До этого не заселив в те же даты моих друзей назвав другую причину. Я приезжал поздно вечером, прилетел из Лаоса и мне даже не посчитали нужным написать предупредить, сказали отменяйте сами бронь, надеюсь вы найдете себе что-то. При этом заселили туда по дороже, потому что я бронировал заранее и со скидкой. Просто мудаки, никогда не бронируйте этот отель.

However, one day before check-in, the hotel reached out to inform me that they had run out of rooms and asked me to switch to a different location. They also said that my previously agreed requirements could not be met at the new property. When I refused, they told me to cancel the booking myself. I did not agree to cancel, but they also refused to cancel it on their end. If they won’t cancel, then they deserve a 1-star rating. IN SHORT: IF YOU DON’T WANT TO END UP WITHOUT A PLACE TO STAY, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

• Diego (1/5): Weird crowd, unresposive staff, bad room - Location is nice I came back to the hostel after midnight and someone took my bed. In the middle of the night I had to make another bed because it had no sheets. There is a giant window in the room into another room where light is always turned on so the entire dorm is lit up. A lot of people in the dorm are there long term so the room is messy. People are also loud in the morning. There is electrical plug next to bed.

• Giabao (6/5): I’d suggest not booking last minute - If you book last minute like I did, be prepared to get transferred to an adjacent accommodation that isn’t as nice. This happened to a few other guests too (place probably was overbooked). However, the place that I got transferred to wasn’t too bad. Decent room, spacious bed. I wasn’t supplied with towels, toilet paper, or shampoo/body wash at first, so I had to message the property via Booking.com. No problem, except they take very long to reply. I had to double text at times. Bathroom was very small. AC was dripping. The Wifi is absolutely slow unfortunately.

Pokoj byl světlý, dobře uspořádaný a udržovaný. Postel pohodlná, klimatizace tichá a vše působilo čistě a svěže. Je vidět, že se tu dbá na detaily, které dělají pobyt příjemným, aniž by si toho člověk musel vědomě všímat. Celkově ideální místo pro cestovatele, kteří chtějí pohodlí, dobrou polohu a klidný návrat po dni stráveném ve městě. Rád bych se sem vrátil znovu.

I used it just before they arrived and it was gone afterward. ➡️ I couldn’t brush my teeth for the rest of my trip — and I still have several more days in Vietnam. This was upsetting and unacceptable. ❗2. Kitchen/Kitchenware – Not as Advertised The listing said the room includes “kitchen and kitchenware,” but there was nothing in the room initially. Only after we asked, we were given a portable induction cooktop and one stained, scratched saucepan — not usable for cooking. ➡️ We had to buy our own frying pan. Not what we expected from a place advertising kitchen facilities. ❗3. Bathroom – Cramped and Uncomfortable The sliding bathroom door technically worked, but I couldn’t close it while using the toilet — there wasn’t enough room for my knees. ➡️ I’m only 5'3" (160 cm), and I still had to use the toilet with the door open. Very uncomfortable and lacks privacy

Quiet neighborhood. Helpful and friendly staff. Easy and quick communication. Not an "apartment" as advertised. Just a hotel room with an additional sink outside the bathroom. Tiny fridge and flimsy furnitures. Tiny bathroom, everything get wet when you shower. Noisy water machine.

Faire attention à la plomberie car fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain (traces de moisisure). Pour un établissement de type hotelier (proposé par booking), nous nous attendions à un niveau de proprete plus important.

We found dry food (rice) in bed and the rest of the room was not clean. The floor was full of hair and dust. I even found an acrylic nail by the table. I had to clean the room by myself. The table cushions look like they are never washed, we feel so itchy to sit on it. Disappointing!
