• Pritesh (8/5): - Everything was great except there was no hot water to bath We stayed 3 days 4 nights without having shower. It was clean and comfortable. There were some issues with hot water so we could only access cold water to brush the teeth and couldn’t shower as it was quite cold.

• Candela (3/5): Disgusting - The location was great First of all, there were three of us and when we got to the room it was for two people, I messaged the number I had and they told me they would talk to the management, but we never got a solution. Moreover, we didn’t have any hot water. On top of that the room was extremely dirty and there was hair of previous people on both beds. We didn’t have enough toilet paper. Last but not least, the property is in a noisy area, which can be annoying.

Te quedas sin agua caliente. Sin papel higiénico 4 días, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y no nos hicieron ni caso. 4 días sin hacer la habitacion y 4 días con toallas sucias. Allí no hay nadie. Te dan un código para entrar y reza para no tener ningún problema. Si no, nadie te va a asistir. No reúne condiciones para 4 personas. No te puedes ni mover.

• carles martorell lopez (1/5): - Nuestra experiencia fue bastante negativa. La limpieza fue prácticamente inexistente: estuvimos dos días sin toallas para la ducha, algo totalmente inaceptable. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente y no salía aire caliente. Además, la alarma de incendios saltó en dos días consecutivos y la única solución que nos ofrecieron fue que la apagáramos nosotros mismos pulsando unos botones, lo cual nos pareció poco profesional y preocupante. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y, para colmo, algunos días no había agua caliente. El único punto positivo fue la ubicación, ya que estaba bien conectada y permitía moverse con facilidad por la zona. En general, no repetiríamos ni lo recomendaríamos.

• Juan Pablo Gomez de los Santos (6/5): - Sin duda, la ubicación es lo mejor, tren, metro y autobús muy cerca. Calida/precio es lo mejor. Camas aceptables, ducha pequeña pero bien para mi gusto. Muy funcional para unos días. Es verdad que se oye todo, nosotros tuvimos suerte y solo el último dia tuvimos vecinos "ruidosos" el resto de días muy bien. Falta poder abrir una ventana, muy intenso el ambiente.

It’s just a short walk from the train station and there are shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and quiet (the window faced the courtyard). Self check-in and check-out were smooth and without any issues.

• Renida (9/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo - La struttura è situata in una zona bellissima, è vicinissima a tutti i servizi principali. La posizione ottima, 5 minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana e dalla stazione principale del treno. Noi siamo scesi all aeroporto di Stansted e abbiamo raggiunto facilmente l’hotel con il servizio Bus e metro. Inoltre con la metro si possono raggiungere facilmente tutti i punti principali di attrazione della città, a circa Lo staff è molto gentile, anche se vi era il self check in lo staff era comunque molto presente e disponibile sia per guidarci nel trovare e accedere facilmente al hotel sia nel assicurarsi che tutto andava bene durante la nostra permanenza.

Además, justo en el techo encima de la cama, en la parte donde se pone la cabeza, había una gran humedad que no daba muy buena confianza. Espacio reducido en general, si hubiéramos llevado dos maletas, hubiéramos ocupado todo el espacio disponible.

• Elisabeth (1/5): Please don’t stay here for your own health! - Nothing It was cold, mouldy, dirty and moist. When we arrived there was a man in our bathroom fixing the fan, wearing dirty work boots and using a guest towel to dry the floor. No cleaning in the bathroom after this, no change of towel the fan did not work. We tried several times to ask staff for more towels and received none. The shower is dirty and extremely small. The aircon/heater does not warm, and there is mould inside it. The apartment is so moist, our towels did not dry at all. We had to change to an entirely different accommodation after just two nights. Do not stay here, spend your money elsewhere!

