• Pilar (5/5): - Me sorprende que tuviera un 8 de puntuación. Reservamos 2 noches y decidimos perder el dinero de 1 y marcharnos por estar más cómodos en otro lugar. La descripción no se correspondía con la realidad. Ventana a patio no era a patio, sino al distribuidor de escalera interior, con lo que no hay luz natural y has de cerrar la cortina para tener algo de intimidad. Poco limpio en general, pero cortina del baño, salvamanteles y cojines del desayuno con moho literal. Seguro que el desayuno en la empinada azotea es una buena idea en verano pero no en el invierno o, como en nuestro caso, con lluvia y moqueta y sillas empapadas. Sí he de decir que la mujer que ofrece el desayuno lidió con todo con amabilidad y una sonrisa. Se agradece. Desde el respeto al propietario, recomendarle que invierta en esas pequeñas cosas como atornillar, fijar piezas sueltas, baldosas, lavabo...

Nous les avions informés que nous étions en voyage de noces et que c’était mon anniversaire le jour de notre nuit chez eux, et ils nous ont donc fait la surprise d’une magnifique chambre (encore mieux que celle que nous avions réservée initialement- qui était déjà très bien !), toute décorée de fleurs, de jolis ballons, de bougies… une magnifique surprise et attention ! De bons gâteau nous ont aussi été servis (en plus du thé et pâtisseries marocaines servis habituellement). Nous recommandons grandement cet établissement qui est charmant, dans une rue calme et agréable, avec une très belle vue sur la ville et la mer… Génial, merci !

• Lillian (4/5): Perdi dinheiro para conseguir dormir... - O quarto, que no Booking oferecia vista ao mar, tinha uma janela baixa e pequena, que dá direito ao local de circulação de pessoas; se aberta ou sem cortinas cerradas, as pessoas passam e vêm-te na cama. O quarto não tem espaço nem comodidades, a cama são paletes com um colchão por cima; a porta é de correr senão não há espaço para abrir. O banheiro tinha um aspecto de velho e sujo. O barulho era tamanho, dia e noite, que, após passar duas noites em claro, fui obrigada a mudar de hotel e perder o restante do valor pago, mas garantindo algumas noites de descanso em outro hotel. A localização, para quem imagina que ficar no meio da medina é vantajoso, pode ser boa. No meu caso, o medo de sair sozinha à noite pelas vielas estreitas e escuras foi um fator negativo.

Je suis arrivée vers 16h et le jeune homme a la réception d'une vingtaine d'années ne parlait pas vraiment anglais ni français. Difficile de nous comprendre. Il m'a mis mal a l'aise car quand jai demandé des suggestions de restaurants, il a proposé de sortir ensemble diner. WTF?? Jai 38 ans. Jai dit que je rejoignais des amis marocains mais que je souhaitais des suggestions de restaurants car ils ne sont pas de Tanger, il m'a fait comprendre que je trouverai sur Google maps....vexé surement davoir décliné sa proposition. Jai vu des avis tres positifs sur l'accueil et les conseils sur la ville. Ca devait etre en haute saison et sûrement quen basse saison, ce détail de qualité davoir une personne parlant anglais ou français est négligé. Cest dommage. En sortant la nuit, il y a aussi a 2 pas de la maison, la zone de squat des dealers de drogue. Je n'ai pas osé revenir seule la nuit sans me sentir en sécurité ni a l'extérieur ni avec le réceptionniste, ce n'est pas une expérience très positive. A refaire je séjournerai plutôt sur la corniche au bord de mer car la kasbah / medina n'est pas connue ici pour son charme. Les 3 chambres sont collées les unes aux autres donc très étroit et 0 intimité. Je pensais avoir vue mer mais seule la terrasse et une seule chambre a l'étage a un balcon vue mer. La maison d'hôte est très sombre a l'intérieur. Je ne me suis pas sentie a l'aise et un peu étouffée. La chambre est correcte mais un peu désuete. Porte sdb cassée, draps propres mais tachés. Aucun menage durant les 3 jours. Humidité car aucune ouverture sur l'extérieur. La dame du petit dejeuner était en revanche adorable et la vue est top. Cest tout ce que je retiens de positif.

• 이방인 (9/5): 숙소가 메디나에 비해 크고 깨끗해요. - 조금 일찍 도착했는데 숙소가 변경되어 와이파이가 잡히지 않았지만 외출하고 오니 잡혀있었어요. 숙소는 거실과 침대, 베란다가 있는 공간이 넓고 깨끗했어요.주방을 사용하지는 않았지만 주방용기가 어느 정도 구비되어 있어요. 와이파이가 바로 안되어 조금 아쉽습니다. 다행히 바로 외출해서 저는 지장은 없었어요.

