- Shakirah (10/5): Fantastisch! - Prachtig resort aan de oceaan met een prive strand, midden in de rust maar dichtbij leuke surfplekken zoals Balangan en Jimbaran Beach. Goede service en geweldig ontbijt. Meerdere zwembaden met uitzicht op de oceaan. Prachtige zonsondergang. Dikke 10!
- Sally Louise Gray (9/5): Great place to switch off and rrlax - Wonderful little oasis. Comfortable room. Excellent food. Breakfast was amazing. And, of course, the view was lovely. It was a little isolated so we had little choice but to eat at the hotels restaurant every night. We did have a couple of lunches at the nearest beach - 15 mins walk. Our bungalow (19) was lovely but the bed had no headboard which made sitting up difficult. The beach looks beautiful in the photos but the reality was that due to rocks you could not swim there. Though there was a usable beach fairly nearby.

- Grynda (10/5): Cappuccino ;) - Piępiękne baseny Plaża, mimo że nie można się kąpać. Woda miała za mocny prąd i było to niebezpieczne. Domki są bardzo czyste! Wspaniałe jedzenie i Cappuccino! Wszystko mi się podobało!
- Lina (9/5): Buena - Muy Lindo Es en un acantilado maravilloso, estás prácticamente solo. Muy bueno para relajarse. Era nuestra Luna de miel y decoraron la habitación muy bonita para nosotros. La ubicación no es muy buena si no tienes coche o no alquilas moto. La playa es sucia, tiene mucha mucha basura y con rocas. No puedes nadar allí. Teníamos solo el desayuno incluido y alguna vez comimos y cenamos y demasiado pero demasiado caro a compraracion con la comida que puedes conseguir por fuera. Una exageración los precios, si tienes trasporte o moto vez a comer fuera allí te van a cobrar un ojo de la cara.

- Wehe (9/5): Mega Ausblick mit geilem Frühstück - Das Frühstück war wirklich herausragend – mit Abstand eines der besten, das wir auf unserer Reise hatten. Statt eines Buffets gab es verschiedene liebevoll zusammengestellte Frühstücksmenüs zur Auswahl, die frisch zubereitet wurden. Mit dabei waren unter anderem frische Croissants, Brot, Marmelade und Rührei – alles sehr hochwertig und geschmacklich top. Die Anlage selbst ist wunderschön gestaltet, mit einem traumhaften Ausblick, den man jeden Tag genießen kann. Wir hatten einen Bungalow, der sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet war und insgesamt eine richtig schöne Atmosphäre hatte. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat sich gut um alles gekümmert. Das einzige kleine Manko war, dass die Bungalows baulich sehr offen gestaltet sind. Dadurch hört man Geräusche von draußen recht deutlich und sie sind nicht besonders schallisoliert. Das gehört zwar ein Stück weit zum Konzept und Charme der Anlage, könnte aber für geräuschempfindliche Gäste etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig sein.

- Maxime (9/5): Un lieu magique et paisible… - Une petite perle… Un hotel calme, cozy, superbement décoré, propre, beau… un personnel attentionné, serviable et efficace. Une vue à couper le souffle depuis les piscines, depuis le restaurant et depuis le spa (unique!) Un bungalow décoré à la mode balinaise. Tout en simplicité mais avec beaucoup de goût. Un restaurant au top, tant au niveau du service que des produits et plats proposés, idem pour le petit déjeuner. Pas grand chose… certes, c’est un peu bruyant la nuit, surtout quand il y a de l’orage… et la faune de cette région est connue pour son bruit nocturne, mais c’est le principe du bungalow et donc on fait avec. Cela a son charme… l’hôtel fournit les bouchons pour les oreilles pour les plus sensibles. La plage en contrebas de la « falaise » pourrait être magique et son accès par l’escalier est épique, MAIS, elle est recouverte de déchets en tous genres… bouteilles, plastiques, canettes, sac… c’est un problème général sur Bali, et dans beaucoup de pays d’Asie du Sud Est, malheureusement… il est grand temps que le monde se réveille face à ce fléau… mais l’hôtel n’y est pour rien.

- Karen (9/5): - Biu Biu is a little haven! Secluded and quiet it was just what we needed to escape city life. The spa is outstanding! If you are looking for peace, quiet and relaxation Biu Biu is ideal. The food is delicious. It’s pretty out of the way. We left the resort on the first night but as it took so long to get to dinner and back we stayed put for the rest of the trip.

- LEONARD (10/5): Tremendous location and experience. - Location, staff and amenities could not have been better. Every staff member we encountered made it a point to ensure our needs were met. They even arranged for the shipping of an item we purchased back to the US. I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience my wife and I had. Once we arrived, we never had to leave the property. Beautiful sit down views of the Indian Ocean from several locations, including the fabulous restaurant. We will definitely be back for another visit.