• Rhett Griffiths (4/5): Decent value, well located, clean and good shower, let down by stale air/claustrophobic atmosphere. - The room was clean and well situated. The shower worked well. The room was inside a separate 2nd floor area, obviously behind its own door and no window that could be opened to air the room, so it had such stale air, the 2nd floor space outside the 3 rooms in the area was enclosed so once again no air when you opened the room door, they just had an air freshener - a design problem trying to pack in too many rooms perhaps. The heater did not work. You needed 3 codes, one to get in the front door, one for the 2nd floor and one for your room. On one day when there, builders from next door (not to do with the building) had put up temporary scaffolding around the entrance (no health and safety) so you had to actually go through it to get to the front door.

Questa struttura è comoda per poche notti o per un weekend non di più, noi ce la siamo cavata con il bollitore e il microonde facendoci da mangiare con quello. tutto troppo piccolo, la descrizione diceva che si poteva stare in quattro non è vero troppo troppo stretto, noi eravamo in tre ed era strettissimo, letti scomodi, la finestra si poteva aprire solo un pezzettino perchè il letto a castello era attaccato alla finestra, per la doccia potevi solo stare in piedi non potevi piegarti quindi dovevi uscire per insaponarti e poi rientrare., abbiamo chiesto informazioni per la televisione non funzionante, la padrona è entrata nella camera mentre eravamo fuori senza dirci niente ha cambiato le pile ma non funzionava lo stesso

• Lara (6/5): Value for money - Definitely value for money. The whatsapp communication with the hosts went smoothly. It was great to have a fridge and microwave, there were plenty of towels and tp available and even showergel and soap. The location was very close to our event and everything else in London was easily reached by walking or public transport and there were a lot of shops/restaurants nearby. You can easily hear the people in other rooms, so sleep with earplugs if you want to sleep in. The fire alarm went off twice because someone was smoking, the first time it seemed it was someone who knew how to turn the alarm off. The room is advertised for 4 people, but you have to be REALLY close with eachother ;) 2 couples would fit in the bunk bed, but the room is tiny.

Falta tomada elétrica no WC, falta um aspirador ou pá/vassoura no apartamento pois 4 dias ha sempre sujidade no chão. A Janela não abrir para ventilar também não ajuda....

• Sabrina (5/5): VERBESSERUNGSPOTENZIAL - Die Lage 8st sehr gut, nah am Bahnhof Kings Cross und St. Pancras. Zimmer zur Straße hin sind allerdings laur. Check In war sehr unkompliziert. Anweisungen gab es per Whats App. Die Zimmer sind für 4 Personen zu klein. 120cm Liegeplätze für 2 Erwachsene zu schmal. Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber in den Ecken, auch im Bad. Die Handtücher teilweise schmutzig. Schimmel im Bereich der Lüftung. In einem Zimmer war die Dusche so klein, dass man sich als schmale Frau nicht waschen kann. Keine Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad. Silikonfugen defekt, Duschwand verkalkt und verschmutzt. Der Hocker im Zimmer schmutzig. Die Treppenstufen vom Bett defekt, due unterste nicht nutzbar. Am Geländer oben provisorisch mit Klebeband versorgt.

• Viala (6/5): - L’emplacement est vraiment top vous êtes à 3 min de la gare et tout est à proximité : de quoi faire les courses, de quoi faire à manger et même de quoi stocker les bagages. Le frigo et le micro onde étaient top après une grosse journée un petit plat chaud n’était pas de refus La chambre est vraiment petite cela est parfait pour juste dormir nous étions 3 et c’était très petit. La douche n’en parlons pas minuscule on pouvait à peine se baisser pour prendre du gel douche. Les lits n’étaient pas très confortables surtout les oreillers. L’emplacement est dans une rue très passante pas top pour dormir beaucoup de bruits de voitures et surtout les sirènes de police. Niveau propreté : ce n’était pas très propre des cheveux dans la salle de bain sur les draps et des poils dans le lavabo

Genial que tuviera microondas, refrigerador y hervidor de agua. Solo dos puntos débiles: no tiene ascensor y con maletas y una persona mayor fue terrible. Y el colchón duro, quizás estaba recién puesto.

