• tonia (4/5): Wouldn’t go back - The house was nice , but unfortunately no pool just not onsite as was booked , Pool staff friendly and helpful , When asked to speak with a manager unfortunately they fount seem to have one just a supervisor who wasn’t willing to pass on details of a manager , Think her name was Liz , very rude / unprofessional Being told we was in a house on reunion village 2.5 miles away which I hadn’t booked but breakfast and the gym and the pool was 2.5 mile drive everyday , or 1 1/2 hr walk , not really onsite , Only kosher food served and no alcohol , should cater for everyone not just a religious group who took over the place , House - needed better quality garden furniture, Shower pressure needs attention , Could do with a games room ,

Waited a couple of hours to get our house as the cleaning staff was still cleaning the place up. Pool was small for a 20 people house. There were a few roaches in the kitchen and living room. Had to pay extra for the pool n jacuzzi to be heated.
• Marco (8/5): Ideal para grupos grandes - Lo grande que era la casa, espacio para 2 autos, ideal para grupos grandes El Jacuzzi y la piscina, si bien tiene un cargo extra, vale la pena totalmente. La casa es extraordinaria con todo lo necesario para unas buenas vacaciones. Que cobran extra por todo, por el calentamiento de la piscina y del jacuzzi, por el uso de la parrilla. El GYM es pesimo, super chico, se llena, con suerte hay una maquina. No hay servicio de limpieza. La ubicación si bien es cierto es cercana a disney, para llegar hay que tomar la 4 y el trafico es del terror todos los días.

• Gustavo (9/5): - Alojamiento cómodo, limpio, tranquilo. Es recomendable contar con vehículo propio para los desplazamientos. Las camas y las almohadas lo mejor... Tuvimos un inconveniente con la WiFi, que se resolvió inmediatamente, y con la lavadora, tuvimos que reportarlo por 3 veces, y finalmente la cambiaron. El desayuno es casi inexistente, tan sólo café Americano, zumo, escasas opciones de bollería, tortilla, beicon y tostadas.. Sólo lo usamos una vez en 9 días.

La experiencia la verdad fue estupenda, habían pocos clientes y esto hizo la estancia aún más tranquila y acogedora sin dudas me encantaría ir de nuevo Lo único que si deberían reforzar el desayuno, fuimos un solo día, solo 4 de 10 personas que éramos, no sé si el hecho de tenerlo incluido el desayuno estaba pésimo, el menú muy simple y mal cocinado además se apreciaba que no estaba fresco para nada, el hecho de que el desayuno estuviera malo no quita la experiencia maravillosa que tuvimos solo lo dejo en forma de recomendación, la pasamos increíble muchas gracias 🙃

• Camila (3/5): Mediocre - House was dirty upon our arrival and we even had to deal with a cockroach. Fees for house keeping were not included in the 10 day stay and started at US$300,00 plus tax. Not one towel or bed sheet was change during our stay. The house was backup on a busy street and air conditioning wasn't the best. House was hot.
• JOSE (8/5): - Las casas están muy bien parecido a cómo están las fotos el parque acuático y la piscina para los niños está muy bien no te cobran nada te dan toallas para que estés allí. Como punto negativo pondría que antes de llegar un día antes o dos días antes me enviaron un correo para que hicieran un pre checking y me pedían datos. Entre ellos. La tarjeta de crédito la puse cuando llegué hacer el checking me volvieron a pedir la tarjeta de crédito, pero mi error es que di otra de la que había puesto en el pre checking y me cobraron 500 $ de una tarjeta y 500 de otra Luego parece ser que me me los van a devolver pero aunque todavía no he recibido nada y otro punto negativo es quizás la información que te da el personal a la hora de la llegada es que es muy escasa no informaron que si queríamos calentar la piscina, deberíamos solicitarlo nada más llegar para que estuviera caliente al día siguiente nos dijeron que la bombona de butano para hacer barbacoa tardaría 15 o 20 minutos y al final resultó que después de una hora y pico tuve que cancelar la recogida de la bombona, porque iba a tardar otros 45 minutos. el desayuno buffet que ponen en las instalaciones del restaurante, gratis si no lo cambian os recomiendo que no vayáis porque es lo peor que he encontrado por el camino o sea escaso mala calidad y muy muy pobre es mejor que desayunéis en casa que vayas a un Walmart compréis lo que queráis y desayunáis tranquilamente en vuestra casa, porque no merece la pena para nada Por lo demás todo correcto

