Dana (9/5): We highly recommend the resort and would love to come again soon! - We had a wonderful stay at the Freefeel Resort. Super location in the middle of Oetz valley, marvelous views of the snowy mountains, high quality of equipments, facilities and food. The staff were super friendly and willing to help. We could also bring our dog. It would have been better to have more than one option for main corse at dinner. Especially as a family of vegans and vegetarians. We also had few vegan options at breakfast.

Christian (9/5): - Wir haben zu unserem langen Skiwochenende Frühstück und Abendessen gebucht; war beides außerordentlich gut (zusätzlich vegetarisches/veganes Angebot). Personal war sehr freundlich. Außerdem waren wir begeistert vom Indoor/Outdoor Pool. Hierzu gibt es nichts zu sagen.

Sylviane (10/5): Séjour magnifique, superbe piscine qui fond dans le paysage - C’était l’endroit parfait pour un séjour Wellness en cadeau d’anniversaire 🎁 Calme et envoûtant… en prime le beau temps, de la neige dans les hauteurs, parfait pour faire du ski… En fait on ne s’ennuie pas, il y a toujours de quoi faire, du repos à l’activité sportive… Et mon chien aussi à adoré 🥰 Et le tout avec une sacrée promo, ceux qui rend le tout abordable ☺️ Le seul petit bémol, c’est l’espace cycle, où le personnel n’es vraiment pas sympathique, même pas un bonjour quand on mets les pieds dans le magasin… Vraiment dommage
Bárbara Salgado (9/5): lovely stay snowy days - Warm cozy rooms, the pools, the ski hochoetz services were all very easy to book, the ski school lessons were billed to my room and that was great, we could also buy tickets in the reception, lots of equipment to rent in the hotel and we could store skis also, overall great experience. Breakfast/dinner could use an upgrade, it wasn't bad but I don't think it was on the level I expected for the price. The pillows were really bulky

Franco (5/5): Zu teuer für reine Funktionalität und durchschnittlichem Frühstück - Das Frühstück absoluter Durchschnitt. 3 Tage lang lag auf dem Büffet eine aufgeschnittene, vertrocknete Kiwi, das zerkleinerte Obst war teilweise ungenießbar, weil der unreife Rand noch dran war, sodass man jedes einzelne winzige kleine Stück Obst selber nochmal nachschneiden musste. Besser wären hier einfach Scheiben gewesen, sodass der Gast selber entscheiden kann, wie viel unreifen Grünen Rand einer Melone man mitessen möchte…Das Haus an sich auch eher solala. Es steht ein ungemütliches Sofa drin, das Licht in der Dusche ist sehr spärlich, Annehmlichkeiten, wie ein hängender Vergrößerungsspiegel gibt es nur in Form eines Standspiegels, sodass das handling eigtl nicht praktikabel ist. Die Kissen zum schlafen sind hart, du Bettwäsche altbacken und nicht hochwertig. Der Spa-Faktor im Haus selber fehlt absolut. Insgesamt ist es funktional, aber für den Preis absolut zu teuer und völliger Durchschnitt. Schon deutlich günstigere vergleichbare Unterkünfte gebucht. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Simone (10/5): Alles was man braucht, wircklich toll - Alles, wo soll ich beginnen. Personal war super freundlich und sehr sehr Aufmerksam. Sauberkeit in den Zimmer top, sowie auch im Spa Berreich, man merkt dass hier grossen Wert darauf gelegt wird. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut und jeden Tag abwechslungsreich auch beim Frühstück. Toller Service, Winterschuhe, Schlitten, Wanderstöcke etc. durften gratis und unkompliziert ausgelehnt werden. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder :-) Es gibt keine Kritikpunkte
Mirjam (10/5): Luxe resort voor rustzoekers. - Super mooie accomodatie. Rustig, verzorgd, zowel binnen als buiten. Fijne spa en wellness. Mooie gym en meditatie yoga ruimte. Winkel 2 min lopen Fietsverhuur op locatie Skibus voor de deur. Auto vlakbij parkeren onder dak. Haakje voor de handdoek in de keuken ontbreekt. 😄 Verder echt niets dat ontbreekt.

