• Anton (1/5): Я бы такие отели/компании удалял с букинга так как они нарушают все правила и несут негатив для самого приложения - Объект размещения не мог мне понравится так как объект размещения попросту меня не разместил по уже оплаченной и подтвержденной брони, сославшись на отсутствие номеров. Отказ был получен во время выхода из аэропорта, что мягко говоря, поставило меня в нелегкую ситуацию. Мне нужно было оперативно найти жилье в высокий сезон еще и перед выходными. Отношение персонала никакое, вместо коммуникации бесконечно длительное ожидание ответов а порой просто тишина. На встречу никто не идет, решать созданную ими проблему не хотят

• Nicole (5/5): - Die Lage war schön und eigentlich auch ruhig, wenn die Bauarbeiten nicht gewesen wärem. Ein riesen Lärm, im Haus, am Haus und um das Haus herum nur Bauarbeiten und dann noch der Baudreck, unangenehme Gerüche.

Also, cant take shower because the water pressure is too low and the worst from all of that is the host is just apologies instead of fixing things. I don't advice at all to stay at this apartment unless you like to stay in Dirty Environment.

• Adi (5/5): - ils n'ont pas respecté l'heure de check-in sous prétexte que l'ancien client est encore présent dans la chambre. j'étais voir et ce n'était pas vraie, la chambre était bien vide, mais l'équipe de nettoyage n'avait pas encore commencé de nettoyer. Résultat, je suis resté avec toutes mes affaires au soleil, sans eau ni la possibilité de manger. Le gestionnaire Globalstay devra prendre en considération de rester honnête avec leurs clients et présenter des choses comme elles sont au lieux d'inventer la situation pour laquelle la chambre n'est pas accessible. Ils ne répondent pas au messages WhatsApp alors que ça reste le seul moyen de communiquer. En gros, l’hôtel est bien. GlobalStay globalement insatisfait.
• Mohammed (7/5): Wonderful - The view and the balcony, access to the swimming pool and the beach was exceptional and amazing. It’s at the end of the palm jumeriah, the entry and exit at Peak hours takes up to 1 hour plus. Parking is limited.

• Peter (7/5): Adequate for our needs, but be aware of ongoing construction at the location and adjacent. - Nice location although still something of a building site with work ongoing on the ground floor areas which we were not warned about. It also looked like construction was about to start on a neighbouring plot. However, once the work has been completed it will be a nice location. The apartment was lovely, and clean and well resourced. Balcony furniture cushion covers were a bit grubby and could do with either cleaning properly, or replacing. Although it isn't for the hosts to arrange it would be good if there were some sunbeds available on the beach

• Alexandru (10/5): Locatie excelenta - Apartamentul a fost f spatios si curat. De la Balcon se vedea Burj-Al Arab, dar și hotel Atlantis. Piscina era curata și calda, iar din zona piscine intrai direct in mare. Apa marii era foarte calda, poate prea calda. Ar fi fost bine sa puna câteva sezlonguri și pe plaja. Clădirea era în renovare, insa se vede ca depun eforturi sa nu deranjez oamenii.

Во первых если эта компания лезет на booking то тогда надо как то соответствовать отельным категориям. Управляющая компания очень слабая, практически не роеагирует на порсьбы жильцов. Уборка мусора не производяться, номера не убирються, сейф не открываеться попросил помочь разобраться с сейфом отделались отпиской. В здании затеяли ремонт, так почему запускают жильцов??? Удивляюсь Booking почему роаботает с таким объктом размещения. Есть Airbnb работающая с квартирами по всему миру. Это однозначно не отель, с достаточно "жадным" управляюшим. есть выход на пляж, но нет ни одного шезлонга, это же Дубай а не мальнькая деревня. На парковке постоянно не света, очень не удобно. Это место размещения точно не соответствует статусу Booking.
• Mark (7/5): A taste of paradise! - Modern and great views. The drains in the shower are slow to clear so you flood the bathroom everything you use it. There is no extractor in the bathroom so the steam isn’t cleared. The washing machine door hits the cooker when you open it which will cause damage to both the door and oven handle if the maintenance team don’t realign the door, and the damp near the air con vent in kitchen is showing signs of diss repair which could do with painting.

• Sultan (4/5): يجب أن تنظروا في هذا الموضوع ضروري ارجو الاتصال - المكان كان جيد و الموظفون في الاستقبال في قمة التعاون فقط موظفون الاستقبال كل شيء جيد لكن عند نزولي للفندق الساعة 13 ظهرا قالت لي المسؤولة يجب ان تأتي الساعة 14 ظهرا إلى الفندق و علما أنني غيرت التوقيت من الساعة 12 ظهرا إلى الساعة 13 ظهرا في برنامج booking و ردت عليه في الرسالة مرفوض لقد انتظرت مع أطفالي في الشمس و في السيارة لمدة ثلاث ساعات و كانت ابنتي مريضة من الحر و الموظفة ليست لديها رحمة و كان اسلوبها غير محترم و جعلتني ادفع 70 درهم للشخص الزائد و هي طفلة عمرها 11 وقلت لها أنني حجزت و دفعت اربع اشخاص انظري إلى الحجز فقالت لايوجد ، و الموظفون في الفندق كانوا في اشد الاحترام و قلت لها اعطيني اتكلم مع شخص عربي فرفضت الطلب و كذبت عليه انها مديرة الفندق باكملها ، و طلبت منها تتغيير سشوار الشعر للبنات فقالت انتظر حتى اليوم الثاني ، ارجو من الإدارة اخذ حقي من هذه السيدة و استرجاع 70 درهم و ارجو الاتصال ، علما ان الموظفة تواصلت معها عبر الهاتف +971 4 528 2896 Globalstay Dubai

• Galina (10/5): Exceptional - The building is nice, the pool is small but comfy, the sandy beach is few steps away. There are few restuarants near. the appartment was comfy for us. has fridge, mircowave, coffeemaker(and 4 capsules for it), kettle. Lots of closets and a nice view. We had problems with getting into the appartment, but that;s to the support and security on th efirst floor everything was resolved quickly. the aren't a lot of shops near but we used Careem app to get groseries so it is not a problem at all ( it uses whatassp to send verification code so not problem there). not a lot to do, but it is great to relax and forget about problems

With very strange rules such a deposit amount of 1000AED, no flexibility on check -in \ check -out. towels not to be missed or left behind in the swimming pool or beach otherwise additional charges will be applicable upon check out. 200 aed additional charges applied on my kids although I booked an apartment. No additional amenities or cleaning provided during your stay, if so additional charges applied. No valet parking...
