• Antonio71 (8/5): - Apartmán má výborné umístění - dostupnost k památkám, restauracím v centru města. Informaci jak se máme dostat do apartmánu jsme získali až 8 minut po lhůtě, kdy měl být apartmán přístupný. Nejde o těch 8 minut. Jde o tu nejistotu, zda je vše v pořádku. Velký hluk z ulice přes stará okna. Protéka voda v záchodu.

• Mine (9/5): It was very comfortable we would love to come back again. - We enjoyed our stay in this property. The flat is on the second floor. You reach it with two steep flights of stairs. The flat is well equipped. There is living room and a separate bedroom.

• CLAUDIO ALFREDO (8/5): Posizione ottima per visitare la città e appartamento nel complesso confortevole. - Appartamento comodo, in palazzo storico e in posizione veramente ottima per visitare la città. Pulito e dotato dei necessari confort. Cucina, soggiorno, camera e letti tutto ok. Quartiere turistico e multi-etnico, con molti locali e negozi nelle vicinanze (Mercato Generale/S.Lorenzo a pochi passi). Sig.ra Valentina molto gentile, precisa e disponibile. Rapporto qualità/prezzo più che buono. Bagno un po' piccolo e non caldissimo: in questi giorni invernali molto freddi il piccolo scalda-asciugamani non era sufficiente a riscaldarlo; la cosa è comunque facilmente risolvibile lasciando aperta la porta che dà direttamente sulla stanza da letto. L'appartamento è al secondo piano e la scala di accesso un pochino ripida - tipica dei palazzi storici di questo tipo - potrebbe risultare un po' scomoda per persone con limitata capacità di deambulazione. Se venite in auto, tenete conto che i garage in zona/centro sono veramente cari (35 Euro/giorno, più che a Milano/Roma).
• 蒍葭 (9/5): 推薦入住 - 地點非常非常好，就在中央市場旁邊，買東西吃東西都很方便。距離各景點都是走路能到。 沙發床的房間靠近街區，早上聲音很多，不適合晚起的人。蓮蓬頭的水量偏小。沒有電梯，有大件行李會比較辛苦。
• Sandra (7/5): Very central apartment - The apartment is very central. The bed was very comfortable. We had sufficient towels. We did not hear any noise from the busy street as the bedroom is at the rear facing the courtyard. Bathroom although compact was modern. If the sofa bed in the front of the apartment is used one could hear the noise from the street. Best to get earplugs. It’s got 31 steps not so much. The toilet flushing is strange but there are instructions on how to flush it.
• Stef B RO (10/5): Enjoyed the time - Closed to center area, big rooms, have kitchinet, dinning table, one expandable bed in living/kitchinet area, and double bed in separete room. We didn't had an issue, however take note that you can hear noise from street or maybe we didn't closed windows properly.
• Andree (9/5): Ruim centraal gelegen appartement. - Ruim appartement met aparte slaapkamer met goed bed (1,60 m breed) en comfortabel zetelbed in de living/eetkamer. Keuken met goede oven. De trappen zijn niet altijd even hoog, het vraagt wel een inspanning om tot de 2e verdieping te geraken - maar er is een goede trapleuning. Oordopjes zijn wenselijk voor wie in het zetelbed vooraan slaapt.

Très bien équipé avec une cuisine fonctionnelle. Tout est très propre. Valentina est très accueillante. Les fenêtres auraient besoin d'une petite rénovation et la salle de bain est petite

• Laura (9/5): Muy cómodo apartamento - La cama era súper cómoda y el sofá cama también lo que es importante para descansar El pago del impuesto es a través de un link que te lleva a una página que no parecía confiable, pero era la única forma de pagarlo. Son 2 pisos por escalera
• Asad.M (9/5): Comfy bed! - Very comfy bed which was very much appreciated after long walks in the beautiful city of Florence. Large clean space equipped with air conditioning and a washing machine. Bathroom was on the smaller size but it wasn't much of a problem, just remember to pump the flush button a couple of times to start the flow of water. 10min walk from the train station. Close to all the major attractions which are within 10-25mins of walking. Please put bigger side tables. There is no lift access and very high narrow steps to reach the 2nd floor. Ground floor smelled like sewage, which I've heard is common in Florence.

• Pety (10/5): - El departamento es excepcional. Está muy bien ubicado, es cómodo y muy bonito, tiene todo lo necesario para habitarlo y detalles hermosos. Con mirada ecológica solicitan separar la basura, le agregaría un recipiente para hacerlo con mayor comodidad pero todo lo demás es perfecto. Valentina fue una genia, siempre dispuesta a responder y explicar, ofreciendo ayuda y atenta a nuestras necesidades. Muy, muy recomendable.
• Roxana (6/5): Nu recomand pentru familii care vor sa viziteze orasul ziua si sa se odihneasca noaptea. - Curatenie, produse de igiena persoanala la baie Canapeaua extensibila foarte incomoda, cu arcuri care scartaiau foarte tare de fiecare data cand te intorceai in pat. Lipsa spatiului pentru selectarea corecta a gunoiului. Era un singur cos si pe usa dulapului afisat mesajul ca se colecteaza selectiv. Turistii trebuiau sa duca pungile de gunoi la doua strazi distanta, la fiecare doua zile. Vecinii din locatie foarte galagiosi pana dupa 2 noaptea. Nu exista un anunt care sa invite la respectarea linistii macar dupa orele 23. In prima dimineata m-am trezit la 5. 22 am, intrucat canapeaua pe care dormeam era amplasata in living, la 20 cm de usa de la intrare si la acea ora se matura scara. Locatia era amplasata central si era foarte mult zgomot, care se auzea foarte tare, inclusiv de la un bar/restaurant situat la parter la cativa metri sub locatie.
• Nadia (10/5): Gran depto en florencia - La ubicación es genial, cerca de la estación del tren y del centro de la ciudad. El departamento es grande, espacioso, luminoso y fresco (hacia mucho calor). Teniamos todo lo necesario para cocinar en el depto. Las camas son super cómodas El baño es un poco pequeño. Nosotros somos mas bien bajos y no fue un problema. Pero para quienes son altos, tal vez lo sea.

• Rene (10/5): Ein guter Ausgangspunkt um Florenz zu erkunden wenn man auf Hotelservice - Eine gute, komfortable - offensichtlich landestypische Unterkunft im Herzen von Florenz. Preis Leistung ist absolut ok. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in kurzer Entfernung. Das Fahrzeug haben wir in einer In der Ecke befindlichen Garage geparkt, preisintensiv aber sicher. Nichts hat wirklich gestört.
• Sarah (10/5): Excellent - Spacious apartment. We didn't see any staff. However, they were at the other end of the phone for any questions, and we received details on the day of arrival for entry. They also recommended a few restaurants. Within a short walk to all main attractions. Pont Vecchio was only 15 minutes. Take cash, all businesses ask for cash payment where possible! Sofa bed was comfortable. Not a complaint, just a recommendation perhaps....we loved the San Lorenzo Market, which was less than a 5 minute's walk away, and so we cooked a couple of nights. Therefore, some extra crockery, etc, would have been handy as the dishwasher was available. i.e. two sets of everything would have been better. Noise from street, but to be expected, you are in the centre, more noticeable in kitchen area where sofa bed is placed.