- Fares (1/5): Manipulative staff. Will not come back ever. - Restaurant is nice We had a horrible terrible experience at Biu Biu resort. Once we were checking out, the employee at the resort kicked our driver off the premises and tried to force us to take one of their drivers for triple the price. We had to walk over 300 meters with our luggage at 12 p.m. to meet our driver, and it was extremely hot and my wife was sick. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT TO ANYONE. Please stay away and go with any other resort, the others are much better in every aspect. Their beach is full of garbage and not equipped with anything. STAY AWAY.

- Krina (5/5): Disappointed with all fine print, trying to force guests to only use their taxi services which charges almost 2x-3x loca - The staff was friendly and helpful in crisis situation. There were fine print rules that was not stated when booked and nor mentioned at check in. This cause a lot of issues for my family as my father was not in best health and it caused a lot of issues/concerns for us.

Por las duchas que tenia el baño se derramaba toda el agua al no tener un tope, lo que hacía que salpicara el agua por el resto del baño

La colazione è molto buona ma essendo solo a la carte non molto ricca per chi come me lo reputa il pasto più importante della giornata. Posto molto istagrammabile. Ogni servizio ha in aggiunta costo tassa dicono “statale” e in + 10%servizi. Un totale di 25%rispetto ai prezzi esposti in menù già cari. Non mi é piaciuto il regolamento che vieta il volo del drone sulla struttura previa autorizzazione. Ho volato comunque ma non mi sentivo libero nei miei tempi. Booking dovrebbe esporre questa informazione. E poi c’era chi volava senza nemmeno comunicazione. Cosa molto negativa sempre da loro regolarmente: non permettono di prenotare un GRAB usando il loro indirizzo. Tutto molto caro per i costi esterni di Bali. Promuovono taxi locali ma se ne scaricano dalle responsabilità.

Private beach was unusable, dirty and big waves maybe due to rainy season. Quiet, nature and bird songs and rains--and thunderstorms.

I like everything, a lot, but just if I wanted to be picky: I would have liked an armchair in the room (even though I had outside anyway). Location is really nice, but you do have to ride a bit to reach the main cities where the life and parties are. Breakfast was amazing and very abundant, but anything else you might want for breakfast has to be paid (if for example you want a second coffee)

- Joseline (8/5): Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhälnis, Zimmerausstattung/-design allerdings ausbaufähig - Sehr schöne Anlage direkt am Meer mit toller Aussicht, freundliches, unaufdringliches und sehr hilfsbereites Personal, Außergewöhnlich gutes A-la-carte-Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und sehr hohe Qualität der Speisen Sauberes Zimmer, allerdings vollkommen unpraktisch aus folgenden Gründen: - kein Tisch/Beistelltisch und keine Sitzgelegenheit - extrem ungemütliche Matratze die sich anfühlt wie eine Strohpritsche - Das gesamte Bett wackelt sobald sich eine Person darauf bewegt - das Bett ist nicht mit einem Moskitonetz ausgestattet - es gibt keinen Spiegel und kein extra Waschbecken im Zimmer, wegen jeder Kleinigkeit muss man die Türe nach außen öffnen - das Badezimmer, inklusive des Waschbeckens ist draußen im Freien, was tagsüber kein großes Problem ist, nachts aber schon, weil man bei jedem Tür-Öffnen Moskitos ins Zimmer lässt; hinzu kommt dass die Türe zum Aussenbad wegen des Schließdämpfers nur sehr langsam öffnet und schließt.
- Martin (10/5): - Super lokalita na skále u moře. Soukromý bungalovek byl prostorný a autentický. Příjemné bylo, že je resort malý a působí butikovým a soukromým dojmem. Je divné, že grab a jiné online taxíky nesmí přijet až k hotelu. Z letiště jsme měli booking online taxík přes booking a ten nás hodil až ke vstupu. Pláž u hotelu je bohužel špinavá a plná odpadků.
- Mateusz (6/5): - Ładny widok. Bezproblemowe korzystanie z obiektu po wymeldowaniu. Oschły, niemiły personel, bardzo wysokie ceny jak na oferowaną jakość usługi i jedzenia. Niekomfortowo "polujący" taksówkarze przed wejściem do hotelu.

- Charles (9/5): An relaxing escape that will amaze with cliftop views - Beautiful setting and views, the facilities were always clean and aesthetically pleasing. The restaurant was the highlight with a view that you could stare at for hours. The breakfast was the best I have had in 6 stays in Bali The surrounding area is lacking, if staying next to the pool and peace and quiet is what you want this accommodation is for you.

- Michael (10/5): - Die Lage und die Aussicht ist absolut top.Alles schön in Terrassen angelegt,mit viel Privatsphäre, 2 tollen Pools und schöne Vegetation.Offener Speisesaal mit total entspannter Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und absolut nett und hilfsbereit. In unsren Zimmer könnte das Bad etwas modernisiert werden.Für 4 Sterne ist da noch ein bisschen Luft nach oben.Vielleicht auch ein bisschen Ablagefläche bei der Dusche wäre hilfreich. An sonsten war alles sehr sauber.
