• Edwin (10/5): Great stay - Lovely spacious villa with great views Nothing - however it is worth noting that the villa is up a steep hill so taxis (the grab app is pretty reliant) are essential) We also noticed the top floor balconies would have benefited from additional outdoor furniture.
• Julien (7/5): Globalement bon séjour !! - l'emplacement / la propreté / l'acceuil / la vue / les services / les hôtes la 3eme chambre ou il y a 2 lits supperposés est très étroite et petite et le bruit de la centralisation de climatisation de la maison empêche les personnes de dormir gros problème à résoudre. Nous avons abîmée une serviette suite à un tatouage et nous trouvons ca normal de la payer mais après 600 thb la serviette de bain c'est un peu excessif.

• violeta (10/5): Faktisk fin villa - Fantastisk fin villa med underbart utsikt. Allt var rent och fräscht. Personalen var väldigt hjälpsamma med allt man kunde tänka sig. Tack alla för en fin vistelse! Det ligger dock lite utanför så man behöver antingen bil eller motorcykel för att ta sig till stranden, restaurang eller köping. Grab är ett alternativ men räkna dock inte med låga priser. Oavsett detta, har var vistelse varit fantastisk bra.
• Dana (10/5): Es war der perfekte Urlaub. - Es war alles super, die Lage, der Service, die Aussicht und die Villa, waren top. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.
• Noemi (9/5): Tolle Villa mit super Ausblick und zuvorkommendem Personal. - Die Sicht auf die Bucht war toll. Morgens sieht man einen tollen Sonnenaufgang. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und kümmert sich um alles. Man kann Touren, Massagen, einen Privatkoch und vieles mehr buchen. Ein Golfkart fährt einen auch immer bis zur Haustür vor, da der Weg schon etwas steil ist. Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet und die Zimmer sind sehr modern. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Die Villa hat einen tollen Blick auf die Bucht, dementsprechend muss man aber auch hochfahren. Die Uber oder Grabs kommen dort aber gut hoch, selbst ein Van für 8 Personen inklusive 8 großen Koffern hat es gut geschafft. Lasst euch also nicht von den Fahrern abschrecken die sagen, dass sie mehr Geld wollen, wegen der Steile. Aus der Dusche kam ab und zu immer ein komischer Eier Geruch, aber der ging nach ein paar Minuten weg. Wie bereits in der Beschreibung der Villa, wird nebenan gerade gebaut, was tagsüber etwas Baulärm verursacht.

The Maid did not change our towels everyday. You also need some transport as it is away from the central Sumai.

• Roie (8/5): כיף, יפה, מתוחזק, רחוק - המלון נראה טוב. הצוות באמת נותן את השירות הטוב ביותר שניתן והחוויה הכללית טובה הווילה ממוקמת בקצה של הר גבוהה ובמרחק של כ10-15 דקות נסיעה ברכב, בגלל העלייה מוניות רבות מסרבות לקחת אל מקום האירוח. לגבי הווילה עצמה היא נראית מעולה באמת כמו בתמונות אח לא מתוחזקת כמו שציפינו, חלק מהתאורה לא עבדה למשל בבריכה או בחדרים חלונות לחדר שלא ננעלו וכו זו ווילה מעולה אך חשוב להבין את עניין המרחק אם אתה ללא אופנוע / אוטו שכור אתה תיסעו 2-4 ביום במוניות

• Caroline (10/5): - Très belle villa sur les hauteurs de Chaweng Noi. Spacieuse, propre et confortable. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Je recommande vivement. La route est légèrement pentue.
• Ilir (10/5): Teuer aber gut - Extrem freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter selten so gute erlebt sogar. Die Einrichtung der Villa auch der Pool und alles war wirklich top. Es hätte ein bisschne besser geputzt werden können vor allem die Bettlaken hat man in 8 Tagen nicht einmal gewechselt obwohl es wir nach 3 Tagen verlangt hatten. Die Lage ist auch wenig schlecht da man ab 14:00 praktisch keine Sonne mehr hat was sehr schade ist.

