• Amber (7/5): Prima, zolang je niet op de details let - Goede locatie en veel ruimte in het huis. Ziet er op eerste ogenblik ook goed uit. Hoe langer je er bent, hoe meer er opvalt wat niet werkt, zoals wasbakken, pannen, vaatwasser. En de schoonmaak was prima maar niet goed. Communicatie met de eigenaar is erg moeizaam.

• Peter (4/5): - Good location, with a metro station nearby. There are plenty of restaurants, a park, and grocery stores in the area. The accommodation was comfortable, but the bedrooms are in the basement. The problem started when we did some grocery shopping and went to cook, and then find that the induction was not working. There was no communication at all—no response to messages on Booking, no reply to emails, so we had to call. After three days, there was still no response and no one got back to us. As for the internet, the signal upstairs was very weak to nonexistent; it only worked downstairs where the router is located. The terrace door could not be opened either.

• Vourakis (9/5): We absolutely loved our stay. The hosts are very attentive and the property was just beautiful. - The property is even more lovely in person than pictured. Very spacious and well considered in its furnishings. The location is perfect to get almost anywhere in London and beyond. The front door can only be exited by key and hence with only one key shared you either all leave together or get locked in the house and literally can’t get out or back in if you have divided to adventure.

• Anne-Maree (9/5): - Beautiful layout, spacious, a home away from home, great location. Easy access. Loved the lighting controls. Lack of glassware, an oversight really as kitchen was very well stocked. Only one set of keys, 2 would be great as a party of 5 adults having to coordinate who would be home would be less of a challenge.

• BEYZA NUR (6/5): Could be a dream house but poor maintanence and service. - Beautiful house, decorated perfectly the rooms were very big. First day, we arrived the key master, our keys were not dropped off yet. We called 10 times but nobody answered. 20 min later, we got a call and the apartment was not ready, they told us to go to apartment directly. Cleaning was not finished yet. We left the home and we we came back the rooms, baths were not clean at all. Full of hairs… The door locker was stuck, we had difficulties. Electricity cut off partially, we figured out by finding fuse room. Fridge was not working our foods were spoiled. Heater system was OK but the house was very hot, valves were not working properly. We could not turn on.

• Muhammad Usman (10/5): - Overall we had a very comfortable stay. There were minor issues with heating and refrigerator but the management had them fixed quickly on my request. It was spacious with three bedrooms with attached washrooms which was excellent for my family of 6. The location was great with Bayswater station quite nearby. Multiple restaurants and shops nearby. Would love to stay again. Wifi speed is good but its signal is weak. I have suggested wifi extenders to the management.
• Anja (8/5): Leuk weekend met vrienden. - Dicht bij metro, winkels, restaurant. Met de metro goed te doen om Londen te ontdekken. Leuke, gezellige pub vlakbij. Geen koffiezetapparaat aanwezig. Weinig glazen voor 6 personen. Deur sloot moeilijk. Internet tegen betaling. Eerste ochtend koud water bij het douchen, de boiler stond blijkbaar niet aan.

• Sara (7/5): Belle ma migliorabile! - L’appartamento si presenta bene, all’apparenza sembra tutto nuovo, poi quando inizi a “viverlo” capisci che è un po’ trasandato. Tutto sommato ci siamo trovati bene. Segnalo che c’era un caldo eccessivo all’interno… con 16 gradi fuori, all’interno erano 25/26 gradi. Nonostante abbassassimo il termostato, dopo poco lo ritrovavamo alto. Bisognerebbe migliorare un po’ la pulizia, tavolo del salotto molto “appiccicaticcio”, trovato fazzoletti sporchi dietro al divano e la moquette delle camere non era invitante. I bagni invece molto puliti! Il letto di una delle tre camere era distrutto, uscivano le molle dal materasso e questo non ha agevolato il sonno. Fermata della metro e bus a 6-8 minuti a piedi. In 20 minuti di metro sei in pieno centro. Quartiere molto carino, con un pub ottimo alla fine della strada! Se fosse tenuto un pochino meglio sarebbe perfetto questo appartamento, soprattutto per un gruppo di 6 persone come noi.

• Adil (3/5): Unpleasant - Size and access to shops Verification & Check-In Process: * Unusual ID verification requirement: each guest was asked to provide a photo holding their ID, a level typically reserved for official government security procedures. * A security deposit was required, which is uncommon compared to other properties. * Check-in instructions were shared less than 24 hours before arrival for “security reasons”. * Key collection and return required traveling 0.3 miles to a supermarket, causing inconvenience, especially problematic for guests arriving by taxi or with family and luggage. * Property address was withheld until 24 hours before check-in, citing "security reasons," which raised concerns about the location's safety. Location & Surroundings: * Property is situated in a noisy area with daily maintenance, roadwork, work on the garden, and ongoing renovations next door. * Drilling, hammering, and construction noise begin early in the morning. Interior Conditions: * All bedrooms are located in the basement with poor air circulation. The carpet, particularly on the staircase, is noticeably dirty and in need of cleaning. * Opening windows invites construction noise; keeping them closed results in excessive heat. * Internet coverage is weak in most parts of the apartment. * Several sculptures throughout the apartment were found inappropriate for families with children due to nudity. Safety & Cleanliness Issues: * Old, fragile wooden windows—two found unlocked upon arrival. * Presence of a mouse discovered in the boiler room. * Shower head is unclean and requires replacement.

• Chean (7/5): Good - Spacious flat with big living and dining room. Well equipped. All the 3 bedrooms are in the basement. There were 6 of us staying there and if we were to shower around the same time, the hot water will run out. Might need to bring own toiletries if long stay as the property only provide small bottles.
• Yaneth (10/5): Beautiful home - The property is immaculate and beautiful. Super comfortable and cozy... Location is superb! The only bad thing is the check in process. They are not very clear where to pick up the key to enter the property
