• Maria (10/5): - Premettendo che io e il mio compagno viaggiamo spesso e che almeno una volta all’anno scendiamo a Napoli, voglio iniziare col dire che non abbiamo mai trovato un gestore così attento e premuroso nei nostri confronti. Già da prima che arrivassimo, Francesco si è interessato a noi tramite whatsapp chiedendoci informazioni sul nostro arrivo. Una volta arrivati invece, si è prestato ad accoglierci nei migliori dei modi. Ci ha spiegato nel dettaglio letteralmente qualsiasi cosa. Da come muoversi a dove andare a mangiare e nei giorni di permanenza si è interessato a noi chiedendoci se procedesse tutto nel verso giusto. La struttura è veramente comoda, a due fermate di metro da Napoli Centrale. Una volta scesi, il b&b è letteralmente a due passi dalla stazione metropolitana, non c’è neanche bisogno di attraversare la strada ma nel caso uno non volesse muoversi in metro, la struttura è veramente comoda a quasi tutti i punti d’interesse principali, quindi, non vi è assolutamente nessun “pericolo” nel raggiungerla. Se è la prima volta che vi recate a Napoli per un soggiorno o se invece come noi non riuscite a farne a meno, vi consiglio di soggiornare qui.

Επίσης κάθε πρωί που κατεβαίνουμε για πρωινό ο υπάλληλος ο Μάξιμος ήταν πάρα πολύ φιλικός απέναντι μας..Ξεκινούσαν την ημέρα μας με την πιο ευχάριστη διάθεση εξαιτίας του..Και φτιάχνει κ το πιο νόστιμο cappuccino στη Νάπολη!!! Όλα είναι δίπλα.Μετρο λεοφωρεια,παλιά πόλη,αγορά,μουσειο Μάραντονα,λιμάνι. Άριστο σε όλα!!!

• Michael (9/5): A good choice for travelers to Naples - The room is located in an old luxury apartment building in a prime location on Corso Umberto I. Some of the former large apartments in the building have been mostly converted to guest accomodations. The interior of the building is very pleasant with its marble staircases and the old-style elevator. It was quite exciting, like a movie set. The subway station Università is right next door, the old town and tourist areas are easily reachable, most things within short walking distance. Our room comprised a bedroom with a comfortable and clean double bed, sufficient storage, air conditioning, electric heating, TV, WiFi, tables and chairs. There was a water boiler to make tea or coffee It had a large window with a view over the street and Piazza Bovio. The room had a private bathroom with a toilet, bidet, washbasin and shower stall. A hair dryer was provided. Breakfast is also provided, through an agreement with a small restaurant right next door, where you can have an Italian-style breakfast (more on that below). This is included in the price of the room. The room offered all amenities you will need for your stay. Not all hotels, certainly not those in the same price range, offer as much. Also, room and bathroom were clean. No problem there. Also, the room is quite big. We were a family of three, and we still had enough space. This is not always the case in hotels in Naples. Most have small rooms, and many will make families take a superior room at high cost or two rooms. But few of the expensive hotels are as well located as this room is. Many are in the outskirts or near the Castel dell'Ovo, which to us was not practical. Francesco, the caretaker and man-in-charge of the accommodations, will help you with any issues or questions you have - in my experience much more than any staff in the big hotels. When in Naples, you will be exposed to noise. There is 24/7 traffic noise and Italian drivers will be honking their horns all the time. This is certain. The only way one can do anything about the noise is - perhaps - to choose a very expensive hotel that will cost 3-5 times more. There you may have well-insulated windows, but that is not even guaranteed. Few places in Italy have really well-insulated windows. Even the expensive ones. They're more expensive, but still noisy. So if anyone really has a problem with noise, then all I can suggest is "don't go to Naples". The windows in the room had double glazing. They filter out some noise, but of course you will still hear the street noise. However, I repeat here: You will have very likely have exactly the same thing everywhere else in Naples, even in places where you pay quite a lot more. Some reviewers have been complaining about this, but these people just are not being realistic. Another thing to mention is the breakfast. Judging by some reviews I read, some people expect an American or English breakfast wherever they go. However, we are talking about Naples, Italy. Italians do not eat large breakfasts. They usually eat a croissant or sweet pastry and have a coffee. If you can't live without American style breakfasts, then either stay in America or pay a lot more and stay in a large chain hotel that offers a breakfast buffet. At the lower end of the price scale, you might find that they do not offer that.
• Elizabeth (10/5): Exceptional Hospitality - Central location within walking distance from major sites. We were greeted very warmly on arrival by Francesco and his friend Lorenzo. They have a great knowledge and passion for Naples and we can't thank them enough for taking the time to recommend cafes, restaurants and places of interest, as well as tips on what to avoid. We look forward to returning and visiting those sites we didn't have time to visit and meeting again with Francesco and Lorenzo. There was nothing we didn't like.

