• Khairul Ahmad Fitri (6/5): acceptable for a short stay - parking provided, the location is quite close to town, and the space was suitable for 6–7 people aircond was slow and underpowered for the room size. The water filter couldn’t be used due to a broken connector. Towels were not provided. The master bedroom had no wardrobe or proper place to hang clothes, and the toilet flooring was in poor condition. condo area itself is a bit far from convenience stores if walking

• Queenmanja (5/5): Overall ok hope host can take a look into toilet cleanliness also make sure can watch tv - The property was ok BUT cannot watch tv, has chat host but NO REPLY at all The toilet not so clean
• Abdul (9/5): Nice short stay with family, will come again to this homestay if travelling to Ipoh again. - Nice location, around city centre. Very clean, nice beds. Good value for money. If Internet access wifi is working to use tv, it will be a perfect stay.

• Chua (5/5): Passable - Everything is good, nice n cozy. Until there’s 1 cockroach coming out n flew to the dining table which spoiled the images to the unit

• Amir (6/5): Cinnamoroll in da house! - 1) Neat and clean facility 2) The Cinnamoroll concept is very much loved by my daughter 3) Iron and hair dryer provided 1) No grill in the facility, which can be very dangerous for small kids - had to constantly remind my small daughter to stay away from the windows. 2) To provide extra rubbish plastic bags 3) The rooms are pretty tied to accommodate 7 pax - accommodating up to 5 pax would be more comfortable 4) Shower water pressure can be improved if water heater with pump is installed instead 5) There is a construction site in front of the building block - disrupting external view and noise pollution.
• Celestine (8/5): Good - The location was near to places that we wanted to go. Easy access to the property. Basic household utensils and amenities. Air cond and TV was good. (Netflix and youtube accessible) Clean Parking lot was a bit confusing. Bed was ok but 1 of it was a noisy.
• Awwab (8/5): Working trip with family - No such difficult process to check-in, no need any ridicululous security deposit, fast check-in just park and straight to house, kuromi themed are the best as my daughter's love it,
• Natasha (10/5): SIAPA YANG MINAT KUROMI BOLEH STAY DEKAT SINI - 1. -Strategic location =The location is very strategic, easily accessible, and suitable for various purposes. 2. -Close to hospital/city center =It is situated near the hospital and city center, making daily activities more convenient and efficient. 3. -Dedicated parking available =A dedicated parking space is provided, offering comfort to visitors without worrying about finding a parking spot. 4. -Beautiful and serene view =The place offers a stunning and peaceful view, perfect for relaxation and unwinding. 5. -Kuromi everywhere =The most exciting part is that Kuromi can be found everywhere, adding charm and uniqueness to the place! There was a jug with a logo of an alcoholic beverage brand, which might be better replaced with a neutral jug to ensure all guests feel comfortable especially for Muslim guests. Additionally, parking is located between blocks C and D, which made us circle around to find a spot for the car. In the end, we had to ask the guard for assistance to find parking.

The only thing that I personally felt that the decor a bit too much with all the cartoon characters and literally all over the apartment. No floor mat and kitchen towel provided and i felt this two is a must. No detergent for laundry was provided and overall it was a good apartment. The sounds of the construction in the building and nearby can be irritating. Construction sounds all over tie place Pool very dirty Floor Mat & kitchen towel nor provided Proper glass not provided and only beer glasses
