Rien, le seul point est qu'il faut absolument un scooter pour visiter l'ile, mais ce n'est pas propre a l'hôtel.

• Christopher (10/5): Peaceful with a perfect view - EVERYTHING! From start to finish our honeymoon stay at Better View was exceptional. Jerome was the perfect host, pleasent and helpful. Our room was clean, comfy and cosy with lots of thoughtful touches including razor and mosquito plugs. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Everyone did there best to make our stay wonderful. They arranged trips and taxis for us and suggested places to visit. The grounds are pretty and well kept with beautiful night time lights. The pool is clean and relaxing and the sea was perfect for a swim at high tide. We were so sad to leave. We at Railay now and do not like it here - all we really want to do is go back to Better View. • Kerstin (10/5): Oase auf Yao Yai - Eine Oase!! Tolle Zimmer, tolle Aussicht. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Absolute Empfehlung. Es gibt einen Spielbereich für Kids. Der Pool ist toll. Essen und Getränke super. Jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt. Frühstück könnte ausgebaut werden.
• Florian (10/5): Schönes Resort auf Koh Yao Yai - Die Lage des Resorts ist sehr schön. Sehr ruhig. Personal ist sehr nett und kümmert sich um alles. Es gibt keinen Strand, aber man kann über eine Treppe ins Meer gehen oder mit einem Scooter zum nächsten Strand fahren. Frühstücksangebot könnte abwechslungsreicher sein.

• Märcher Mikkelsen (10/5): Vi ankom fredag eftermiddag, og skulle tjekke ud tirsdag. Men stedet var så fantastisk, at vi bookede en ekstra nat, og - Værelset var virkelig vidunderligt, med den flotteste udsigt. Man kan leje scooter på stedet, som er nødvendigt for at komme omkring. Men det er klart den bedste måde at opleve øen på, og personalet er meget hjælpsomme med tips til oplevelser. Det ligger desuden meget tæt på havnen og Laem Haad Beach, som er den smukkeste strand. Jeg kan varmt anbefale dette sted! Morgenmaden bestod af en engelsk og fransk menu, der var sammensat på forhånd. Vi manglede lidt variation, eller mulighed for at justere menuen en smule. Men maden var rigtig god.

• Celvin (7/5): Viertägiger Aufenthalt - - Schöner, großer Bungalow mit schönem Ausblick auf die Hong Islands. - Der Rollerverleih war sehr unkompliziert. - Es gibt zwei Frühstücksoptionen (französisch / englisch), die für den Preis nicht gerechtfertigt sind. - Der Pool ist schön, aber einige Mosaiksteinchen fehlen und die Matten auf den Liegen sind, ebenso wie die Sitzmöglichkeiten vor dem Bungalow, relativ ungepflegt. - Der Room Service ist unserer Meinung nach verbesserungswürdig - unsere Seife wurde nicht nachgefüllt und Handtücher gibt es nur frische, wenn man danach fragt.
• Kathleen (10/5): Caring and kind staff made our stay exceptional - The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. When we got there, there was a mixup with our booking and they actually didn’t have a room even though we were confirmed on Booking.com. They took such good care of us and put us in a hotel a couple doors down the street with our own private pool an absolutely beautiful room and amazing location. Then the next day we moved back with them. To make things right they gave us a scooter for the day and a map to explore the island. Amazing sunrise location. There wasn’t much of a beach, even though we were right on the sea, but the pool was beautiful

• Willeke (8/5): Heel goed! - Wij hebben hier echt een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Jerome was een hele vriendelijke gastheer. Als er iets was werd het per direct opgelost. De locatie is prachtig! Heerlijk zwembad en ook fijn dat er een restaurant is waar je goed kan eten. Ik zou hier zeker terugkomen. Wij vonden het matras wat doorgezakt, deze is aan vervanging toe en de wifi in het huisje was niet heel goed.

• Klaus (10/5): Ein schönes Ressort mit sehr grossen und toll eingerichteten Bungalows - Es ist ein sehr schönes Ressort mit sehr großzügigen Bungalows, einem riesigen Bade- und Duschbereich und größer Terrasse. Wir hatten einen direkten Meerblick. Der Chef des Ressort ist sehr hilfsbereit, man kann sich direkt dort auch Roller ausleihen. Dir Cocktails waren erstklassig. Nichts. Dass das Ressort keinen eigenen Strand hat und man dort nicht baden kann, ist bekannt und hat uns nicht gestört. Es gibt einen schönen Pool. Wer das nicht möchte, müsste woanders übernachten. Strände gibt es einige, die gut mit dem Roller zu erreichen sind.

The staff were very helpful and friendly - Jerome helped me to arrange a cake for my partner’s birthday which was very much appreciated! We also did the private longtail boat around the Hong Islands booked through the hotel which was brilliant! Hotel was great value and we would return in the future, thank you for a lovely stay!

Von dort kam Abends mal länger lautere Musik und Nachts wurde Müll verbrannt. Dafür kann das Resort aber nichts.

