- Terry (5/5): The fact that there is zero support or contact with the owners would lead me to certainly not recommend this property. - Clean apartment, well located with a good private gym. TV was not connected to any aerial or cable. Socket on tv appeared to be missing, cable from wall hanging loose. So we did have access to YouTube and Stan, but not to any terrestrial television. We contacted MadeComfy, the agent, who repeatedly told us they were passing our query into “our team” and thanked us for our patience. But otherwise did nothing. Other minor issues were utensils broken in the kitchen, and the salt and pepper mills being for show - they showed no signs of ever being filled. They were minor issues - but they brought to light the fact that there is no support at all, once you are staying in the property. There is no management on site, but also there is zero contact with the owner. MadeComfy, the agent, simply sends replies that appear to possibly be AI, and don’t actually put you in contact with the owner or resolve any issues. Also I found annoying that after booking the accommodation, to keep the reservation i had to send photos of my driving licence,and myself, within 48 hours, otherwise the booking would lapse.

This was a c - Good location The kitchen wall was dirty along with the skirting boards and headboard. Very dusty. Uncomfortable bed. Door out to the terrace was broken so couldn’t access out there either.

- Sheryl (10/5): Great location - The location was ideal for everything we needed. 20 minute walk to MCG, 20 minutes to Botanical Gardens Landscape show, and IGA next door for supplies Bed a little hard and very little shower gel

- Leanne (6/5): Great location, too noisy! - Great location for the tennis, furnishings are cute and comfy! The apartment is very noisy. It's located on level 12 right next to the lifts and terrace, unfortunately no onsite staff monitoring use of the terrace so lots of late night noise from people coming and going. All the doors constantly slam, you can also hear a lot of noise from the apartment above that doesn't seem to stop. I reached out via the chat to get some assistance with security & noise issues but was told nothing could be done.

- Kieran (8/5): A lovely apartment very close to the heart of Melbourne - Beautiful apartment in good location, nice views. Plenty of space. The apartment was generally clean and comfortable. It was difficult to access parking without instructions, would be great if parking instructions were included. The shower didn’t drain properly, we had to open the drain and scoop out hair and scum which was DISGUSTING. Would have been better if we didn’t have to do this. When we contacted the manager we were told to buy a bottle of draino if we wanted.
Access to public transport wasn’t fabulous with a 10 minute walk in any direction to get a train or tram, however the apartment was well situated.
It was difficult to understand how to work the stovetop. It would have been great to have some instructions for this.
To access details about the apartment (such as the address or how to check in) required sending photos of ID and my face to a third party for ID verification. This felt extremely unsafe and like I was going to have my identity stolen. I was not warned of this prior to booking.

- Brianna (5/5): It was okay, - Location of the property was easy to get to! We didn’t like how uncomfortable everything was, the bed and couch where awful!
We also didn’t like that we didn’t get precise instructions on where to park, what levels or the facilities where on etc.
the room also wasn’t cleaned great, with dishes still in the dishwasher, grubby doors and crumbs in the oven tray. It also had a really bad smell when we arrived.
- Ann (8/5): Very good - The apt very well up keep. Clean environment and provide all the nessary cleaning needs for a stress free stay. Only provide 1 set of basic toiletries for 8 days of stay. Need to buy my own shower and shampoo. Should provide at least provide 1 set per pax per day since there is no daily room cleaning.

- Alexis (9/5): amazing and very comfortable stay! - The location, the amazing roof top deck & the spa sauna facilities were all amazing! the apartment is perfect for a couple or single! walking distance to Richmond station and shops. loved it! bit of traffic noise but only if windows were open!