Une mention particulière à SAIDA qui nous a servi un magnifique petit déjeuner super varié. L accès à l hôtel par de nombreux escaliers mais en vacances on a le temps et on s y rend à son rythme.

Las habitaciones equipadas con todo (mantas, aire acondicionado, secador) y con un desayuno incluido completisimo elaborado con mucho cariño y atención por las maravillosas mujeres que trabajan en cocina. Entendemos que los edificios en la Medina son pequeños y se aprovecha el espacio al máximo para una habitación doble con baño. Simplemente hay que acostumbrarse a estar un poco (nada incómodo) estrecho. Quizá se agradecería algunos ganchos o perchas en pared porque cuando se viaja en invierno se hace un poco complicado colgar abrigos y equipaje

La atención de Reda magnífica en la recepción, atento a todas nuestras necesidades. Destacar también la amabilidad de Saida, la señora que sirve el desayuno, siempre con una sonrisa.

• Markus (3/5): - Das Zimmer war unter Booking angekündigt mit 20 qm. Es war aber vielleicht mal gerade nur 6 bis 8 qm groß und reichte für ein Doppelbett und eine winzige Toilette mit Dusche. Das Zimmer lag auch direkt an der Rezeption (ca 1,5 m entfernt). Die Intimssphäre war somit nicht gewahrt!

Von oben hatten wir einen schönen Blick auf den Hafen. Sehr gutes Frühstück, reichlich. Zur ersten Orientierung führte uns der Angestellte durch die Gassen bis zum Kasbah-Museum🙂, von dort aus ließ sich die Stadt bestens erkunden. Nachdem man an der Rezeption tags darauf feststellte, dass wir doppelt gezahlt hatten - online über booking.com und in bar vor Ort - wurden wir sofort angerufen: Wir waren bereits zu Fuß 10 Minuten unterwegs, der Angestellte machte sich sofort auf den Weg, um uns das Geld zu bringen. The room I was assigned was located directly next to the reception, which was not mentioned anywhere in the listing or during the booking process. As a result, there was a significant amount of noise, with constant movement, conversations, and activity, which made it very difficult to rest properly. Because of this, I slept very poorly. For a price of €75 per night, this level of disturbance is not acceptable and does not reflect the value or comfort that was advertised. Had this information been clearly stated beforehand, I would not have booked this room. I believe this situation deserves a commercial gesture or compensation. I look forward to your response. • Houda (10/5): Merkwürdig - Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, und die Atmosphäre strahlte eine traditionelle, handwerkliche und nordafrikanische Note aus, die dem Haus einen ganz besonderen Charme verlieh. Der Preis war sehr erschwinglich, vor allem wenn man berücksichtigt, dass das Frühstück frisch, köstlich und bereits im Preis inbegriffen war. Jeden Morgen gab es eine schöne Auswahl an regionalen Produkten – ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Mein Zimmer war ein gemütliches Holz-Zimmer, warm gestaltet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen hat mir das sanfte Geräusch des Regens, das man abends hören konnte – unglaublich beruhigend und angenehm. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, stets hilfsbereit und hat mir tolle Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Essenslocations in Tanger gegeben. Dadurch habe ich einige kulinarische Highlights entdeckt, die ich ohne diese Tipps vielleicht verpasst hätte. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen – für alle, die eine authentische, komfortable und preiswerte Unterkunft in Tanger suchen. Alles perfekt

Özellikle Muhamed’e ayrı bir parantez açmak istiyorum: Kendisi son derece güler yüzlü, yardımsever ve samimi bir gençti. Her konuda içtenlikle yardımcı oldu ve konaklamamızı çok daha keyifli hâle getirdi. Resepsiyondaki beyefendi ve kahvaltıyı hazırlayan hanımefendiler de çok güler yüzlüydü. Otel biraz yokuşta, ama kahvaltıyı terasta manzaraya karşı yapıp güneşin doğuşunu izlemek büyük bir artı. Başta Muhamed olmak üzere tüm ekibe teşekkür ederiz. Umarım tekrar görüşürüz. Arasam mutlaka bir şey bulurum ama ben olanları görüp keyfini çıkarmayı tercih eden biriyim.

It was a mix of sweet and savory served on the rooftop terrace with gorgeous views of the sea and the old medina, complete with Moroccan mint tea. Dar Al Ghazal is in a great location for wandering the medina, and seeing all the historical sites. Easy 20 minute walk from the ferry. Staff was friendly, helpful, and easily available by WhatsApp if I had any questions or wanted their help coordinating experiences or setting up tours. Air conditioning was not strong enough to combat the humidity, but it was only a problem for one night of my stay.