• sarah (6/5): - Host was lovely and easy to communicate with The location was challenging as we were told taxi and grabe would come to villa by host - this didnt occur due to location - some taxi/grabe cancelled due to this and others dropped us off at entrance and wouldnt drive down to our villa and we had been food shopping. We also found head of housekeeping quite rude when he was checking towels to see whether we would have to pay for towels - $30 australian each if not easy to clean and this was after we had lost power for our last day which made it challenging to pack in the heat with no aircon and it made it very uncomfortable. We asked if we could be compensated with a discount and host said needed to contact manager. Would not recommend to stay here. Can you suggest how we can get compensated?

• Philip (8/5): leuke moderne villa met een prachtig uitzicht - Leuke locatie enkel moeilijk te bereiken, taxi's kwamen niet altijd tot aan de villa of zetten je er niet af waardoor je steeds het steil stuk tevoet moet doen. niet leuk op hakken. er waren verschillende lampen stuk in de villa, het zwembad en het terras waardoor niet alles tot zijn recht kwam. regelmatig vloog er een drone over ons zwembad wat voor mij not done is qua privacy. heb dit gemeld maar zonder reactie van de host.

• Hannah (9/5): Wunderschöne Villa mit top Aussicht - Wir haben nur 3 Nächte in der Villa verbracht und wären gerne länger geblieben. Der Pool war das beste an der Villa und die Aussicht war wirklich wunderschön. Wir hatten oben einen Billardtisch und fanden es wirklich super. Allgemein eine top moderne und gut ausgestattete Villa. Alles war sauber. Wir haben einen Roller gemietet der uns direkt vor die Tür gebracht wurde und problemlos ausgetauscht wurde als dieser eine Fehlanzeige hatte. Man kann alles per WhatsApp klären wenn irgendwas ist. Lage ist ebenfalls gut der Silver Beach wir 5 min von der Unterkunft entfernt. Die Unterkunft war auf einem Berg und somit war die Strecke dorthin sehr steil. Mit Roller machbar aber man sollte aufpassen. Am Pool waren nur 4 Liegen obwohl die Villa für 8 Personen ausgeschrieben war.

• MESHAAL (10/5): - The view is absolutely stunning and truly worth the experience. However, one drawback is that taxis do not accept driving up to the villa due to its elevated location, while the buggy is available to pick you up from the street with ease. Another downside is that the villa is not cleaned on a daily basis as in other resorts, even though I placed a sign requesting cleaning. Nevertheless, the unique view is more than enough to make up for these points and gives the stay exceptional value.

Selv om det ligger litt utenfor sentrum, så var det enkelt å komme seg runt ved å bruke Grab appen. Heller ikke så værst å bare slappe av i bassenget heller.

This villa is amazing No towel change - they said they change towels every 3 nights and we booked 3 nights so we had to use the same pool and shower towels. Not ideal, we shower twice a day and use the pool 3 times a day. On the basement room A/C didn’t work well. Shower - was the worst experience I ever had. Water temp was either boiling hot or extremely cold, none of the rooms had hot water, staff told us it’s because there’s a different boiler for every room , unfortunately nothing worked even after we spoke with the property manager about it. Anyway they were nice and helpful but shower was a nightmare

There was construction on site, so there were regularly trucks and workers around making lots of noise. Service was a bit hit and miss - first few days, they were very punctual, but the last few days the cleaners came late and chefs for breakfast were late (which wasn't ideal for our kid).

• Abhi (10/5): Exceptional - the villa we fell in love with , service was great , communication was clear & very very helpful. they arrang the pick up to drop off for us from airport , which was very helpful as large family group. we asked to arrang a car , got it in less then hour . floating breafast which my wife & kids loved it ,which was freashly cooked only for us by the chef in front of us , breakfast decorated lovely . it was our last destination of holidays , we enjoy the whole stay , awesome weather. speachless view from the place itself . staff was super helpfull ,Arisa who looked after us & even answerd the question litterely mid night too .she was very good to communicate & make the plan happen staright away . Thanks a lot to her Lovely & helpfull nature .thanks to all staff too .

