• Sara Melisa (8/5): Agradable - The location is amazing, just in the right of the center of the city. The appartment is renovated so eveything is in good shape. There is no way to speak directly with a host, there is for sure an automatic bot that answers all the messages. So, our concerns were not actually solved. The shower was flooding, so the bathroom was constantly wet. The outside door of the building did not lock.
• Ismail (4/5): Great location, but very noisy and the bed could be more comfortable. - The location of the apartment is excellent and very convenient for exploring Porto. Everything was easily accessible and the check in process was smooth. The apartment was extremely noisy. You can hear a lot from outside, but especially from the people upstairs every step, creaking sound, and movement was very noticeable. It felt like there was almost no sound insulation. The bed was also quite small and not very comfortable, which made sleeping less enjoyable.

• Oliver (7/5): Wen die oben genannten Punkte nicht stören, trifft mit diesem Apartment eine sehr gute Wahl. - Die Lage ist sensationell gut ! Die Schlafmöglichkeiten sind gut für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern. Das Schlafsofa ist sehr schmal (120 cm) Vom Stockwerk darüber ist jeder Schritt zu hören.

PERO en el apartamento de una habitación, la habitación no tenía ventilación. Mal distribuido. Y el extractor de la cocina estuvo funcionando constantemente. Desde que entramos. Informé de ello pero no vinieron a solucionarlo.

• Doğuer (3/5): - Konumu güzeldi, yatak rahattı ve temizlik iyiydi. Odaların içinde parke döşemeleri gerçekten çok ses çıkarıyor. Üst katımızda kalan misafirler sanki üzerimizde zıplıyorlar ya da yürüseler bile yüksek sesten uykudan uyanıyoruz. Geceleri saat 4-5 gibi şarkı söylüyorlar zil zurna sarhoşlar. Üstüne kapılarımız vuruluyor zile basıyorlar. Bu nedenle konaklamamızı erken sonlandırmayı talep etmiş olmamıza rağmen talebimiz olumlu sonuçlanmadı. Üç gün boyunca aynı olayları yaşadık. Uykusuz kaldığımız için yeteri kadar dinlemedik. Su ısıtıcımız elektirik sigortasını attırıyordu, yeni bir tanesiyle değiştirieceği iletildi ancak biz göremedik.
• Catarina (4/5): Péssimo atendimento. - Gostei da localização Não gostei do atendimento quase nulo. Éramos 4 pessoas, quando chegámos o sofá cama não tinha lençóis. Contatei o alojamento por várias vezes e não obtive resposta. As duas crianças tiveram que dormir num sofá sem lençóis, utilizei toalhas de banho para cobrir o sofá porque não tinha outra alternativa. Referi ao alojamento a urgência nesta situação, quando estava no alojamento, mas não obtive qualquer ajuda.

• Adèle (4/5): Très déçus par la prestation - Appartement très bien situé dans Porto, tout est possible à pied. Impossible d'avoir une réponse à une question avant notre arrivée. Nous voulions déposer nos sacs en début d'après midi pour ne pas avoir à les porter. Sans réponse de leur part nous y sommes allés et en arrivant ils ont refusé nos sacs! Pomme de douche et gel douche cassés. Beaucoup d'espace perdu dans l'appartement et chambre très petite, pas la place de fermer la porte qui bloque dans le lit.
• Aurélie (8/5): Très agréable pour séjourner dans le cœur de Porto - L’appartement était parfait : très bien situé, propre et bien équipé. Il manquait un peu de rangement, et un crochet pour les serviettes dans la salle de bain serait très pratique, car il n’y a pas d’autre endroit prévu.
• emmanuelle (8/5): Très bon rapport qualité prix - L’appartement est très bien agencé et très bien situé . par contre petit bémol, si vous arrivez avec des valises, il faut savoir qu’il est au troisième étage sans ascenseur et que c’est galère pour se garer en voiture hormis un parking souterrain proche mais n’y laissez pas votre voiture toute la nuit sinon ça va vous coûter une blinde

• Saray (5/5): Buena ubicación pero mal olor - La ubicación del apartamento es excelente, realmente muy muy bien situada y cómoda para moverse por la ciudad. Tiene todo muy cerca por lo que no hay necesidad de coger ningún tipo de transporte. También es un apartamento espacioso y luminoso, con vistas bonitas a la ciudad. Nuestra experiencia general se tornó negativa debido a un problema importante en la cocina: las ollas, sartenes y cubiertos olían fuertemente a pescado. Intentamos fregarlos varias veces, pero el olor no desaparecía. Esto nos impidió cocinar durante la estancia y nos provocó fatiga y malestar, afectando de forma significativa a nuestra comodidad.

