- Alejandro (5/5): 5-10 - I really enjoyed the neighborhood I didn’t like the traffic there was to enter, it was very disorganized system and how you had too pay double to heat the pool only for the hot tub to heat and the other side cold, I also disliked how noisy it was for nights from other visitors from very loud music to parties till 6 am! Disappointed my kids kept waking up from all the noise.

Just avoid - The location was really good for access to all the parks located in Orlando, size of the property was excellent with plenty of space for our family We had several issues with the property, the main one being there wasn't a bin to get rubbish collected despite notifying the owners from day one. So we had piles of rubbish in the kitchen for 2 weeks. The access to the property was terrible, with it being a gated community it could take over an hour just to get through the gate, one night we had to call the local sheriff to report the issues regarding this. The door lock was also really awkward and again could take an additional 20 minutes just to gain access. The property next door was occupied by drug users who would be up all night playing loud music. The fridge was also faulty as the water and ice dispenser did not work, this was reported on day one and again it wasn't addressed. Lights wouldn't work in the child's bedrooms which again was not addressed despite reporting on day one. Please just avoid.
- Kelly (7/5): Good - The size and layout of the house was excellent. SOOO close to neighbors. Could not escape pot smoke, which drove us from the pool more than once. The kitchen was only set up for a small group (maybe 4) we had to improvise often to cook for our group of 9.

- Jamie (7/5): Great place , company handling the rental needs better customer service - House was great , location too Bbq was broken , nobody responded to my refund requests for propane tank . Also to many non sense emails before checking in , so I missed the important one
- Chad (9/5): Awesome house, bad "COLD" tub. - Awesome, huge, newer house. Very clean. Modern. $60 PER DAY for heating the pool, and $77 to use the grill was PRICE GOUGING. Instead of calling it a "Hot" tub, you should call it a "COLD" TUB. They need to put those prices in the listing (or up the price on the listing and lower those undisclosed prices) or people will get mad. Needless to say, we did not get ripped off by paying $300 to heat the pool for our 5 day stay.