Denise (9/5): Schöne Familienzeit mit tollem Essen! - Wirklich sehr gutes Abendessen, v.a. gab es immer ein sehr durchdachtes veganes Hauptgericht - Danke an die Küche! Schöner Wellnessbereich und ein tolles Poolhaus! Das Frühstück könnte für Veganerinnen etwas besser gestaltet werden; z.B mit einer Beschilderung. Der Boden in unserem Loft-Appartment unten hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau!

Hugo (10/5): - La qualité à l'état pure. Le logement était suffisament grand et très bien équipé. La piscine et le coin SPA sont sublimes. Une multitude d'activité a faire grace à partir de l'hotel ou au alentours. Il y a un supermarché à 5 min à pied. Nous ne sommes pas aller au petit déjeuner, 25€ par personne un peu excessif au vue du prix de la nuitée. Nous avons du rêgler quelques euros pour la recharge éléctrique de notre véhicule... même constat

Farah-Deborah (8/5): So cosy, so friendly. Would love to come back - Very cosy and nicely decorated, very clean. Staff was wonderful. The pool and sauna were stunning. After check out we were allowed to use the facilities (sauna and pool) for the rest of the day. The amenities were a little scarce: a two-in-one shampoo and soap, no conditioner. The appartment had 2-4 teabags, no coffee. The bins didn’t contain any liner bag. We needed to go to the store and but conditioner, coffee, bin bags etc. We had half-boarding. So in the morning we decided on the food for the evening and when we would like to eat. The dining experience was good but it took about 1,5-2 hours to eat in the evening which meant that we barely managed to use pool and sauna in the evening.

Michael (9/5): Angenehmer Wellness Urlaub - Zimmergröße und mit Zirbenholz ausgestattet, das Wasser im Pool angenehm warm, der Saunabereich mit Getränken und kleinen Snacks. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen. Sauna und Pool nicht im selben Gebäude, es wird nur an zwei Tagen in der Woche ein Aufguss in der Sauna angeboten. Wasser beim Abendessen nicht im Preis enthalten.

peter (8/5): Gerne wieder. - Das Frühstück war sehr gut.Der Wellnessbereich ebenfalls.Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und die Betten bequem ,alles ist sehr sauber.Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.Es hat sehr viele Parkplätze.Bei der Halbpension sind die Portionen etwas klein und es gibt fast keine Beilagen,aber alles von hoher Güte und gutem Geschmack.Die Preise sind insgesamt in Ordnung. Auf den Zimmern fehlt Körperlotion und die Handtücher sind etwas knapp.Leider gibt es keine Badeschlappen.Das Schwimmbad sollte früher öffnen und später schließen.Die Adult-only-zeit sollte früher und länger gehen.Der Schwimmbereich ist etwas klein.

Patrycja (9/5): - Piękna okolica wokół ośrodka, basen oraz spa jak najbardziej na plus. Widoki z basenu nieziemskie, woda cieplutka, dużo miejsca do odpoczynku, strefa dla dzieci oddzielona, co również uważam za plus. Klub dla dzieci mały, ale wystarczający, maluchy mogą się wybiegać. Lokalizacja super, blisko do stoku, a przy samym ośrodku znajduje się przystanek autobusowy, z którego za darmo można dojechać do kolejki na stok. Obsługa hotelu bardzo uprzejma, posługują się kilkoma językami, więc każdy bez problemu się dogada. Pokoje przestronne, łóżka wygodne, my mieliśmy widok z tarasu na piękną polanę i góry, więc czego chcieć więcej? Jesteśmy zadowoleni i myślę, że jeśli wrócimy to Oetz, to właśnie do Feelfree Nature Resort. Jedzenie smaczne, chociaż jak dla nas mały wybór jeśli chodzi o dania obiadowe. Przydało by się więcej opcji dla dzieci. Natomiast sposób podania dań był na miarę naprawdę wysoko ocenianych restauracji. Do kolacji przydałaby się chociaż woda w cenie, ponieważ za wszystkie napoje trzeba płacić extra.
SD (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft! - Schöne Anlage mit tollen Pools, Möglichkeiten für Kinder sich zu beschäftigen und einer schönen Aussicht. Das Essen im Restaurant hat unsere Erwartungen nicht ganz erfüllt. Die Hütte "Tiroler Haus Seinerzeit" etwas eng für 4 Personen, insbesondere ist der zweite Schlafplatz unterm Dach wegen der niedrigen Deckenhöhe selbst für Kinder sehr umkomfortabel.

