• Dominique (9/5): Grand studio de qualité en plein centre de Porto - Appartement lumineux et spacieux, bien conçu avec un très bon couchage. Très bon emplacement en plein centre historique de Porto, qui permet de faire un maximum de visites à pied. Équipe très sympathique et réactive aussi bien à l'écrit que lors du séjour avec déplacement immédiat jusqu'à l'appartement si nécessaire. Le métro est à 100 mètres et permet de rejoindre l'aéroport en moins de 40 minutes. Très bon rapport qualité prix au regard d'une prestation de qualité !

• Cristina (10/5): Gran lugar donde pasar unos días en Oporto - Fuimos 5 personas y estuvimos en el tercer piso, que tenía camas para todos y 2 baños. La ubicación es genial y el piso estaba muy bien cuidado y completamente equipado. La continua comunicación con los trabajadores del apartamento ha hecho de este alojamiento un lugar que recomendar al 100% a cualquiera que quiera pasar unos días cómodos en la ciudad.

• Angélique (4/5): Un emplacement très pratique et un très bon petit déjeuner livré mais de gros soucis avec la plomberie et la moisissure - La proximité avec les lieux à visiter et le petit déjeuner très copieux. La réactivité du personnel qui est venu nettoyer. La moisissure derrière la tête de lit et au plafond de toutes les pièces, la salle du bain du bas était inutilisable et s’inondait, la douche du haut coulait toute seule et sans joint sous la porte de douche, l’eau coulait par terre. Il n’y avait aucune serpillère et seau pour éponger. Il n’y avait que 2 grandes serviettes de bain pour 4. Des travaux ont été faits dans l’appartement du dessous dès 8h du matin. Quand la porte du bas s’ouvre et se ferme cela claque la porte de l’appartement violemment et bruyamment.

• Elena (10/5): Amazing penthouse apartment in the heart of Ribeira :) - I stayed for 5 nights in january and I really liked the apartment. Close to everything! Quiet. Although I had read the reviews here and people saying it's on a lively street, I didn't hear anything. Maybe it was because of january. The bed in the apartment was amazing!! I slept so well! Kitchen had everything I needed. Enough towels, in both bathrooms. Thick curtains in the bedroom to keep it dark even in the morning. Balcony with a very nice view was a plus :) Only minus I have to give, is that the oven didn't work. It was mentioned in the profile so of course I went to buy a frozen pizza and some bakingpaper. Luckily, I had it cooked on the fryingpan. So, problem solved.

Niestety klimatyzacja w styczniu nie dawała rady i było ogólne wrażenie delikatnej wilgoci. W łazience, wokół spłuczki zbierała się woda.

E a disposição do apartamento também. Os funcionários foram prestáveis e entregaram alguns itens que pedi por estarem em falta na cozinha e wc. A localização, pois fica numa rua um pouco duvidosa. A humidade que era imensa após banhos e cozinhar, as paredes escorriam literalmente. A falta de isolamento: nas janelas, ouvia-se todo o movimento na rua e estava no segundo a dar; dentro de casa, ouvia todo o barulho dos vizinhos e escadas. Fui obrigado a deixar entrar um técnico durante a minha estadia, na minha ausência e sem me sentir confortável com isso. Correu bem, mas podia não ter corrido, dado que os meus pertences estavam dentro do apartamento.

• Beth (9/5): - The location is so central its great to walk to many sites from there or get bus or underground right there. We loved eating at the Time Out food court round the corner The office is just over the road for any issues, which we didn't have just booked taxi home through them. Sometimes a bit noisy because firstly you're in a flat and secondly you're right in the middle of a city, so no complaints thats to be expected. The toilet is in a narrow space so no good if you are a large or wide physique.

• Rafael (7/5): Boa localização, agradável depois de instalado mas a comunicação com o pessoal do local, esquece, horrível - A localização Péssima comunicação antes de nos receber, não respondem, não são objetivos, o check in é às 16:00h sendo que maioria dos voos chega pela manhã, o que figura algo não muito legal, que te obriga a pagar uma diária anterior p não ficar pela rua, pedi se poderia fazer antes qq tempo que fosse, mas não confirmam, horrível a comunicação. Não havia papel higiénico desde a chegada, não há um abridor de garrafas, nem uma esponja para lavar um prato, não acredito que os hóspedes devam levar sempre isso consigo, mas o que me pegou muito foi a péssima comunicação, tive de ajudar outras pessoas pela mesma situação,

• María Ángeles (9/5): Una buena opción en todo el centro de Oporto. - Está situado en el centro, junto a la estación de Sao Bento, ubicación excelente tanto para visitar Oporto como para desplazarse a Ɓraga, Aveiro, Guimaraes..... El personal muy amable y las referencias para parking, supermercado, panaderia excelentes. Puedes descargar con el coche en la puerta y luego llevar al parking. Las camas son cómodas y se descansa bien. El apartamento huele a humedad, pero es normal sino se airea en todo el día. Se le nota el desgaste tanto en menaje como en mobiliario.

