• Brett (8/5): Pleasant location to experience Bend, just outside the mix, but easy to see it all. - New property, well maintained, mattress very comfortable. Decor is "upscale Ikea", kitchen well stocked. Easy walk to NW Crossing, nice restaurant choices, couple cute markets. 2-mile walk downtown. Only one complaint - The AC system is located above the third floor. There are 6 units in the building, and all 6 fans are above the two top units. You definitely can hear the fans running at night. Needs some type of sound insulation. Not a deal-breaker, we slept fine, but when you wake up, it's noticeable.
• Joris (7/5): Excellent location, beautiful apartment and great facilities! - The location is fantastic, and the facilities, cleanliness, key handover, and beds were all impeccable. I highly recommend this place. You are 10-15m away from everything in Bend, perfect location! The hot tub in the apartment above us was noisy! The vibrations reverberated through the floor, keeping the person in the bedroom below awake.

• GEORGE (8/5): Always a great stay in Bend. - Location is great. Place is great. Response from Avant Stay customer service also great. No complaints at all on these items. First visit we stayed on the 3rd floor and found HVAC to be very loud. Not an issue during the day but it's all you hear at night. This time we tried a 2nd floor unit to see if being one floor further away from roodtop HVAC would be quieter. It was, but there is still a loud hum that goes on & off. Very loud in the master and middle room. We moved to the front room and the hum wasn't noticeable. We'll still come back but light sleepers should be aware.
• Barbara (8/5): great place to relax and enjoy with family - comfortable and very beautiful apartment with two balconies and hot tub on the back one. Kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfortable. We very much enjoyed the private hot tub and appreciated the availability of olive oil and various tea options. It made our stay perfect. We were ready to leave around 10-10:30, with check out actually by 11am, when cleaning staff entered saying that he has been informed that we would check out early. This was not the case. We were luckily ready to leave, but it felt somehow weird.
• Alison (9/5): Loved it!! - Love the setting and mountains views. Very peaceful and quiet at night time. Also love the ability to go to Sparow for coffee and pastries in the morning. Plus great trails for morning and evening walks with our dog. The property is very modern and brand new. A little far removed from downtown Bend.
• GEORGE (8/5): Nice, modern & clean. - Clean, modern, nice location. Close to places we like to go. Great for walking around although little retail/restaurants to walk to in this area as of yet since many of the surrounding dwellings are still empty/being built. As that changes I imagine more places to shop and eat would move in. Noise. Lot's of construction in this area which we were prepared for, so not a huge deal. However, these units use mini-splits, our unit had 3 of them and all of the outside components are on the roof so you hear (and sometimes feel) them running if you're on the 3rd (top) floor. During the day no problem. At night it can be a little much. Other than that the place was great.
• Silas (10/5): Amazing place in a new development-loved the grill and hot tub on the balconies! - Great area, nicely furnished, loved having two balconies! Was on 2nd floor and staircase was narrow, getting luggage up and down was a little challenging. Sharing garage with other tenant was tight fitting as well
