Por otro lado, empezaron con ruidos molestos de aspiradora al otro dia antes de las 9 hrs. Escalera incomoda para subir por el pasillo, no vale lo que cuesta

Apartamento bastante cómodo con todo lo necesario para unos días. Muy cerca de King's Cross y Euston si quieres ir a visitar los estudios de Harry Potter la verdad es que nada.

Il letto un po' piccolo, ma credo sia lo standard inglese. L' appartamento è pulito, luminoso, di dimensioni generose e ha una piccola cucina comoda per effettuare dei pasti in casa. La doccia molto grande e il bagno funzionale. Il getto d'acqua della doccia molto debole. Assenza di un mobile in bagno per poter poggiare il necessario stante le minuscole dimensioni del lavandino.

• Andrew (8/5): Excellent location and a good option for couples. - Excellent size for a couple, and excellent location: easy access to Kings X / St Pancras and Russell Sq Tube station. Room was clean and more than enough space, and small kitchen area gives you the opportunity not to have to eat out. Our appartment was up 3 flights of fairly narrow stairs so be aware of that if you have large suitcases and/or mobility issues! Sound insulation wasn't that great so the noise on the last of the 3 nights, either somewhere in the building or next door, made it hard to sleep.

• Mariska (8/5): Bij een volgend verblijf in Londen komen we graag terug naar deze locatie. - Propere kamer. Propere inkom en hal. Kamer was ruim genoeg voor ons verblijf. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Leuke buurt tegen het station St Pancras. Ideale locatie De straal van de douche was ondermaats. Niet mogelijk om je goed te kunnen douchen of haar wassen om wille van te weinig druk op het water en een slecht werkende douchekop.
• Jadot (8/5): Très agréable mais attention bruit ++ et pas beaucoup de wifi - Le lieu et la propreté ++ Chambre très confortable, très propre et bien équipée. Localisation très agréable et accessible. Dans l’ensemble nous avons vraiment apprécié et nous reviendrons :) Difficile de dormir correctement avec le bruit dans la rue qu’on entend très fort et les fenêtres pas très isolantes (bruit nocturne + froid mais bien chauffé ce qui compense). Attention nous n’avons pas apprécié que la dame de ménage soit devant notre porte, à attendre de rentrer nettoyer lors du Check out une bonne demi heure avant l’heure donnée… et peut être était elle même présente avant car nous étions sorties… sensation de devoir être mises à la porte BIEN AVANT l’heure du départ.

Good and varied eateries on the doorstep, neighbourhood lively, vibrant, clean and I felt great being there on my own. The room I was in was huge, and furniture could have been slightly rearranged to accommodate a comfortable chair with low table or even compact sofa, too. That would have added another level of comfort if staying more than one night and spending more time in the apartment.

Zona con restaurantes y supermercados a 5 min del metro. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar dias estupendos. Nos permitieron entrar dos horas antes del check in. Quizás el baño es un poco pequeño y la ducha sale con poca presión
• Carlijn (7/5): Nette, functionele plek in een leuke buurt. - Nette studio in een leuke wijk. Alles is in de ruimte aanwezig: een kleine kitchenette, bed, tadel, twee stoelen en een badkamer. Het is schoon en netjes, maar niet super sfeervol, eerder functioneel. Wij waren lange dagen op pad, dus dat maakte niet uit. Je hoort het goed als de buren boven de wc doortrekken, verder is het niet gehorig.

• FOTEINI (8/5): Very good value for money - Very nice, clean, warm room (in February), coffee, tea, fridge, water was always hot, we didn't experience any trouble with the water flow. The cleaning lady was cleaning the next room, and was very loud talking to the phone all the time and banging the door for at least 20 times while we were trying to stay asleep. 4 stories of stairs are a bit too much after a long day of walking in the city. The bathroom radiator was off, the host told us we can turn it on, but the valve just wouldn't move, no matter the force. Cleaning is provided every 8 days, which we didn't know until we received the instruction letter the day before we arrived. It's a beautiful attic, but one of the walls is very low, and dangerous when you get out of bed at night. There could be some kind of cushion on it, in case you bang your head.

Dans la rue au pied de l'immeuble, il y a un bon choix de restaurants, et quelques commerces. La station de métro Russel Square et la gare de Saint Pancras International sont à proximité immédiate !! Nous avons apprécié la réactivité des gérants de l'appartement qui répondent très rapidement à toutes les questions pratiques.

Multiple brown bags at lower floor steps which could be construed as an emergency exit blockage, allowing a gap of only 30 cm free for access, unlikely to meet legal requirements.