Das Hotel war perfekt für Familien – sauber, modern und liebevoll gestaltet. Besonders der Spielbereich, die Babyschaukel und der Indoor-Kletterraum waren ein Highlight für unsere Tochter. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, die Lage in den Bergen traumhaft und alles bestens organisiert – sogar mit eigener Lademöglichkeit fürs Auto. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank für diese wunderschöne Zeit

Camille (10/5): EXCEPTIONNEL - Nous avions au départ longuement hésité avant de réserver cet établissement en raison du prix un peu élevé mais au final nous n’avons pas regretté un seul instant notre choix. L’établissement est exceptionnel : alliant bois, tradition autrichienne et modernité et confort familiale. Le lieu est au cœur de la vallée tyrolienne avec une vue exceptionnelle sur les alentours. Les chambres sont d’une propreté irréprochable avec un confort très « cocooning ». Tout l’établissement est pensé pour les enfants (piscine uniquement pour les enfants, salle de jeux ouverte jusqu’à 21h30, aire de jeux extérieur, jeux spécialement dédiés aux enfants dans la salle de restauration). Ne pas prendre demi pension serait une erreur car les repas sont dignes d’un établissement étoilé (une qualité exceptionnelle à la fois du petit déjeuner comme du dîner, avec un choix tous les soirs de plats fait maison entre viande, poisson, vegan ou végétarien). Quelques activités sportives sont gratuites et organisées directement par l’hotel ! Le petit plus : l’hôtel se trouve à côté d’un magnifique lac et proche de très nombreux points de départs de randonnées.

Emma (8/5): Fantastic, we will definitely be back! - The pool was amazing, the views and the loungers were very comfy and relaxing. It was perfect for our 17 month old, they loved the soft play, outside games and kids pool. The apartment was also very baby friendly so it was perfect to let them explore and play. The restaurant was delicious and the staff were really helpful. With a few tweaks we thought it would make for a 10/10 stay including better or a choice of pillows, nicer duvet and black out blinds.

Sarah (9/5): Wundervoll! - Das Resort an sich ist wunderschön mit dem Naturbadeteich, wunderschönem infinitypool, wunderschöne geschmackvoll errichteter Aussenbereich! Das einzige was ich zu bemängeln habe, ist, dass es Schimmel in der Dusche gab und das Holz im Apartment sehr abgenutzt wirkte. Auf dem Balkon war die Wäscheleine gerostet. Ansonsten hatten wir einen wunderschönen Mama- Tochter Urlaub und ich würde sofort wieder kommen!

Thomas (9/5): Perfekter Urlaub in traumhafter Umgebung und bester Betreuung. - Das Frühstück war super und sehr umfangreich, das Abendessen einfach perfekt und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Anlage ist ein Traum und bietet mit Schwimmteich, Pool usw. alles was das Herz begehrt. Grundsätzlich sehr ruhig, außer direkt neben der Arche (siehe unten). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und ausgezeichnet erholt. Wir haben ein Standardappartement gebucht, dieses lag leider direkt neben der Arche und der Fluss ist sehr laut. Aufgrund der hohen Außentemperaturen während unseres Aufenthaltes und einer fehlenden Klimaanlage mussten die Fenster geöffnet werden und daher hat uns das Rauschen beim Schlafen gestört (das ist natürlich unser persönliches Empfinden, da wir zu Hause in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend wohnen). Es sollte jedoch aus unserer Sicht im Vorfeld darauf hingewiesen werden. Wir haben aber auf Anfrage nach 2 Tagen ein Appartement auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite erhalten (kostenfreies Upgrade). Dort war dann alles perfekt. Vielen Dank dafür und für den freundlichen und bemühten Umgang mit diesem Thema.