• Marta (5/5): - Apartamento muy bonito, pero no hay NADA de insonorización. Cada vez que alguien entra al edificio, al subir las escaleras se escucha muchísimo ruido, igual que al andar en el piso de arriba. No podíamos dormir. La ubicación es muy buena, son detallistas, limpios, pero totalmente decepcionadas a la hora de dormir. Para una noche como nosotras te saca del paso...
• BEATRIZ (1/5): Mala relacion calidad/precio - La ubicación El climatizador no funcionaba y a pesar de comunicarlo no se resolvió la incidencia. Ventanas mal aisladas, entraba frio y ruido de la calle, se escuchaban las pisadas del piso de arriba y las toallas estaban sucias
• Arianna (1/5): non tornerei - la posizione asciugamani sporchi, tavoletta del wc staccata, doccia otturata che ne rendeva quasi impossibile l’uso (dopo 1 minuto che l’acqua scorreva il bagno si allagava completamente), divano letto piccolo e scomodo (sicuramente non adatto per due persone come descritto). anche quando sono stati fatti presente i problemi appena menzionati non sono stati risolti ma anzi completamente ignorati.

• Wytze (6/5): Goed locatie, modern appartement, slecht geslapen... - Geweldige locatie in de stad, gemakkelijk inchecken. Licht en modern appartement, prima faciliteiten. Zeer gehorig appartement. Als de bovenburen liepen, dan hield dat ons uit de slaap door de krakende vloer. Onze bovenburen hielden ervan om vroeg (5:30 am) op te staan om vervolgens een uur rond te lopen. We hebben daardoor vreselijk geslapen. Ik zou iedereen die goed wil slapen deze accommodatie afraden. De deuren openen met een keypad en er is geen mogelijkheid de deur van binnen te vergrendelen.

• Aurelie (3/5): Non recommandable - L'emplacement était au top, en plein coeur historique de la ville.Tout peut se faire à pied, l' ambiance du quartier très animé nous a beaucoup plu.Mais.... Par contre, l'appartement ne dispose pas de rangements suffisants surtout lorsqu'on voyage à 4. L'appartement a un problème d'humidité, le plafond de la salle de bain est dans un état assez catastrophique, de l'eau fuyait du plafond et notre bac a douche fuyait également. De plus la cuvette était mal fixée. Le logement est mal insonorisé,le plancher craque sous tous les pas et c'est un enfer surtout lorsque les voisins arrivent à 1h et marchent jusqu'à 3h du matin !!!! Les serviettes sont changés tous les jours si on le souhaite, mais elles ne sont pas très propres. Pour ce qui est des draps c'est la même chose...J'ai demandé une alèse pour les enfants qui dormaient sur le canapé, et un changement de ma housse de couette qui était tâchée, ils m'ont répondu qu'ils allaient tout mettre en œuvre pour satisfaire à ma demande mais rien n'a été fait !!! Les enfants ont eu besoin de boules quies car la wmc fait un bruit d'enfer dans le salon.... Et surtout, gros point problématique, un vol d'argent de nos voisins a eu lieu.J'avais lu cela dans un commentaire, et cela s'est également passé lors de notre séjour, ils se seraient fait volés 1000€ par une femme de ménage. Ils ont porté plainte et la police leur a dit que ce n'était pas là première fois que cela arrivait dans cette résidence. Cela nous a quand même refroidi... Le logement n'est pas à recommander.
• Jakub (9/5): We had a very pleasant stay. Apartment was clean and comfortable, the check-in process was smooth. - Everything was spot on: clean, comfortable, and easy check-in. There are plenty of restaurants right next door, and a corner shop with an amazing selection of Portuguese alcohols. And they made one exception for us, thanks! Highly recommended. We noticed a few things in the bathroom that were a bit worn out and loose, but it was manageable for a short stay.