• Fabio (4/5): This was my second time there, the first time was great. The second time was terrible and made me not want to stay there - Good location and good size rooms, beds, bathrooms, and the house in general The pool heat wasn’t working, I paid for it and they had to give me my money back because the heater wouldn’t work, so I wasn’t able to use the pool because it was too cold and they didn’t move me to another house that had the pool heat. Many things were broken in the house, including the sink, one of the beds and pool heat. They didn’t give us pool towels. The bed was a huge problem because the mattress had a hole on it, so it was a queen bed that only 1 person slept at because the other side was broken. They simply just told me they couldn’t do anything about it. The manager was really rude in the beginning, didn’t understand our side of things, it’s really disappointing when you book a place specifically for their pool heat and you get there and it doesn’t work. When we asked them for repairs, they would take more than 15 hours to get to the house to fix it. Some things were never fixed.

• Terri (4/5): Motel 6 experience for a Waldorf Astoria price. - The location of the property was very good and the neighborhood easy to navigate, walk around, etc. We had plenty of space for the whole family. The breakfast was awful. We only went twice it was so bad. Which is frustrating given that I am sure we paid for it. The home was not handicap accessible but I had asked for that. There were many maintenance issues. A couple were resolved during our stay but most were not. Found too many roaches - dead and alive. Carpet was dirty.

The house had soooooo many things wrong with it, we had to take pictures, the carpet was VERY SOILED, the barstools were peeling, every couch had stains, the pool curtain was VERY dirty, I just can't believe that that is a representation of the Encore Resort that was recommended to me by my brother-in-law who has stayed at your Resort previously and he was with me on this trip and he was in disbelief of what it looked like. The dirty carpet, the peeling barstools, there was a broken tray in the fridge, stains on ALL THE CARPETS, there were stains in the dining room table, a crack in a glass table, I took pictures.

Heated Pool and Spa at the big house (they waived the $60 fee, but water was still cold the next day. We didn’t get to use. And busy out and about at Disney park & shopping). Great idea with The pool alarm system on the sliding door!! Code entering front door. Easy. No key needed. Furnitures in living room and kitchen are old & needs new one or new fabrics replacement. There are wear and teared, stained, old). Sliding door lock & latch needs replacing. (It’s falling apart and hard to lock and unlock). We booked thru booking.com.on this website shown there was lazy river. When we checked in at encore front desk, they said we cannot use the lazy rivers at Re-Union! Hmmm?!! So missed representation. Also breakfast list on website indicates much more offering but not at Encore. And we were charged for milk or coffee. Hmmm. So we didn’t go back for the next 3days. We went somewhere else for breakfast. We were told to take these two complaints with booking.com.

Solo tuve problemas para mi factura, ya que me hicieron ir por lo menos 5 veces a recepción y cada vez obtuve diferentes respuestas. Al final, me resolvieron a medias lo solicitado. Espero no tener problemas.

The home I stayed in was not the cleanest. The barstools were stained, and some towels should've been replaced. The carpet on the stairs and the tile downstairs are dirty. The front desk was terrific and gave credit.

• Tiffany (5/5): Please pay attention to detail - The property was well-kept on the grounds, the house itself was beautiful, but we ran into many problems with no solutions from staff I made a list of things to give to management, but they never called or came to the desk when we went to check out. Our unit had a broken AC. Now mind you we are in Central Florida in the middle of summer and the heat index was 103 or more. We stayed at this location for three days and our air-conditioning didn’t work one day. Instead of switching our home they sent a maintenance person out, who was very nice, but never fixed our issue. The only thing they did was give us box fans in that type of heat. We had elderly people and children and other family members with illnesses that could not be in the heat for so long. Another issue we had was that my bedding was dirty, and the mattress was worn out. I will say that the cleaning staff did a horrible job at making sure the unit was clean for us on arrival. They missed the mark terribly. There are so many other things that went wrong in our home that I can’t even name here, but the worst part of it all is that clearly upper management does not care about our grievances. They never called me back. I definitely will be calling them back with my full list and will be requesting a full or at least a partial refund for our sufferings.

