• Erik (10/5): Ótima recepção pelo Ismail, localização incrível - A localização: o hotel fica em lugar estratégico para fazer boa parte das coisas andando e fica próximo a uma estação de trem e rodeado de lojas e restaurantes, acredita que seja a melhor localização de Istambul. O Ismail nos ajudou desde o início da nossa estadia até o pedido do táxi até o aeroporto de Istambul, sempre com muita cortesia e gentileza. Está de parabéns pelo atendimento e recepção. Nada me desagradou.
• Fatmanur (10/5): - Wir möchten uns herzlich für den angenehmen Aufenthalt bedanken. Mit dem Service, der Sauberkeit und der freundlichen Atmosphäre im Hotel waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war stets hilfsbereit und aufmerksam, sodass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Und bedanken uns herzlich an das personal: Ismail, Üveyz, Sevval und Yildiray, waren super zufrieden mit ihnen und immer wieder gerne mit ihnen. Die Austattung ist etwas altmodisch, aber kein grosses problem.

Alles was netjes, fris en goed onderhouden, de kamers zijn comfortabel en stijlvol ingericht en het balkon met uitzicht maakte het helemaal af! Het personeel was geweldig, met speciale dank aan Üveys van receptie, behulpzaam en professioneel, wat het verblijf extra prettig maakte. Ik ben zeer tevreden en kom hier zeker terug.

Хотя на сайте я видел, что они свободны. В итоге нам пришлось ночевать в каком то отвратительном отеле и потом потратить день на поиски другого отеля! Я знаю, что моя карта не работает за границей и я специально выбирал отель с оплатой на месте. Если отель не готов работать по таким условиям-зачем он это указывает? Есть фильтр, где можно выбрать отели с оплатой на месте, я его применил при бронировании. Все мои контакты у отеля были, если есть сомнения приеду я или нет-можно было связаться со мной и уточнить, а не отменять бронь. Прошу разобраться в этой ситуации

• Anastasija (10/5): В Стамбул на 3 дня - Прекрасное расположение, очень близко пешком до достопримечательностей, транспорта ( любого),, рядом много мест, где поесть, хорошие зввтраки в гостинице, номер получили семейный, просторный, с видом на Босфор( хотя и не заказывали).В номере был и чайник и все для приготовления чая- кофе.Если вам понадобится утюг, вам его любезно предоставят.Очень рекомендую данный отель, так как опыт только положительный! Не было, только приятные впечатления!

We even could walk to Asia with ease. 3) staff- easy to work with, no rush out as we needed to stay later, they watched our stuff hours after check out so we could continue to explore Istanbul The room was small but did the job. Being in a giant and ancient city,, smack dab in the center of it all... it was expected. If we wanted to pay hundreds more & be Far from the hub, then we expect a bigger room. • Mouna (5/5): - What I liked most about the hotel was its excellent location. It is close to the main tourist attractions and public transportation, which made getting around Istanbul very easy. The staff were friendly, and overall the stay was good for the price. The room we received was very small, and we had difficulty organizing our belongings and doing makeup comfortably. The bathroom door was noisy, and the balcony faced the metro station, so there was some noise. The cleaning service was not always complete, as most of the time they only changed the towels. I also noticed that some rooms seemed better than others, so I recommend checking the room type carefully before booking. I stayed in a room on the first floor.

Людям крупного телосложения будет некомфортно. Мы бронировали на 1 ночь отдохнуть после длительного перелета. Нас все устроило за 47 € с завтраком в этом районе... Персонал вежливый, есть весы взвесить багаж. ОЧЕНЬ понравился завтрак(вкусно, хороший выбор) - СПАСИБО!!! Для коротких остановок отель очень рекомендуем! Нет минибара, не ставят воду(чай/кофе есть), шумоизоляция слабая.

• Nicoleta (6/5): Bra läge men dyrt för rummetskvalitet - Läget var jättebra , gång avstånd till alla sevärdheter. Personalen trevlig. Vi bokade 2 *dubbelrum med balkong ( 3 personer) och havsutsikt med det fick vi inte havsutsikt. Ett rum var singel rum ( trots att vi fick betala för dubbelrum) Dålig isolering , hörs allt från de andra rummen och utifrån, i rummet luktar mycket avlopp. gästerna röker i rummet och det kom lukt oxå i vårt rum.

• Teslime (6/5): Die Location war sehr gut von überall Verbunden. Das Hotel war befriedigent hätte Sanierungs bedarf. - Das Hotel ist zentral und man kann von dort aus sehr gut mit den öffentlichen verkehrsmittel hingelangen. Die Station Marmaray Sirkeci ist gleich nebenan und Eminönü befindet sich auch in der nähe. Kurzgefasst ist die Location sehr gut. Zum Hotel ansich, die Zimmer sind klein, für zwei Personen war es schon relativ eng. Wir waren 2 Frauen und hatten nicht wirklich viel Freiraum. Mir hat es nicht gefallen, dass es nicht genügend Platz für unsere Koffer gab. Im Zimmer gab es kein Trinkwasser, erst nach einer Nachfrage.

L’hôtel bénéficie également d’un emplacement idéal, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Ma femme, mes deux enfants et moi vous remercions sincèrement pour ce merveilleux séjour. C’est avec grand plaisir que je reviendrai très bientôt. Les chambres sont un peu petites, notamment le lavabo qui est assez réduit, mais cela reste acceptable et n’a pas gâché notre séjour.