He suggested everything worth visiting, was very nice and always wanted to help. Also, very nice staff at the breakfast restaurant, which made our trip incredibly enjoyable. It is worth noting that the house and the district where the apartment is located are incredibly beautiful, authentic and I highly recommend choosing this place. The room in general does not look new, there are a lot of details that do not look good and generally need to be renovated. With breakfast, you should be careful that this is an Italian breakfast, so it may be smaller than usual.

• Nikoe (10/5): I highly recommend, 10/10! - I really liked staying at this place for a couple of reasons: #1: The owner, Francesco, is truly wonderful & accommodating! He gave me a full spiel in the beginning of where to go, where NOT to go, where to eat, what important areas are worth visiting, etc. I mean, I haven't done any research prior to coming, so this gave me such a good summary of what to check out since I was only there for a limited time. He was responsive to all my communications, and he was very accommodating to all my requests. He even introduced me to the owner of the cafe next door to the Belllorizzonte! #2: The location is perfect. It is only two stops away via metro from the central station, so it's close enough that it's easy to get to, and far enough from the busy central station area. There's so many food places around, and it is easily walkable. The building is easy to find as well, and Francesco gives you a detailed guide on how to get into the building. #3: The room is clean & nice! It is well kept, and it smelled great! The air conditioning was powerful (love sleeping cold), and the bathrooms were clean as well. It is a nice size, and you have everything you need in there! Overall, I highly recommend this place! Just confirm that booking already! Nothing!

The garage parking was very close and convenient. Francesco was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with his advice and recommendations. We liked everything.

• Wayne (9/5): A great apartment in a good location... - Nice room in a lovely old building, with a lot of the original features, i.e. old lift, internal atrium with plants, stonework, etc. Great location for everything we needed such as bars, restaurants, transport, historical sites, getting to Pompeii, Amalfi coast, etc. AC was silent and efficient! The owner was really nice, polite, helpful , friendly and kind. I can recommend this place! Nothing really. No complaints.

Air conditioning also was really good and worked a treat in the heat. Not that i didnt like it but the shower leaked slightly in the corner onto the floor and the sink wasnt completely fastened to the wall and was slightly wobbly.

The location couldn't have been more perfect, placing us right in the midst of the city's vibrant culture and historical charm. Our host, Francesko, was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel at home, providing us with invaluable tips on where to go and what to look for. His local insights truly enhanced our experience, allowing us to explore Naples with confidence. The nearby restaurants, including one recommended by Francesko, offered a variety of delicious meals that captured the essence of Neapolitan cuisine. Overall, our stay in Naples was wonderful. The central location, warm hospitality, and mouthwatering food made it a trip we will cherish forever. We can't wait to return and explore more of this beautiful city! Thank you Francesko. • Jane (8/5): Good location, with an excellent host. Francesco was very attentive and helpful. - The room was big enough for us, although we had the larger room. The bed was a good size too. It was clean and tidy. Very good location to reach wherever we needed to go. Very close to the metro. I loved the lift and the front door for a more historical kind of feel. The only thing I would have really liked to see was a mattress protector but apart from that it was fine.
• Peter (10/5): Fantastic experience from start to Finnish just wish I had more days exploring. - We didn’t have breakfast in our accommodation as wanted to try as many eateries outside which I must admit we were never disappointed. Francesco was truly outstanding, professional on all counts, he ran through restaurants and bars which would suit us and they did, 10 out of 10 for this young man for his hospitality. Certainly we will return to this accomodation Absolutely zero, we throughly enjoyed our stay in Naples with visits to Capri Sorento Pompei & Naples, great place to visit.

• Jekaterina (10/5): Exceptional - This was a great location. Very secure B&B. Clean room, comfortable bed, good shower. The big bonus was the great owner. Francesco is very friendly and helpful. Meet us at the gate and show us everything and more. Give us advice on where best to eat and how to get around. Helped us with a taxi to the airport. Everything was great, no complaints at all. Have to say the street was busy and a bit noisy, just keep it in mind. This is Naples after all. But it didn't bother us at all. Thank you Francesco for our hassle free accommodation.