La ubicación en la misma Medina de Tánger. Nos localizaron taxi para hacer rutas y llevarnos y recogernos del aeropuerto con idioma en español. La habitación muy pequeña, tan ancha como la cama y poco más. Nos tocó la situada en la misma puerta de entrada y recepción, y se oye todo movimiento en el alojamiento.

• Beatrice (9/5): Accoglienza super - Le persone che lavorano qui sono la forza di questa struttura! Abbiamo ricevuto un'accoglienza meravigliosa. Mohamed è venuto a prenderci al nostro arrivo scesi dal taxi e ci ha accompagnati fino in camera, per poi invitarci a prendere il tè sulla terrazza, che è stato servito con dei buoni pasticcini. Poco dopo sono salite altre due ragazze dello staff e ci hanno invitati a sederci con loro per cena. È stato come trovarsi ad una cena fra amici, bellissimo, ci siamo sentiti accolti nella maniera più calda possibile. La terrazza è molto carina, con una bella vista sul mare di Tangeri. La colazione è buona. La posizione per noi è stata ottima, nel cuore della kasbah, bella anche per passeggiate serali, e ottima per prendere il bus turistico hop-on hop-off in partenza dal porto e fare poi una passeggiata per il lungomare. Anche il servizio di taxi per l'aeroporto è stato impeccabile, l'autista è arrivato puntuale a bussare alla porta per accompagnarci. La camera ha avuto qualche punto dolente. Asciugamani e lenzuola profumavano di pulito ma non erano state fatte asciugare completamente, quindi l'impressione è stata che fosse tutto umido, il che ha reso il letto poco confortevole. Sulle lenzuola abbiamo trovato qualche capello. La pulizia generale era buona ma sulla tenda della doccia c'era qualche macchia di muffa e qualche punto della camera è da pulire meglio. Ultima cosa, proprio fuori dalla finestra c'era un lampione che illuminava potentemente la camera, servirebbero delle tende più coprenti per dormire meglio.

• Sylvie (10/5): Petite perle de Tanger - Nous avons passé un très beau séjour de deux jours au Ryad Dar Al Ghazal. Un immense merci à Aya pour sa gentillesse, son écoute et son professionnalisme. Toujours souriante et disponible, elle a su répondre à toutes nos demandes avec bienveillance. Le personnel a également été très attentionné et toujours prêt à nous guider tout au long du séjour. Le petit déjeuner, copieux et délicieux, a été un vrai plaisir chaque matin. Merci encore à toute l’équipe, et tout particulièrement à Aya, pour cet accueil exceptionnel ! 🌸 Strictement rien
• Lisette (4/5): Nous n’avons pas pu retrouver un sommeil réparateur, mais la localisation est exceptionnelle, et les personnes qui trav - Petit déjeuner très sympa sur la terrasse. Le personnel très agréable "Nous sommes restés dans une chambre à 2 mètres de la réception, donc la porte nous a réveillés plusieurs fois pendant la nuit, et le bruit tôt le matin était affreux.
• ElenaABK (5/5): - La gentilezza del signore che ci ha accolti, offrendoci thè e biscotti e la disponibilità nell'organizzare il taxi per l'aeroporto. Non mi piace fare delle recensioni negative, ma purtroppo questo soggiorno non é stato dei migliori. La camera assegnata, Rabat, secondo le indicazioni riportate da booking doveva essere di 20 mq, ci siamo ritrovati in una stanza minuscola, in cui tenendo le valigie aperte ci si poteva girare a malapena. Presente anche un buon quantitativo di polvere. Punti di appoggio inesistenti in un bagno striminzito. La porta scorrevole non chiudeva del tutto, abbiamo dovuto appendere dei vestiti, per evitare di essere visti da fuori, dal momento che la camera affaccia sul corridoio di ingresso, fronte reception. Ovviamente la porta in quelle condizioni fa anche sentire qualsiasi rumore proveniente da chi rientra durante la notte. Infine abbiamo avuto serie difficoltà con la lingua, perché a parte il signore di cui sopra, incontrato al nostro arrivo, lo staff presente il giorno successivo non parlava una parola di inglese e non era al corrente degli accordi presi né per lasciare le valigie in custodia, né per il taxi.

• Donatela (10/5): Sublime - All’arrivo viene servito te di benvenuto con i biscotti, vista spettacolare sul mare, colazione più che abbondante e buonissima Abbiamo dovuto aspettare circa 20 minuti per la colazione ma é comprensibile visto che veniva fatto sul momento dalla signora.