• Paraar (8/5): Relación precio/calidad totalmente recomendable - Habitación muy limpia, edredones y toallas suaves, litera cómoda y ancha y baño en muy buen estado. Estuve con mis hijos y me gustó el detalle de dejar caramelos. Al lado hay tiendas de comestibles y bastantes locales para comer. Al estar al lado de King Cross está muy bien comunicada. Así que para patearte Londres, está genial!! La entrada al edificio decepciona, el tamaño de la habitación es muy ajustado, pero lo que es realmente pequeño es el plato de ducha.

Na szczęście osoba sprzątającą obiekt szybko się udało znaleźć i pokój został posprzątany. Jednak dopiero przed 20.00 mogliśmy wejść do pokoju. Faktycznie pokój jest bardzo ciasny. Za mała ilość półek, np. w łazience

Puoi comunicare con il manager della struttura solo attraverso whatsapp. Al tuo arrivo in struttura, il manager ti invia i codice di accesso del portone d'ingresso, della porta al piano e della porta della camera. Per qualsiasi necessità o informazione devi contattare il manager solo attraverso whatsapp. Duranta il nostro soggiorno di tre notti non abbiamo avuto acqua calda e siamo stati costretti a lavarci con acqua fredda. Nonostante i nostri continui e quotidiani reclami, nulla è stato fatto per risolvere il problema. Abbiamo comunicato attraverso whatsapp con il manager che, oltre a scusarsi per l'inconveniente, nulla ha fatto per risolvere il problema. Un incubo.

Poco espacio y problemas de agua - Para el precio está bien, la ubicación al lado de king cross es buena, está prolijo pero hay que saber que es muy chico y durante mi viaje a UK estuve 2 veces y siempre tuve problemas con el agua. Si llevas valijas muy grandes no hay espacio El problema con el agua. Solo agua fría y sin respuesta de los anfitriones. Siempre respondían lo vemos pero nunca se solucionó y estuve en 2 oportunidades durante mi viaje. Por lo menos esta última vez tenía agua, aunque fuera fría. En la estadía de los primeros días de mi viaje estuve 2 días sin agua.

• Sergio (1/5): The accommodation fails to meet the minimum standards of habitability. - Nothing The accommodation was much smaller than expected; the photos were taken with a wide-angle lens. It is advertised for four adults, but it is so small that we could hardly move. On the first day there was no hot water and no solution was provided, and on the second day there was simply NO WATER at all, and again no solution was offered. Four people in a room meant for two, with no water in the shower, sink, or toilet. A terrible experience.

It was cozy although smaller than we thought it would be. The floor was dirty, full of dust, the overall cleanliness was questionable.There was no hot water, and during our stay of 3 days there was no water at all for a few hours in the first and second day.

• ruggero (7/5): - La posizione è ottima per girare Londra perché vicinissima a king’s cross. La stanza era pulita. La stanza era effettivamente un po’ stretta per 2 persone, ma era sufficiente. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un problema con la caldaia, quindi non avevamo acqua calda per fare la doccia, ma credo sia stato un problema contingente.
• Abdull Ghafar (1/5): - Nothing to like after the hotel and booking.com spoiled our vacation. We traveled as a group of three families and booked three bedrooms. We informed the hotel a day in advance that our train from Amsterdam would arrive at 10 PM. However, when we arrived, only two rooms were ready. After waiting for almost an hour for confirmation of the third room, we received a message from the hotel stating that there were no rooms available anymore. That’s when the real trouble began. Although my room was properly checked in, the second room—when we entered—was already occupied by other guests. We immediately messaged the hotel regarding the occupied room and the lack of availability. Their response was that there was nothing they could do. We then contacted Booking.com customer service to report the issue. After some time, we received a message from Booking.com stating that both of my friends were marked as “no-show.” The hotel twisted the story, and Booking.com seemed to side with them rather than us—even though we tried to provide proof, it was not accepted. Booking.com as thrusted medium cannot to relly anymore. Both parties are SCAMMERS.