• Vishruth (5/5): Beautiful place, excellent location. Need to work on the facilities.. - It’s a very beautiful property, exactly as it looks in the photos. Good location as well. When we arrived, we were informed AC in the living area is not working and some technicians will come to fix it. We came back from a long flight and were expecting some privacy but technicians took long time to fix it but eventually they did. We were informed that there will be a power cut from the electricity department during our stay from 9am to 3pm and it was terrible as we had long night and went to bed late, we woke up due to power cut as the entire villa felt like if it’s on fire without air conditioning. There are no back up generators or and atleast they could hve provided us battery operated fans or something. Finally, on the last day the WiFi also broke, considering it’s on the valley, network/5G connection is slow.

Bestie, the manager couldn’t do enough for us and was so helpful when my mother fell ill whilst we were staying there. They also have golf buggies to help you get to the top and bottom of the hill which came in very handy for us, all arranged through a group WhatsApp message which was set up before our stay. Would stay again and recommend.

Were they going to charge me a thousand bhat a glass if we broke one??!! Lol. They won't allow grab drivers to come up the hill because they want you to use their taxi connection. Made our stay perfect. Our really big worry was the back of the swimming pool. There was a massive drop and to the side where there was a swim up bar. This would not be allowed in any other country. Very dangerous. Needed to be glassed all around.

• Jessica (9/5): Great. - Great hosts, helped us arrange food/taxis/trips/massage. Always helpful via whatsap and answered my questions within minutes. We loved crystal beach which was close but traveled to a few beaches easily. The pool and view were outstanding. Thwre was not really anything that i didnt like but if we have to write something in this box 'didnt like', then i guess we needed to get a very short taxi ride to beach as the walk was on a main road with no sidewalk , but it didn't spoil our fun at all and was cheap and easy to arrange.
• Martin (9/5): Good retreat - We liked the location and the grand view from the villa. It was a fairly new villa so everything was fresh. Staff was friendly and the hired chef team cooked excellent food. It is the same problem as in all villas I have rented. The writen guide is focused on what they want to sell and not what you need. Always missing, alcohol, washing detergents, great beaches and not tours, when things are open.

The service was flawless and smooth 🥰 They will assist me with anything I need promptly. Love it! I will be back here again. Nothing, although the road up was steep, but not a complaint.

• Julie (7/5): Great views but design issues - The view was stunning and the 3 main bedrooms and lounge were very nice, everything is very clean. The staff at the site and the clearers etc were helpful and friendly We didn’t realise that one of the doubles had to be accessed from the pool, down incredibly steep stairs, so outside of the property, my teenage son stayed there but this meant we couldn’t lock the pool doors to the house at night or hear him if there was an issue ( less of an issue due to his age but not clear when we booked and all properties were like this). The side of the stairs were not finished and there is a 2 story drop into the void between the houses with wires etc coming out. The stairs in the Villa were also far too steep and probably will only take a size 3 foot (U.K.) meaning you can only go up or down a step at a time There is also no handrail. The pool area is small and is in the shade by just after midday. Finally whilst it does say the approach to the house is very steep ( roughly 3:1 ! ) due to the rain in the evenings it is very slippy and not for the faint hearted . local taxis add on an increment to get up the hill. I don’t think the villa is suitable for young kids or more elderly.

• Sumakar (3/5): Worst experience - Just the villa. Initially everything proceeded quiet well. The staff were very helpful in helping us find cabs and book tickets to the full moon party etc. Little did we know that they started over charging us in every nook and corner. Cabs in grab were typically 250-300 and the hotel started charging 400-500 TBH for every trip. Tickets to the full moon party were typically 800-900 for everyone else except us, we were charged 1400 TBH despite promises of a private transfer. So to sum it up, we paid 600 TBH more per person for the same ride as others. And the worst part is, a small spill on the bed and they charged 1800 TBH as cleaning charges. Overall, the villa is nice in a isolated place but the staff are very cunning and want to extort as much as can from the customers.
• Sharina (10/5): Peaceful relaxing and gorgeous views - Beautiful villa situated between bophut and lamai. On a hill so would definitely need transportation. We hired a car for our stay. Villa clean, bedding immacualte and good quality, good cooking facilities if staying in, pool amazing eith fantastic views, and 7 eleven and lotus shops near by for food shopping etc. Very quiet resort - not for loud people/ families. There is a security man onsite overnight - staff could not help enough. A couple of power cuts were had during our stay but were resolved within a few hours - staff came to check if we needed anything as was night time. Very considerate. NA
