• Sophia (10/5): - I really liked the staff, especially Halim and Murat — they were very polite and helpful, helped with my luggage and always assisted with directions. The hotel has a great location, just a 5-minute walk from the metro. The room was clean and well maintained, and the same amenities were provided: water, a kettle, and tea. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a hairdryer — everything needed for a short stay.

• Annette (9/5): Sehr sauber und gemütliche Zimmer. Preisleistungsverhältnis war super - Sehr schöne Zimmer und sehr sauber. Alles waren total freundlich Die Lage in der Seitengasse. Nachts haben sich viele an der Straße unten zum Trinken getroffen. War immer wieder laut.

• Olga (10/5): Безопасно для путешественницы, чистый номер, отличное расположение, отзывчивые сотрудники. - Так как я путешествовала одна, мне было важно чувствовать себя в безопасности. Отель находится рядом с туристическими местами и оживленными улицами, при этом было достаточно тихо (я была на 2 турецком этаже). Номер красивый и чистый, современный. Уборка проходит каждый день, все очень аккуратно и деликатно. Ближе к выходным внизу рядом с отелем до примерно часу ночи играла оживленная музыка и было слышно басы (я закрыла окно, шумоподавление отличное). Зимой в конце января в номере было очень тепло, батарея хорошо греет. Рядом куча кафешек, где можно позавтракать, и спешелти-кофеен. Персонал отеля замечательный, всегда были на связи, во время моего пребывания я говорила с сотрудниками в том числе на русском языке. Вернусь еще и буду рекомендовать.

• niusha (6/5): Average - The location was great, near Taksim square and easily accessible to public transportation. One of the staff was very helpful and available. So far from the standards of a four star hotel. The room was not clean and the towels provided were stained and ripped. No daily cleaning unless it was asked and even when they did the service they didn’t clean the bathroom or the shower. It’s unthinkable that one of the staff at the reception didn’t even speak English.

• Elvira (10/5): - Удобное расположение от метро Таксим (5-7 минут), не нужно подниматься сильно в горку или спускаться, что важно. Рядом с отелем супермаркеты и заведения. Отель стильный, с лифтом. В номере была вода, что приятно. Советую выбрать номер, выходящий на внутренний двор, там тише. Спасибо персоналу, который говорит на английском и русском языках. Помогли оперативно разместиться и просто выручили по личной просьбе, за что большое спасибо! Буду рада остановиться здесь еще раз

• Casc2000 (8/5): So gut wie von der Freundin vorhergesagt - Das Hotel liegt einerseits nahe am Taksim Platz, aber auch sehr nah zu einem schönen Viertel mit netten kleinen Cafés und Bars. Die etwas größeren Zimmer vorne raus sind sehr schön gestaltet, bei den kleineren ist noch Luft nach oben. Es gab einen Minikühlschrank, die Betten sind mir nicht negativ aufgefallen und haben eine große Decke für Beide (allerdings mag ich lieber meine eigene Decke). Die Dusche hatte immer sofort warmes Wasser mit ordentlichem Druck. Die etwas kleineren Zimmer hintenraus liegen leider zu einem Krankenhaus mit einer sehr geräuschvollen Klimaanlage, daher ist nachts Fenster öffnen eher nicht geraten. Es wäre schön auch hier noch ein Licht am Bett zu haben und nicht nur das Oberlicht. Je Zimmer gibt es nur eine Zugangskarte.

• Ortiz queral (9/5): - We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It’s located in a very convenient and quiet area, with good access to everything we needed. The facilities are well-maintained and clean, and overall the quality was very high. We had a small issue during our stay, but it was resolved immediately with great kindness and efficiency. All the staff were extremely attentive and professional throughout. We definitely recommend this place and would not hesitate to come back.

The bed wasn’t comfortable and nade a very squeeky noise, the room was very warm (like there were heaters on) and there is a lot of external noise (from other rooms and people screaming on the streets).

• Valgerdur (8/5): Great location, nice staff and comfortable and nicely furnished room. - The hotel was centrally located in a buzzing area with great restaurants, bars and shops.Staff was very friendly and helpful and room and overall hotel clean and comfortable. The headboard of the bed was made of textile and it had stains and tears, it should be removed because it´s not nice anymore. The shower head was broken and needs fixing.

Modern looking hotel, very comfortable beds, super clean, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel available. Also coffee, kettle, fridge and tea are available in the rooms. The staff is super nice and smiley 😊 If we visit again, we would be back to this hotel :) Thank you for everything! Everything was perfect, just maybe it would be nice to have YouTube and Netflix available to watch on the TV.
