• Dafina (7/5): - Sehr gute Lage, ca. 10‘minuten zur metro. Check in war unkompliziert. Das einte Zimmer ist seeeehr sehr klein und das Bett für zwei Personen auch entsprechend eng.

L emplacement est incroyable proche de la station Farringdon d un petit Sainsburry pour les courses et de deux pépites pour manger ( le pub Clerk and Well et la cantine italienne Terroni ... des lieux super pour ma ger le soir. Avec une mention speciale pour le Sunday Roast du pub )
• Juan Carlos (8/5): Beautiful and convenient apartment in good location - The quality-price ratio is very good. The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. Although it is not very big, it has everything one might need. We didn’t hear any noise from the street or neighboring apartments. The TV internet (e.g. for streaming services) did not work during our entire stay, even though I had specifically requested these services before my arrival. Furthermore, when I reported the issue, the manager only suggested the same basic troubleshooting steps that I had already anticipated would not solve the problem. No further action was taken on their part. Although this may seem like a minor issue, I believe it highlights that there is considerable room for improvement in customer service. The location is quite good, with lots of cafés and restaurants, although the nearest underground station is at 10-minute walking distance from the apartment.

• Rebecca (10/5): Perfect place if you want to spend a few days in London - Great location. The apartment was perfectly equipped. We were traveling with a child and there was a baby bed and high chair provided on our arrival. Everything was perfect. Also needed some support finding the door code and they were extremely helpful via email and phone.
• Marc (9/5): Buena opcion para visitar Londres. - Todo genial, buena ubicacion. Hay un supermercado justo debajo. Facil acceso al transporte publico. Mas pequeño que en las fotos. Faltan colgadores en la habitacion pequeña y en la entrada para colgar las chaquetas.

• Lina (10/5): All was good, recommended - Clean, comfortable, good location We would recommend to hang hooks in the corridor in order to be able to hang jackets when you come back. Also, it would be nice to find salt, pepper and olive oil in the kitchen.

• Peter (9/5): - Ruhige Lage mit einer zweckmässigen Ausstattung. Die Stoffbezüge (Sofa und Stühle) sind stark verfleckt. Die Vermietung erfolgt mit einer grossen Menge von eMails, die teilweise viel Marketing umfassen.
• Michał (9/5): Great place for stay in London - Clean. All necessary equipment. Easy check in. Close to Farringdon station. Shop just around the corner. Quiet and safe neighborhood. In one of the bedrooms it was a little noisy, probably due to a water boiler behind a wall, but bearable.

• Jane (1/5): Good location, nice apartment and quiet but wasn’t ready to be rented as not stocked and door didn’t lock - Location good, quiet flat, Wi-Fi great, towels big size, blinds in bedroom to ensure dark for sleeping, lovely shower. Plenty of pillows. Sign into your own accounts for smart TV One glass and one mug on arrival. No plates, bowls, glasses, saucepans. Some kitchen equipment arrived late Thursday evening the rest on Saturday. Eating breakfast from mugs! Door to apartment didn’t lock, so no option but to leave it open. Apparently already known to Frankie team that a problem…Told locksmith would come never did despite waiting in…in the shower hot and cold plumbed in opposite way round. No markings on the oven for temperature or settings so just have to guess. Frankie’s team did answer the phone Thursday and Friday but No answer from emergency line (for after 6 on Friday and weekend) when phoned. Have been told they will look into compensation will see what happens as that part of many text conversations was ignored for many messages