I sent a message at 1pm, didn’t get a reply until 10:30 pm. And they only offered to change it the next day/morning which was the day we were leaving. Calle con varios restaurantes y supermercados próximos, muy próxima a estación de metro(menos de cinco minutos). Buen aislamiento térmico(al menos en invierno )a pesar de la aparente antigüedad del edificio. Limpieza correcta pero se echa de menos alguna bolsa de basura más a mano,algún otro accésorio de limpieza para la cocina,papel de cocina... Faltaría repaso a los acabados (zócalo,humedades techo baño,plato de ducha). Si el aislamiento acústico es un problema este no es buen sitio dado lo concurrido de la zona y la presencia de locales próximos. No hay posibilidad de dejar maletas tras check out aunque ofrecen alternativas relativamente cercanas.

• Ingo (8/5): Comfortable and quite apartment in central London - Very comfortable accommodation in central London; considering the location, the place is spacious! Bed was very comfortable too and it was quiet. Very clean. I would definitely come back. Shower pressure was low, but not a big thing! Nothing else to mention or complain about.
• Stephan (8/5): Nice studio at great location - Very nice little studio in a great location. Very close to several stations, nice restaurants and the British Museum. It was very clean and had a comfortable bed. The small kitchen and the complementary coffee were a nice plus. Very (very) low water pressure. there was barely any water coming out of the shower. Also the apartment is quite noisy since it's an old building so you hear everything from your neighbors and the street. If you're a light sleeper then earplugs are recommended.

• Maria DAVID (9/5): - L'emplacement est très proche de Saint Pancras. L'appartement et le linge fournis sont impeccables. L'appartement n°7 se situe au 4ème étage côté cour (sans ascenseur). Les consignes pour l'arrivee sont claires. Très bon rapport qualité / prix. Commerces et restaurants en bas de l'immeuble. Le lit au standard anglais de 135cm était un peu juste.
• Arnaud (9/5): Grand studio bien équipé à petit prix à 10 minutes de Eustot Station et St Pancras - Grand studio de 24m2 au 2eme étage (référence 72-4) avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour résider à 2 pendant une semaine (table de cuisson vitrocéramique avec poêle et casseroles adaptées, four micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, machine à café, bouilloire, sèche cheveux, planche et fer à repasser, armoire, grande commode, table et chaises, vaisselle pour 2). Nombreuses prises de courant dans tout l’appartement. Il y a également une machine à laver le linge sur le palier. La chambre est propre, spacieuse et très lumineuse (au moins en hiver lorsqu’il n’y a pas de feuilles dans l’arbre juste devant). Pas d’ascenseur pour accéder à la chambre, ce n’est pas gênant si on est prévenu. Le lit est très confortable, 4 oreillers sont disponibles, pas de couverture supplémentaire prévue mais il y a un radiateur d’appoint disponible et qui chauffe très bien et très vite. Nous avons eu un problème d’évacuation bouchée dans la douche, le personnel est intervenu et a réglé le problème immédiatement. Super service. Rien de grave. Le réfrigérateur vibre un peu lorsqu’il refait du froid, c’est gênant surtout quand on se réveille la nuit et qu’il n’y a aucun autre bruit. Les fenêtres ne sont pas très isolantes au bruit, on entend les bruits de la rue, c’est la construction d’époque qui veut ça, on finit par s’habituer. À mon avis il manque 2 choses dans l’appartement : - un petit meuble ou un tabouret dans la salle de bain pour poser da trousse de toilette. - une poignée fixe pour ouvrir la porte d’entrée quand on veut sortir de l’appartement, car le loquet actuel est pas pratique du tout.

• Todd (10/5): Will definitely stay again next time we are in London. - The location is perfect with a safe neighbourhood. Only 6mins walk from/to Russel Square and St Pancras Int. The restaurants on the same street are amazing. Everything inside the apartment is super clean and well maintained. Nothing and the stairs weren’t a problem for us But the stairs are quite stiff for who are not used to it especially with luggages.

Très réactif! . L'eau de la douche c'est une catastrophe. La pression est ridicule, je me suis lavée les cheveux dans l'évier de la cuisine tellement la pression de la douche est inexistante..

• Alicia (8/5): - Easy check-in and clear communication. Nice location, most highlights of London are walkable from the appartment. Walking distance from St. Pancras/Kings Cross. Clean. Nice restaurants/cafés around, like the excellent lebanese bakery next door. I am normally not one to complain, but the water pressure in the shower was very bad. Slightly noisy, but not more than can be expected from a city.

Good location with loads of shops and convenience nearby TV has Netflix and other apps but they don’t have an associated account signed in which would be a nice gesture as I’ve had other airbnbs and bookings that did facilitate that. Other than that cannot fault anything else.

There was a small leakage in the bathroom. The heating system did not work and it was rather cold to take a shower. Also the tubs need a plumber or at least a chemical to be applied.
