- Camie (7/5): - once I finally got the instructions it was OK but we only received one key for 4 adults so that caused issues for a few days. The apartment was great but the communications before hand where stressful to say the least. The 'Made comfy' hosts forced me to prove who I was and I had to do we face screening and provide extra proof, (booking.com has all this information which is why I always use them) before they would give me any instructions about property. This is after I had paid in full and also paid for an early check in, which I did not receive and have not been refunded. I kept getting automated messages, dozens of them and no responses to my questions. The whole thing was very stressful and I did not know if I was actually going to get into this apartment. It felt like a scam. I can honestly say this was the most stressful communications I have ever had on booking.com in 10 years! It is a shame as the apartment was good. Oh, I asked for an extra bed sheet and they tried to charge me over $100 for it, pretty poor when I had paid in full in advance for 4 adults and they still owed me for the early check in deposit. Made comfy you make this whole experience difficult and upsetting.

- Celestien (9/5): Well furnished appartment at excellent location. - Excellent location at walking distance from shops, cafe's, restaurants and public transport into the CBD. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well furnished. Contact with management was easy. We will visit again. On weekend nights the noise from the street can be a bit annoying. With earplugs it was fine. Just don't forget to bring them. (Weeknights were far more quiet). The beds were made with a doona that was too warm for the time of year. Perhaps the owner could also provide some cotton blankets that are more suited for summer as an alternative?

- Daina (7/5): Was ok - Location was good, it was clean, beds we’re comfortable. Upstairs living and kitchen area was a reasonable size, kitchen seemed to have what you needed. No lift, had to carry everything up and down the flight of stairs, remote for car park wasn’t working we had to use the manual button to open garage gate. A bit noisy on Friday night as club is nearby. Apple TV remote had to be charged. Was annoying with the only toilet in bathroom with 4 people sharing.