There were no hooks or surfaces to store towels, so they ended up on the floor. Kitchen wasn't well equipped -- it had one wine glass and one coffee mug. No sheets were provided for the sofa bed.

The apartment is next to the train station, and although it is an old building, it is not very noisy, so you can get a good rest. The downside is that there is no lift, and it is on the third floor.

Staff was helpful, attentive, and communicative. I would come back here as first choice in a heartbeat. Only improvement I would suggest is more kitchen utensils for preparing meals, and immediate access to a roll of paper towels (obviously this could be purchased by the tenant).

I have also emailed booking and they did nothing as well. - I can’t say anything that I like about the property for the first night because we booked a ground unit on the first floor and the ad read that it came with air and a TV. Neither one of them worked. We called the number for the apartment and the man told us that he would be glad to move us the next day, but there was nothing that he could do it for us for the night and he was sorry the air was not working, he told us he would make it right with us. The night was miserable. We were so hot we had to sleep without cover and we sweated all night. We opened the windows and it was so loud that there again we got zero sleep. It was so damp in the entire apartment that her clothes were damp in her suitcase and there was mold on the ceiling at the bathroom and around the windows in the living room. The furniture was peeling and the plywood furniture was buckling. The next day was a different story. They said that they couldn’t help us and the air did not come with the unit, we clearly showed them in a print out that I had emailed that it came with air and they still said that no air came with the unit and there is nothing they could do for us. They did move us for the second night to another unit that was open, but they were both the night before as well. Extremely disappointed in the fraudulent perception that they are advertising under. This is faults advertising, and it was truly nasty and smelled like mold. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. • Carla (8/5): Great location, helpful reception staff, would stay there again - Great location. The reception team are amazing, have great knowledge of the area and very helpful with any questions or requests or suggestions of what to do and where to go. The apartment was good, very spacious. Had most everything you needed It needed another dining chair, we only had 4 although we didn’t ask for another. A washer dryer would be great addition too as I’m Oct there can be a bit of rain.

• Indriani (10/5): Very recommended place to stay , close to tourist attractions, metro subway . - Stay there for 3 nights, I like the location , love the place and very easy access going to tourists attractions , close by to the restaurants and cafe I got the top level rooms, a bit difficult to bring suitcases upstairs, and I travel with my aunt, a bit difficult for her to go upstairs.
• Abdullah (2/5): Disaster - Only good thing about this property is the location. Images listed on booking.com shows well kept place and turns out to be complete opposite. Place is not well kept, broken and dirty furnitures, carpet had stains. Damp place with no working ac. Staff was really friendly at the time of checking in. Once checked-In staff didn’t bother to help with the air conditioning issue. They were supposed to provide a fan but didn’t end up doing it. Stay was uncomfortable and hot
• Dennis (4/5): Not as good as expected - The unit was central and clean. Check-in was easy and young man very nice and helpful. Kitchen amenities OK. Air Conditioning did not work, TV did not work, Basin tap loose and leaked into cabinet, which we could not use as all the shelf were wet. One window blind cord did not work, had to wind by hand everyday by hand up and down. Worse of all the staff in office were dismissive about fixing it and blamed Booking.com for miss advertising the unit with A/C. Never fixed in 4 days there.
• Trish (6/5): Great location and staff but only 2/3 sleepable beds - #61 top floor - Location is great for everything - food, arriving via transit, touristic attractions, etc. A map from the staff would have been amazing but overall the We were told check-in was at 3pm. We arrived early and got to drop our bags and waited. We were told the room was ready just after 4pm. When we got to the room the cleaning staff were still working. The staff said it would only be a bit longer, but they had another hour. It was still dirty when they left - a full McDonald’s bag of trash in the room, dirty floors, etc. One of the single beds was so hard we couldn’t use it. Ended up try the couch which was also too firm to sleep and shared the small double bed. Really unfortunate when we went out of our way to find a place with early check-in and three actual beds (not two beds and a couch).
• Maksymilian (5/5): I would never stay there again - The positive thing about this place is its location. The place is in the city center, close to everything. Very nice Time Out Market nearby with various local food - but also loud music until late at night. If someone wants to stay cheaply, in any conditions, this may be the place for him. We chose a property with a rating of close to 8, but this property should be closer to a rating of 6. In the photos, the property looks renovated and well-maintained, unfortunately only from the outside. When you open the wardrobes, the interiors look very worn, furniture boards are swollen from moisture, the panels on the floor look like they are 20 years old and have been reused. The same furniture inside. Because everything looks like that inside we did not feel like we were sleeping in clean conditions - despite the fact that it was cleaned. It was not pleasant to store clothes in the wardrobes, in fact it was not pleasant to open any cabinet. Somehow we managed to survive 2 nights, but I would never stay there again, I recommend paying more and staying somewhere else in better conditions.
