• LEMASSON (9/5): - Très bon accueil du personnel. Excellent petit déjeuner en chambre mais avec beaucoup de retard. C'est un nouvel hôtel qui a besoin de s'organiser pour être parfait. Petit déjeuner servi en retard mais c'est pas trop grave, nous sommes en vacances. Il ne faudrait pas y avoir un impératif de visite ou de transport. L'enseigne de l'hôtel est inexistante sur la rue, nous avons eu du mal à trouver.

They showed a real human touch, which I truly appreciated Room clearness Room new and Modern Style The internet connection was very poor throughout my stay, and I had to rely on my own 5G the entire time. My first night was extremely noisy, and I couldn’t sleep at all, which was very frustrating especially after being tired from traveling.

Сделали по запросу поздний check-out. В отеле есть трансфер до аэропорта на микроавтобусе Mercedes, самое комфортное такси за все наше путешествие. В отеле завтраков нет - рекомендую заведение Holy branch, 8 минут пешком. Очень понравился город и район У нас в номере из ванной шел ужасный запах, возможно, это канализация. Благо, в спальнях не пахло

• shabib (9/5): تجربة جميلة في قلب المدينة - فندق جديد وجميل ومرتب وبه تقنيات جميلة وبه مصعدان كما يوجد به مواقف للسيارات اسفل الفندق وهذه ميزة رائعة جدا لمن لديه سيارة حيث ان الفندق يقع في قلب المدينة وحوله الأسواق، وخدمة الموظفين كانت رائعه وخاصة من الموظف حمزة ورفاقه. الغرفة مكونة من غرفة نوم وصالة وتوجد بلكونة كبيرة وان كانت إطلالتها على المنازل المجاورة ولكنها رائعة للجلوس بها . بالغرفة مرافق جيدة ودورة مياة نظيفة وسرير مريح، حاليا لا يتوفر افطار كبوفيه ولكن فقط عند الطلب يتم إيصاله لغرفتك ولكن في المستقبل قالوا بانه سيفتتح مطعم بالفندق.. ولكن يمكن الخروج للإفطار خارج الفندق فهناك خيارات متعددة لا تتوفر أحذية للغرفة وتوفيرها يكون بالشراء .

• Benald (10/5): Incroyable - J’ai mis du temps à réserver parce que, pour moi, c’était trop beau pour être vrai vu le prix. Il a fallu qu’un cafard apparaisse dans mon ancienne chambre d’hôtel pour que je saute le pas… et je ne regrette absolument pas. Enfin si, je regrette juste de ne pas être venu plus tôt ! L’emplacement est incroyable : une petite faim, des courses, un café, un brunch, une pharmacie, ou même une envie de prier… tout est à moins de 3 minutes. La literie est incroyable. La chambre est parfaite, avec balcon, et chaque chose est au bon endroit : les interrupteurs, les prises… Pas besoin de se mettre par terre pour charger son téléphone ou de se cogner le petit orteil parce que l’interrupteur est à l’autre bout de la chambre. Et le meilleur pour la fin : le personnel. Une vraie famille ! Vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit, ils feront le maximum pour vous satisfaire. Besoin de piles à 23h ? Ils sont partis les acheter pour me les ramener. Du voiturier au portier, à la réception, sans oublier les femmes de ménage : c’est un sans-faute dans le recrutement. Mise a part les soucis de douche pendant les heures creuses rien à dire !

A colleague even speaks German. - You arrive in front of the building and if you have a reservation you can head into the garage right away. - Ask for breakfast and be amazed of the service. - If you want a relaxing stay in the middle or Casablanca, this is the place you need. Uniforms great yet staff was untrained, no idea in hospitality etiquette. They are poor at best. Welcome poor. Checkin poor. Description of room poor. Call to desk, no clue and tells me need to come to desk. Get to desk, clueless. Departure poor. All watched as I unloaded bell cart into van. Get into van, burning hot, not pre cooled, driver was filthy dirty and had ho idea of service. No door opening for guests, no luggage assist…trust me stay elsewhere!

• Hicham (10/5): - Séjour exceptionnel à Casablanca ! L’hôtel est idéalement situé, les suites sont spacieuses, très propres et surtout avec terrasse, ce qui est rare à Casablanca. Le personnel a été adorable du début à la fin, toujours disponible et professionnel. Mention spéciale pour le confort de la literie et la qualité du petit déjeuner servi en chambre. L’ambiance est calme, sécurisée et le service de navette est très pratique, Merci a hotman et Abdelali abdelmajid. Je recommande sans hésiter pour un séjour en couple, en famille ou professionnel. Merci encore à toute l’équipe pour l’accueil !

• Wasim (10/5): - Coordinating a trip for a large group can be tricky but this aparthotel made it very easy. We booked 4 apartments and every single one had a beautifully modern and high end feel. The location is incredibly convenient and central making it the perfect base for manouvering around Casablanca. What really set this place apart though was the staff. Everyone was so welcoming but we have to give a special mention to the receptionist Ibtissam and the wonderful caretaker. They were both genuinely helpful and friendly, and they truly elevated our entire experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Casablanca
• KHALID (10/5): فندق جميل جدا وراقي ومكتمل لكن ينقصه بعض الهدوء فيي الادوار السفلى لانه وسط المدينة وهي مزية بالاحرى - تجاهل الادارة لطلبات الضيوف التي ترفق بالحجز لا همية لها للاسف الشديد وهذي مسؤلية بوكنق ايضا مشكلة متكرره دائما وكان الذي ياتي عن طريق بوكنق لا يؤبه به