• Natascha (1/5): Stay away. COCKROACHES, everything is DIRTY - Nothing. Absolutely nothing This was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had. We were forced to leave after one night due to a severe cockroach infestation. Every single time the lights were switched on, cockroaches ran across the room. This is unacceptable and unhygienic. The bathroom was filthy, extremely small, and smelled terrible. The bedding was dirty. The walls were paper thin, and despite complaining to management about excessive noise from neighbouring guests, nothing was done. Sleep was impossible. The room was ridiculously small. There was no space to open a suitcase or even walk properly. This property is absolutely not suitable for families or anyone travelling with luggage. Breakfast was disgraceful. Boiled eggs were the closest thing to food served. Bread was left out in a plastic shopping bag straight from the store, which is unhygienic and lazy. This is not what any reasonable person would consider breakfast. The location is on a very busy street with traffic and noise continuing until after 2 a.m. Combined with the condition of the room, this made the stay unbearable. The manager admitted the conditions were unacceptable and promised a refund. Since then, all messages have been ignored and no refund has been processed. The lack of accountability is shocking. Avoid this property at all costs. We will never return and will never recommend this place to anyone.

• Andrew (6/5): Location great, but very confined space and responses to issues. - Location! Adjacent to Sirkesi station and walking distance to great food, attractions and transport. Brilliant, fresh salads for breakfast. Great heating. Off-hand attitudes at checkin and departure. No replacement towels after room service (again: off-hand attitude… one young guy eventually left the animated discussions at reception to take me looking around upstairs for a towel). Dangerous amateur repair to the toilet seat leaving sharp screws protruding from the top. They are ambitious, cramming so many features into one small room, but the already confined floor space was even more constricted. Insect bites on our second night (now dealing with allergic reaction). The room would be ok for one person but it’s waaaay too tight for two. We were happy to cut our stay short to take up a train booking.
• KONSTANTINOS (9/5): Great location, outstanding staff, value for money - The reception guy offered us a better room from what we choose at the beginning and that means that he understood our need! He had empathy and also let us to have late check out since the weather was awful outside and our flight back was at night. The location of the hotel is amazing ! You can take the T1 tram to go anywhere and also the area is full of stores , cafes, bars etc. The price was amazing, and included also a really good breakfast!!! That was awesome Everything was fine for the price paid!

• Roman (5/5): Отель нуждается в срочном капитальном ремонте - Очень хорошее расположение, доброжелательный персонал, хороший завтрак Отель находится в очень плохом техническом состоянии, все к чему прикасаешься вот вот развалится. В главном здании проблемы с канализацией (сильный запах) и тараканами, фотографии на букинг далеки от реальности. На нижнем этаже расположено кафе где местные постоянно курят, вытяжки там тоже нету, поэтому в номере постоянный, сильный запах сигарет. Рекомендую посмотреть отзывы на картах

• Keso (1/5): HÔTEL À FUIR ABSOLUMENT. établissement Insalubre, mauvaise foi totale et promesses mensongères - HÔTEL À FUIR ABSOLUMENT. Cet hôtel a gâché mon séjour à Istanbul! J’avais réservé 3 nuits dans cet établissement à Istanbul et ça a été une expérience catastrophique. Dès la première nuit : piqûres de punaises de lit. Je préviens la réception, ils s’excusent et me changent de chambre. Le lendemain, je rentre après une journée dehors, je m’allonge à peine 10 minutes sur le lit… et encore une piqûre. Donc clairement, le problème n’était PAS réglé. Je précise : je n’avais même pas déballé ma valise et j’avais nettoyé mes affaires avant de changer de chambre. Donc qu’on arrête de faire porter la faute sur le client. Quand j’en parle à nouveau à la réception, ils commencent à m’accuser en me disant que je dois laver tous mes vêtements (!!) tout en disant “désolé”. Aucune solution immédiate, aucune gestion sérieuse, juste de l’attente pendant des heures. J’ai donc demandé un remboursement pour partir, puisqu’il me restait encore 2 nuits. Ils m’ont clairement dit qu’ils allaient me rembourser, m’ont donné un numéro personnel et promis un virement sous 2 jours. On m’a même demandé d’envoyer un message pour officialiser, ce que j’ai fait. Je rajouterais aussi qu'ils m'ont demandé de ne pas mettre de commentaire et qu'ils allait tout faire pour arranger le problème. Résultat : j’ai dû quitter l’hôtel à 22h en urgence pour en trouver un autre. Et bizarrement, dans le nouvel hôtel : AUCUN problème pendant les 2 nuits suivantes. Donc non, le problème ne venait pas de moi ni de mes affaires. Aujourd’hui, plus d’un mois après (depuis le 13 février), toujours aucun remboursement. On me dit qu’on va me rappeler → jamais fait. Je relance → plus aucune réponse. Conclusion : établissement insalubre, mauvaise foi totale et promesses mensongères. Si vous tenez à votre santé et à votre argent, passez votre chemin.

• MAREK (1/5): - nic brak możliwości bezkosztowego skasowania hotelu przez uczestnika o najwyższym statusie Genius, który ma niespotykanie wysoką ocenę 8 na Booking mimo faktu że wielu podróżnych i moi towarzysze podróży zwracają uwagę na problemy z czystością i robactwo w pokojach. Nie udało się skasować bezkosztowo przez 3 konsultantów Booking oraz podczas bezpośredniego kontaktu z hotelem.
• Andrei Alexandru (8/5): Nice - Great spot! It’s in a perfect location near all the main sights and has everything you need. A huge plus is the staff—they are super friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have a good trip. They have clean bedding. Good value for money! The rooms are small.
