• Joseph (5/5): Initially we were skeptical on this accommodation as it seemed very convenient. That proved to be true as it took over a - The location and view are great. The room itself is clean and suitable for short stays. Parking availability is good. Checking into the property was incredibly inconvenient. Ammenities such as towels were missing which required another call to CLIIX support.

• Brenton (8/5): Will stay here again - Location was fantastic and so close to everything. Place was clean, tidy and modern. River and cbd views was able to see the nightlife light show on the Casino Train line was near balcony so was noisy at times. (Room was quiet no issues sleeping)

• Bev (7/5): - Apartment had a great view over the river. Nicely furnished and clean. Great location just a few minutes to Southbank. Air conditioning couldn't be adjusted it was very warm in the unit. No fans and couldn't have doors or windows open at night because it is directly above the train line and on a bend so the scraping noise on the tracks is really loud. I wouldn't choose to stay there again.

• Stefanie (6/5): Convenient stay for an event at the Convention Centre - Convenient location for the convention centre. Spacious one bedroom apartment with balcony. Rooftop pool was closed for renovation, I had this booked for months in advance and received no communication the pool would be out of order, only after we arrived, paid, and then saw a sign in the lift. Left us with no opportunity to book somewhere else with a pool instead, very frustrating! Check in and check out locations changed, again with no notification until we showed up. Shower head was dismal, barely able to wash yourself with the light mist it gave off. I provided my feedback about the pool and lack of communication overall, an apology was provided but no resolution - I would expect the price to be adjusted considering the lack of facilities with it being a deciding factor for booking the accommodation.

Unfortunately, notification of the pool closure occurred after booking. The information regarding check in was confusing as the information initially took me to a sister building. However, this was easily rectified.

• Maryann (8/5): Great Position, beautiful views, clean apartment but dreadfully hot in the bedroom in the morning - The Location was fantastic and the views were breathtaking. The infinity pool was beautiful and the apartment is clean and comfortable. The bedroom in the morning is extremely uncomfortably hot. It's like a sauna with the sun directly on the glass. For this reason alone I will not come back and neither can I recommend it. I could not sleep past 7.30, even with the aircon on, that made no difference to the heat in that room. The TV is annoying. On the first night we had to get someone to come and scan for the channels. every time we switched the TV, we had to do the same thing - annoying. The other small thing is that the shower head needs to be changed. It sprays everywhere.

• Melanie (3/5): Disappointing - Location Staff weren’t helpful when having issues with parking had to run back-and-forth around the block because I didn’t have any reception staff at the hotel and we had to go back to the other hotel who obviously runs it each time, given incorrect parking instructions, hard to find parking, no signs. Line a rabbit warren, Took an hour and a hour to try and find parking, once we found it someone was parked in our space. Shower has no water pressure, unit smelt like cigarette smoke, they also take a $200 bond but then don’t tell you that they don’t give it back up to 7 to 15 days later

• Jana (10/5): Excellent value for money - great views - The receptionist was excellent and very helpful. The views from the apartment (I was on Level 29) were spectacular! Clean, modern, and well-equipped apartment. The parking - it is a bit complicated setup. My first spots was taken. So, I had to call the reception to get another spot and that also took a while to find. Additionally, there are two sets of lifts and I was not told that by the reception. So, I ended up in a wrong one and my token did not work. I had to call the reception 3x to find out that I was actually in a wrong tower. There seems to be an overseas call centre and they did not know the building.

• Sharon (10/5): Incredible view and great value - The view was incredible. I was on the 29th floor looking right over Brisbane CBD. The apartment had everything I needed. Paid parking was available and easy to access. The people at reception were lovely. Value for money was excellent and much cheaper than Brisbane CBD and the view was better. The bathroom could do with a brighter light for doing make up.
• Peter (4/5): Handy location, but poor environment - Location of the hotel was handy to restaurants in Fish Lane and the Convention Centre. It was also handy to access public transport The hotel is right on top of the train line, with screeching wheels going past all hours of the day and night. We were on the 11th floor and still couldn't have a conversation when trains were going past. The lounge was also very uncomfortable to sit on and the pillows were very hard.

• Deryck (8/5): Perfect location. Quiet. Lovely facilities. Street cafes/ bars / restaurants set for a great vibe - I had a late arrival. Was quite a wait to locate the site manager to get the keys from another location. Entrance to garage I had to park car walk around and locate how to enter.

• Sarah (10/5): Amazing views in the centre of the south bank - Fabulous we ended up on the 27th floor with magnificent views across the river to the city. Very comfortable beds with an amazing view from the bedroom and balcony. A full kitchen and well located with bars, restaurants, takeaways and supermarkets a few minutes walk away. So were the museums and the river front . Staff were helpful and friendly, apartment was clean and well maintained with laundry facilities too. A great place to stay right in the heart ♥️ of the south bank. Check in was in a neighbouring Property which was a bit of a faff but the room made up for it.
