• Nathalie (1/5): - I had a very disappointing experience with MadeComfy. I was given the wrong code to check into the property, which caused unnecessary stress. The listing advertised free parking, but the designated spot was already occupied by another car. On top of that, the MadeComfy team showed poor communication and lacked professionalism when addressing these issues. Based on my experience, I do not recommend booking with MadeComfy.

While there were some minor issues, it was great valu - Good location, lovely living space, good kitchen Noisy - mainly because of the location so you take the good with the bad. Beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable. The combination of noise and uncomfortable beds made it hard to sleep

• Linda (10/5): Location was fabulous - Location was superb Remote for garage could have been with the door keys to make it easier, rather than park go up the stairs and unlock two doors, then come downstairs and use remote to get into the property.only 2 tea bags for 2 people over 3 days was an oversight.
• Surtini (6/5): Satisfactory stay if you are not fussy about details. - The property area is relatively quiet and accessible to the city. Unclear instructions on how to enter the apartment building and apartment itself. There was no indication that we had to access the unit through climbing of a flight of stairs. It was a big “no no” if you are bringing elderly or anyone who had done leg surgery prior. The key for glass panel in the unit was bent. We had a hard time opening the glass panel, extremely worried that the key might break during the process. Website direct chat link was not working. We gotten help from the team only when i had to make phone call. There was no indication in Booking.com that the property has no air-conditioning. It was lucky that we visited at spring time and it was more or less cooling at night. The hob in the kitchen was not working…’the fridge also stopped for some reason and revived after we switched the power off and on again.
• Paul (8/5): Well Placed Stay in Fitzroy - Very well placed for several trams. Lots of bar and food options very locally. Good kitchen & laundry facilities in the apartment. We had a slight problem with entry codes and code locks on arrival (around 8 p.m.) but the phone help line given was excellent and helped work out the problem and get us in a.s.a.p. (The problem was the web based instruction gave pictures & showed extra keys to press but my cut & paste text notes didn't). There is noise from the regular trams nearby & a bit from local bars. Not excessive and didn't bother me too much but if you are a very light sleeper it might. The room was very hot. There was a big fan provided plus a Dyson stand alone machine but there were no instructions and it was a bit hit and miss getting to run a) Cold & b) with the swivel working.
• Joan (2/5): Staying in an apartment that is not clean is not a pleasant stay. So disappointing, overpriced for what we got. But loca - Location Location great but it ends there. On arrival we found the following: Really dirty marked rug in living room Bed linen all stained and marked Bottom of bath with shower over was very dirty. Dishes and cutlery dirty and we had to wash before use Oven trays filthy There were no spare towels or bed linen We did not get a remote for fan in bedroom and therefore it was hot and uncomfortable. Eventually after me chasing them for 2 1/2 days a fan was delivered. The apartment was up 2 flights of stairs and no lift which was not mentioned in listing. Bathroom had shower over bath. Had I known about these two things Iwould not hv booked as I have both a hip and knee replacement which were not easy to manage under these circumstances.
