• Din (1/5): Extremely disappointing stay - We stayed at this property for 3 nights, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely unpleasant due to serious, unresolved issues with the property. Water started leaking from both top-floor bathrooms directly onto the bed in the downstairs main bedroom, while two of our family members were sleeping in it and also into the kitchen, where it dripped directly onto our food. At the same time, the electricity short-circuited and the entire downstairs area lost power. We feared a serious safety hazard from water getting into the electrical system. Both top-floor bathrooms have on-wall water heating systems and they were malfunctioning. The temperature fluctuated between freezing cold and scalding hot with no ability to adjust it. When water was used elsewhere in the house, the showers stopped heating entirely. We were offered another apartment (Sunbeam house 2) in the same building for part of our group, but its main door couldn’t be locked, raising further security concerns. Although the host visited the property after we reported the problems and personally witnessed them, they later denied the extent of the issues and refused to offer any compensation. This property is advertised as a four-bathroom house, but only one shower was usable. I would strongly advise future guests to think twice before booking this property and getting their service.
