Mehta (7/5): Overall pleasant - Very near to Ebisu station so was v.convienient for us to move around. As we stayed for 10 days it would have been better if the wardrobe was kept open for us to keep our clothes etc and in kitchen plates were not provided and the entrance place could have been more organised for us to keep our bags. Washing machine was v.old fashioned clothes did not dry in it.
Sally (1/5): Awful! Would not stay again. - Location. The check in is 4pm which is already quite late, however we could not get into the apartment until 4.45pm. The communication was terrible! Clearly a bot. Unhelpful. No compensation or could extend the check out time. Need to carry luggage up first flight of stairs to then a lift. The bathroom had a very strong urine smell!! Overall the place was not clean, or worth the expensive nightly rate!!
