- Mary-Jane (5/5): It was ok. wouln't stay again. Hot water not hot. Batterys flat in remote. Kitchen Power dangerous - had to go to a shop to get the keys. Instructions hard to follow from the third party as the link kept being removed and had to email then separately
- lisa (8/5): 408/78 Inkerman street St.Kilda - Location was good for what we needed. No instructions with the keys and fobs. Having to pick up keys from a shop half a kilometer away. When really a key box could be attached to the property and a code given at time of arrival, maybe. The aircon vent in the main living room has never been cleaned as it was covered with thick dust. The sink in the bathroom would fill and not drain like it should. The kitchen sink tap handle came off easily and needed to be put back on. Could do with a new tap. The shower door track was a mouldy, not cleaned adequately. The beds were clean and comfortable. Overall the place was tidy. Could do with some maintenance. Communication with madecomfy was satisfactory. Could do with having one person to speak with as you have to keep repeating yourself.

- Tana (8/5): Cozy convenient getaway next to convenient tram and bus stops. - The decor was very nice and aesthetic, us being right next to the peninsula express skybus pickup/drop off as well as the 3/67 tram to melbourne central was also very convenient We weren't given enough dishwasher powder or laundry powder for everyone to use for our 2 week stay so we bought more, same with toilet paper.

- Casabianca (7/5): Comfy, and a great location, but needs a bit of TLC. - Location was great, and very comfy. No instructions were given that the garage remote wasn’t with the keys, so we spent nearly an hour trying to work out how to get inside the property with clear ways approaching.
Had we been advised in the check in information the buzzer was inside this would’ve been a big improvement.
A couple of issues including the 2nd bedroom light not working, lucky there was a lamp, bathroom sink didn’t drain properly and the oven only worked on grill weren’t ideal.
- Erin (6/5): Not as convenient as advertised. - Had everything we needed for a comfy stay. The elevator is out of order. Only access to the property is via the fire access. Some doors are locked, making it very difficult to get in and out. No after hours emergency contact available, if it wasn’t for residence we would t have been able to get into the apartment.
- Harrison (7/5): Comfortable, but needs a little improvement. - Comfortable, great facilities. No check in instructions were sent prior to our arrival. No hand soap was provided in the bathroom. No towels were provided for the second bedroom. No instructions were given to access the wifi.