Die tragen den Gästen das Essen und Trinken überall hin. In der überdachten Gaststätte oder direkt am Meer kann man das tolle Frühstück und Abendbrot genießen. Wir waren begeistert!! Auchdie Terrasse vor dem Bungalow mit eigenen Liegen und Sitzgelegenheit war toll. Ebenso der tolle Blick aufs meer sowohl vom Pool als auch vom Restaurant aus. Das Essen im Restaurnt war ausgezeichnet, auch der Pool-Service war toll! Der Chef und das Personal sind ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und freundlich! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Ko yao yai est définitivement la perle du sud de la Thaïlande pour qui recherche la tranquillité Dans le futur, nous adorerions un troisième choix pour le petit déjeuner, un bol de fruit/yoghurt/muesli, avec un trait de miel sur le dessus 😋😋😋

• Toni (10/5): Betterview has everything and more - The betterview way exceeded our expectations , from the moment we arrived and were met warmly by Jerome this place is a slice of heaven , breathtaking. The care that Jerome has for his boutique hotel can be felt throughout the property, the small touches of detail ensure that you don’t want for anything, the bungalows are so well equipped, large and authentic with amazing views. Staying in Koh Yao Yai is the ideal location for trips and also 30 minute speedboat to krabi, Phuket the ferry service is excellent we hired a scooter from Jerome and visited elephant beach well worth the trip. After a days island hopping the betterview is the perfect place to come back to to unwind in tranquil beauty we will definitely return. 100% recommend Nothing couldn’t fault it

The beach is not great for swimming, but you can do lovely long walks in the sand. Food and drinks were exceptional and the staff were really friendly. The bungalows are slightly worn out but they’re very spacious, comfy, and well equipped.
• John (10/5): Fantastic value for money, great accommodation and great host and staff - The host Jerome was very welcoming and helpful with where to go on the island as we rented a motorcycle from him, once checked in our room was lovely and the pictures don’t do it justice, all staff very friendly and Jerome organised our ongoing trip to the next island with a taxi, boat taxi all on time even when we landed in Koh Phuket a taxi was waiting to take us to the airport! Nothing to dislike

• Lea (10/5): Perfekt für eine entspannte Zeit am Meer und zum Roller fahren der beste Ort in Thailand. - Hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Das Zimmer ist wunderschön das Bett ist sehr gemütlich. Uns wurde direkt bei unserer Ankunft gesagt welche Strände um welche Uhrzeit am schönsten sind, wann der Sonnen auf und Untergang ist usw. Die Aussicht direkt aufs Meer ist atemberaubend schön.

• Severine (10/5): Excellente expérience ! - Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cet établissement tenu par Jérôme, un français. Une dizaine de bungalows, c’est parfait pour une ambiance tranquille à taille humaine. Jérôme peut à votre demande organiser le transfert depuis l’aéroport de Phuket. Nous avons aussi pu louer sur place un tres bon scooter. Ce qui marque le plus au delà de la beauté de chaque bungalow, c’est la vue exceptionnelle au petit déjeuner avec le lever du soleil. La terrasse donne un point de vue rare et féerique. N’y allez pas pour la plage, c’est en front de mer mais il n’y a pas de plage. Peu importe, le scooter vous fera découvrir des plages magnifiques et des villages authentiques sur cette superbe île. N’hésitez pas aussi à découvrir l’île voisine Kho Yao Noi et à demander à Jérôme de vous organiser une excursion privée vers des îles sublimes alentours ! En bref, nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour ici ! Merci aussi au personnel !

Better place ! - Quel bonheur, un havre de paix pour bien terminer notre voyage en Thaïlande, ici pas de tourisme de masse et pas une méga structure , un petit coin de paradis , la vue sur mer et îlots , les bungalows confortables ou rien ne manque ( peignoirs , chaussons , mini bar , bouilloire et j'en passe, le moindre détail y est ! Dès l'accueil on s'y sent bien , le restaurant est excellent, les cocktails très bons , le farniente au bord de la piscine et le calme . Location de scooters sur place et prêt de vélos également , Jérôme vous propose même de réserver pour vous des sorties et excursions en mer et également les transferts aller retour entre l'aéroport et le resort ce qui est un plus si vous ne l'avez pas anticiper . • Jits (10/5): - We hebben een super verblijf gehad! Het huisje was groot en mooi. Groot bad en douche. Heel leuk en rustig zwembad van het resort. Wij huurden geen scooter maar konden fietsen lenen. Maar het allerbeste was het prachtige uitzicht en de uiterst vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar en personeel! We hebben spijt dat we niet langer bleven.

Tout est pensé dans les moindres détails : les logo sur les bouteilles et serviettes, le confort de la literie, l’entretien des bungalows ou même de la piscine … c’est un vrai bijoux on trouve rarement une telle prestation de service et encore moins sur les îles ! Les staff est adorable, et Jérôme le gérant est d’excellent conseil et très gentil ! Bien sûr la vue est fabuleuse … L’emplacement est idéal, location de scooter directement à l’hôtel… j’ai déjà hate de revenir! Il paraît qu’il va encore y avoir des améliorations à venir … incroyable !

• Daniëlle (8/5): Een aanrader voor je verblijf op Koh Yao Yai - We hadden een zeer fijne en ruime kamer met heerlijk terras en mooi uitzicht. De kamer was heel schoon. En het personeel zeer vriendelijk. Ook is er een fijn zwembad. We konden een scooter huren bij het hotel. Een fijne plek voor de zonsopkomst. Het ontbijt was oké. Maar je had slechts keuze uit een Frans of Engels ontbijt. De koffie was niet lekker. Wil je dan een cappuccino, dan moet je extra betalen.

• Michael Anthony (10/5): A great place to stay - From the very start the host was welcoming and shared a lot of information. The hotel was peaceful and quiet Whitchurch made it very relaxing. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size. Bathroom was huge with a separate bath and shower. Food in the restaurant was tasty and well presented. All was really good

• Simge (10/5): - The location looking the sea and pool, the pool and food are excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean. We especially loved the jacuzzi, and I think the hotel manager, Mr. Jerome, speaks excellent English and French, which is great for communication. They handled all our transfers, from getting off the plane to the hotel and then to the next hotel, which made things much easier for us. We were very pleased..
• Darya (10/5): - Excellent hotel with a quiet location. Spacious and clean bungalows. There is a good restaurant at the hotel and a couple more within walking distance. If you want to spend a few days here you might want to rent a scooter. The beach by the hotel is not suitable for swimming.
