war klein; Geschirrausstattung grundsätzlich passend, jedoch wären Eierbecher wünschenswert; ev Insektengitter beim Schlafzimmer.
• Eva (6/5): Funktional, aber lieblos und den Preis nicht wert - Gute Lage Schöne Einrichtung Das Frühstück wurde sehr lieblos in eine Styropor Schachtel geworfen. Eine Frechheit für 20 Euro. Um diesen Preis bekommt man im Umkreis von 5 Minuten ein tolles Frühstück in einem der vielen Lokale. Es gab keine Locker mehr für unsere Koffer. Was soll man dann mit seinen Sachen machen? Wir mussten alles mitnehmen.

• FERNANDO (10/5): Fabuloso - Estupendo alojamiento, muy amplio, tranquilo, cómodo, todo nuevo y muy bien comunicado (metro linea U3 a 2 min que te deja en el centro en 2 estaciones y conecta también con el tren al aeropuerto). Todo es autónomo, en tres día no vimos a nadie. El desayuno te lo dejan en la puerta a la hora indicada, hay varios tipos y los que probamos son completos y nos gustaron. Los armarios para dejar el equipaje el día de salida nos vinieron muy bien.

The unit itself is very spacious, and the check‑in and check‑out process was seamless and convenient. The in room facilities were very satisfactory, and overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

• Holger (7/5): Appartement nah der Mariahilfer - Self-Check-In Appartement in guter Wiener Lage nah an der Mariahilfer Straße. Die digitale Durchführung hat wunderbar geklappt, auch bei Nachfrage. Es gab sogar ein Frühstück und das Appartement ist wirklich groß. Nur kleine Abzüge z.B. für das etwas sehr lieblose Frühstück in einer Plastikbox geliefert (hipper Anbieter, leider gar nicht nachhaltig) und den sehr spärlich bemessenen Kaffee (ein Kaffee pro Tag pro Person). Insgesamt auch leichte Abzüge für das Konzept ganz ohne Personal. Das wussten wir zwar, würden wir aber dennoch zukünftig nicht unterstützen wollen.

• Barbara (9/5): APPROVATO ! - L'appartamento è dotato di ogni cosa , pulito, ordinato e ben tenuto. In un palazzo tranquillo dove si accede solo con codice. I servizi offerti sono veramente pensati ad ogni esigenza, dall'ombrello, locker per le valigie sia prima che dopo soggiorno, acqua di cortesia , thè e caffè a disposizione. Area comune con asciugamani di ricambio, piccole cose di consumo di prima necessità, non scontate in altre strutture anzi .. non abbiamo testato la colazione quindi non posso dare un giudizio. Riuseremo NUMA senza dubbio. se proprio vogliamo essere pignoli migliorerei la pulizia dei luoghi comuni. Il materasso del divano letto va bene per ragazzi ... se gli ospiti sono 3 rifornire con 3 bottiglie acqua , 3 thè e così via. Metterei qualche spina "c" per la ricarica dei cellulari e cose tecnologiche o una ciabatta con questo servizio.

Tenia mucha luz y la calefacción hacia que estuviera calentito siempre. No tenemos queja. La ubicación es buena, a 25-30mins andando del centro.

• Juana Teresa (10/5): Muy contentos - El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario, incluso lavadora secadora, tabla de planchar y plancha. Con suelo radiante y control de temperatura. Es muy cómodo, espacioso, con techos altos y bien amueblado. Muy tranquilo. La cama extra grande. El baño perfecto. Y con las dobles ventanas no se oye nada de ruido de la calle. Muy contentos.

• Elitsa (8/5): Elitsa Aleksieva - I really liked the location, as well as the breakfast. Every morning it arrived at the agreed time right at the door, and it was truly delicious. I didn’t like that the sofas in both apartments we stayed in were extremely squeaky, which kept waking up my baby. The staff do not speak English—they use Google Translate to communicate, but the communication is not good. We had to move from a studio to an apartment (paid upgrade) and they came to rush us out of the studio at least two or three times, even though we had an agreement and the second apartment wasn't ready, but the housekeepers were in a rush to clean the studio.