• Janice (9/5): We had an excellent stay and enjoyed the clubhouse. Will definitely come back for similar group event - Well equipped kitchen, clean, modern and spacious common area Cost $40 a day to have pool heated. Pool heating system in my unit doesn't work well.
• Katie (7/5): Expected more for the cost and all the extra fees - Paying extra for a grill and utensils to have to order take out because the grill was dirty and had no utensils then when I called guest services it took more than a hour to bring the utensils so we had to order take out. Wifi does not work, 3 work orders later never worked the entire trip. Mismatched blender and lid provided led to same outcome as the grill. Took several hours to bring a correct blender top, meanwhile my frozen drinks melted. 24 hours into our trip the gate stopped working and when you call for help no-one answered. Sitting at a gate for 20 minutes waiting to sneak in behind someone else because your code does not work and guest services does not answer gate calls. The water park is only open from 11-5pm and is small, no lazy river, the cabanas are very expensive for daily rentals and the food/drinks at the waterpark are expensive. You pay 257 for a cabana by the pool, they only give you a 25 food and drink credit. A water is 6 dollars. We had 5 people, that credit was enough to buy everyone a water. I still spent hundreds additional on food and drinks. Not a good buy even on vacation. I paid extra for the pool to be heated, it was the same temp as much unheated pool when I got home. Not even sure if it was actually heated but I paid for it! The house was not ready for 45 minutes after we arrived at check in time, 4pm.

• Polyanna (2/5): disappointed - I recently had the misfortune of renting a vacation home for the weekend, and I can confidently say that it was one of the worst experiences I've had. The house I stayed in was nothing like the pictures haven portrayed in the advertised pictures. Instead, it turned out to be a haven for roaches and a breeding ground for disappointment. From the moment we stepped foot in the house, it was evident that cleanliness was not a priority. The presence of big roaches scurrying around the walls and floors was enough to make anyone's skin crawl. It was a constant battle against these unwelcome guests throughout our stay, and it completely ruined any sense of comfort or relaxation we had hoped for. The state of the refrigerator was equally appalling. The lack of cleanliness extended to the towels and bed sheets as well, with visible stains and a general sense of unhygienic neglect. To make matters worse, the supplies provided for our stay were shockingly minimal. It felt as though the owner had made a deliberate effort to provide us with the bare minimum. The shortage of toilet paper, shampoo, towels, and soap left us feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. It's not unreasonable to expect a vacation rental to provide these basic necessities in sufficient quantities, but sadly, that was not the case here. Overall, this vacation home was a complete letdown. The false advertising, coupled with the infestation of roaches, dirty refrigerator, stained linens, and insufficient supplies, made for an utterly disappointing experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering this rental property to look elsewhere for their vacation needs. Save yourself the hassle and disappointment, and choose a place that lives up to its promises.
• Courtney (7/5): first day and a half were iffy but last 2 days were great! - very pretty and well kept landscaping homes are big very spacious rooms and seating bar tending staff and check in desk were very nice! our pool pump was broken,so we couldnt heat the pool the first 2 days. floors were left a little dirty before we got there need pest control around property should have more garbage bags and dishwashing detergent especially in a 5 bedroom home knowing there are 10+ people. at least another roll of paper towels would be nice too hot tub heat should come with home not have to pay extra for,I could see the pool heat being extra but its tacky to have to pay for the spa heat and its worded in a way on site that we thought the spa would be heated just had to pay for the pool.

The staff aimed to please The property advertised a gaming room located in the garage. All of the games are broken, the A.C. in the garage was also broke. We couldn’t enjoy this advertised feature due to the extreme heat. One of the upstairs bathroom had bowel from the previous occupants left in the toilet, meaning this bathroom was never cleaned. The Wi-Fi was slow, which made it hard to enjoy the theater room. The MOST annoying was the alarm on the sliding door that alarms constantly!!!!! Even when the doors were closed. This made the trip almost unbearable! The staff responded to these work orders did their to accommodate us, however the game was never resolved, and the alarm issue was never resolved. For the price I expect perfection, these fumbles were easy fixes if done Correctly the 1st time.
