• ARNALDO (10/5): Crowded for 8 people but good in the end. - It was centrally located, close to everything we want to see in Paris this time. Lots of restaurants,cafes, and shops of all kind in the area. Too small spaces, specially bathrooms; smaller than most I have stayed in Europe. It has a weird design, with a long hall and glass walls on two of the bedrooms.

• Kristen (8/5): Great location, sleeps 10, very small - Lots of beds and 2 toilets with 3 showers. So tiny in regards to hallway and stairways. The pictures are beautiful, the space is so small. The toilet in the hallway is the size of one on a small boat. My husband couldn’t have a seat in there. Also you are dropped off a block and a half away because cars can’t drive down the road the entrance is on. Would have been helpful to know.

• Ricardo (9/5): Great location...Well maintained apartment. - The toilet space was certainly not to compliance specification - it was too small for a normal person to fit in.

• Praveen (4/5): Not value for the money, needs better attention when someone reports any issues - The property is a central location and easy access to many places and good restraunts in the vicinity The property is tiny and looks like they have squashed a studio apartment to fit 4 hours and then the bathrooms can the tiniest you can find and build, the advertised location on booking.com is different to the actual apartment and thus is nestled inside… There is no one to help you, in our stay one of the tiny bathrooms very unusable as the shower doors were not in position, we reported and they said someone will come to fix and no one bothered to come though… it was inconvenient for the group, no answer from host

Surrounded by bars, restaurants, supermarkets and 3 minute walk to Les Halles large metro stpp. Excellant communication from the hosts. Central to many Parisian land marks. Struggled a few times with apartment door key. A few maintenance issues need to be addressed in the not so distant future. I would not class the property as luxurious. It's quite a tight fit with a sofa bed in the living room. We were a family of 9.

Close to the city lockers where we stored our luggage (we arrived way before check in), easy walk to the Louvre, to Notre Dame, and to the hop on/off boat that we took to the Eiffel Tower. Great neighborhood close to shops and food. The bed pillows were not the most comfy but the decorative pillows worked great. So minor though; the place was great.
• Nora (3/5): Exhausting like camping - The location the 24 hr contact phone number guy that I spoke to the first night we stayed there where it was filthy and didn’t have sheets and pillow cases for the bed there was only 7 people there. Towel warmers Dirty everywhere the curtains the master had poop or stains on it the ac didn’t work do they sent a technician then it worked for a night then it stopped again. Pullout bed not made nor prepared they tried giving each person a towel until they brought more upon my request. They insisted we not check in early but the apartment wasn’t even ready at 1600 hrs. The showers had black mold on the floors. The throws on the bed were not clean. Only one toilet in the master and one toilet for 4 people to share. The washer slash dryer takes 5 hrs to do a load not joking.

• Jade (8/5): Fantastic location and apartment. - The property was designed beautifully and kept very clean. Soft mattresses and pillows. Pictures make the property seem a lot better. Also only one key is provided. I would recommend providing two for big groups.

• Issy (8/5): Excellent location - would stay again, but be aware of issues with noise & bathrooms before booking - The location is really excellent - very central and close to lots of Metro/Train stops. Lots of nice restaurants and bars nearby too. This does mean the street outside the apartment is fairly noisy until around 11pm, but we expected this when making the booking. The kitchen & living space was very nicely decorated, and bathrooms were of good quality with good water pressure. Air conditioning was really effective throughout the apartment. Instructions for collecting the keys and accessing the building were all really clear. The hosts have been very responsive on chat in the lead up & throughout our stay. Storage was an issue - space in the apartment is really tight. There was nowhere to put large suitcases out of the way and only one very small unit for hanging clothes in each room. The corridor & bathrooms are very tight - the corridor requires you to duck around a cupboard sticking out of the wall. Please also be aware there are two toilets in the apartment, however one of which is located in a bedroom en-suite. Depending on the make-up of your group, this may / may not be an issue. The shower in that en-suite is also totally open to the room (I.e not ideal for people staying in that room who aren’t a couple), so again just one to keep in mind. We got a text at 10:15pm on our first night to say we were being too loud for our neighbours, this was frustrating as it was simply the sound of 8 adults eating dinner & tidying up after. The TV wasn’t even on! This did put a dampener on the rest of our stay, as we were incredibly conscious there were clearly some fairly hostile people in the building around us. It was also a little ironic given the noticeable noises from the apartments above us and the street itself, both at that time and throughout our stay.
• Rob (8/5): Comfortable well equipped apartment for a short stay with friends. - Good,quiet location, close to Metro and plenty of restaurants. Toilet very small, bathrooms small but just about ok.
• Ramesh (8/5): Beautiful apartment, centrally located , nicely decorated. perfect for 6-8 people. - Location, cleanliness and ease of check-in&out This is a small apartment, definitely not meant for 10-12 people as listed. There is one full bath, two showers and one toilet. So not really three full bathrooms.
• Alex (7/5): Good - Excellent location, expected a small space, central Paris of course, even though the photos suggest otherwise, but the property is tired and has a few hazards yet promoted as the ‘bees knees’ the lights didn’t work in the hallway to the property, lots of expectations from the host about keeping noise down, taking pictures on arrival incase of damage etc etc, large credit card reserve taken before any info would be provided for entering the property so I had high expectations ..turned out the neighbours were the noisy ones, couldn’t help but be A little disappointed with the impression the host gave… still had a super time tho, just expect small and well used and you won’t be disappointed!

We got a phone call at 10.20 to be told we were making too much noise, it was a family of 9 and we were talking.. it took away from the experience having to stay quiet. The noise of the neighbours was very loud and also construction going on.

• Elisabeth (6/5): Pleasant - It had a great location. It’s way too small for 10 people. The restrooms were very small. Also, a few things were broken at arrival. The host also wasn’t very communicative as when we arrived at the apartment, we still didn’t have an access code and we had to call for them to give us it.
• Sheila (6/5): It was nice for us to all have our own beds, since there were 4 of us. But the bathrooms were terribly designed and smal - Location was wonderful! Most of the outlets didn’t work. The stairwell was incredibly dirty. The bathrooms were very tiny! Uncomfortably tiny.

• Angelica (1/5): Bad - the property has a nice design and location the property was crammed and small. i have never been to a smaller toilet. they say they have 3 bathrooms but did not specify that there were 3 showers and 2 closets only. but it was not a big deal and we were okay on the first night. however, our second night was horrible. the worst thing about this property is the customer service. we were stuck for an hour because the access machine on the door was broken. they did not pick up the call and we had to bang on the door for the neighbour to let us in. after the incident, they did not try to compensate us or make any effort in making it up to us after such a horrible experience and huge inconvenience caused because they claimed that it was not their fault but merely a technical issue. but they should take responsibility when there is a technical issue with their building because we are also merely tenants and the building facilities and maintenance are none of our business. we simply pay for accommodation and the fact that we paid a premium price for such a 1 star service was very disappointing.
