• wendy (10/5): Amazing Location and The "Butler" Heip is the most Wonderful person! - Amazing! This place is a hidden jewel because of the "Butler" Heip. Heip is amazing, she was the reason that I would recommend this spot to anyone. This location is so lucky to have someone like Heip running the place. She went above and beyond every moment! It felt peaceful, private, and truly relaxing — a quiet luxury stay. The butler service was excellent: attentive, friendly, and respectful. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome, fresh fruits, and the chance to try a local herbal foot soak. The local-style breakfast was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared — a great start to each day. Great for families or couples looking for a quiet, stylish place just 3 minutes from the beach and close to the old town. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely return! Nothing

• Catherine (9/5): Wonderful - We arrived at Hoian Tranquil after a few difficult days of travel sickness. Everything about the property, but especially our hosts, Hiep and Hien, helped us recover and begin to enjoy our holiday again. Their care for us each day - from daily breakfasts to a beautiful foot spa treatment and recommendation of a local tailor - was absolutely wonderful. The pool was a favourite with our kids, we used the bicycles to ride to An Bang Beach and there were plenty of towels! The location was great for us, especially with Thom's Sourdough Bakery next door!
• Mike (9/5): Great stay in a nice place with an excellent villa manager - The hosts Hiep and Hien were fantastic and looked after our family very well. Hiep was always available to answer any questions and provide guidance. They cooked an amazing breakfast every day and we opted for an in villa cooked meal one afternoon and it was fantastic. They really made our stay that bit more special.
• Shae (10/5): Beautiful, Relaxing, Excellent Service - We had the most wonderful stay at Hoian Tranquil Beach Villa. The photos are beautiful and still don’t do the place justice - it’s so serene, and Hiêp and Hiên made the stay so precious - with delicious breakfasts and helping take care of our 8 month old Mila. Location is perfect for quiet beach, cafes and restaurant whilst still accessible to walk to A Bang or a 5 minute ride into Old Town. The pool was beautiful, and each room has lovely little details, with their own ensuite. Services like nails and massages done in the Villa were perfect. We will be back! Nothing
• Krasimira (10/5): An exceptional way to enjoy Vietnam - We had the best time in Vietnam - all due to the warm welcome, wonderful service and fabulous stay at Hoian Tranquill Beach Villa. We are a family of 5 and the villa was incredibly spacious, equipped with all facilities, close to the beach, next door to restaurants & a bakery and with its own pool. But most impressive were Hiêp and Hiêm! They made us feel welcomed, they were warm, kind, generous and incredibly talented. The food was out of this world - whether it was for breakfast or dinner. The care and thoughtful preparation were really appreciated and enjoyed by us. Hiêp went out of her way to make sure our stay was memorable and comfortable. Tranquil is the perfect name for the villa! It was an oasis for us and gave us precious family time. Even 5 stars are not enough to describe how we felt at home, away from home. The Villa is exceptional-there is nothing not to like there
• amanda (10/5): Tranquil Villa - very close to beach . Incredible hosts - We loved this villa - a home away from home . Our host, Hiepngo made it a very special stay . The villa is short walk to the beach and nearby shops and cafe . Very comfortable rooms, lots of space, great pool . Attention to detail. The villa has a piano and guitar which too - great addition . • Nhung (10/5): Beyond expectation - Our family of six (three adults and three children) was looking for more than just a place to stay near the beach and the old town — we wanted a home where we could experience true local culture together. Hoian Tranquil exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s not just a villa, but truly feels like a warm, living home with an authentic cultural soul. The design is beautiful, and every piece inside has a local artistic touch, telling stories that connected with each one of us. There are so many charming corners to explore: a Japanese garden, a BBQ yard, a Tea Room, a music corner with a real piano, guitar, and vinyl player, and a sunset-view bar area. More than a house, Hoian Tranquil is a curated experience and a lifestyle we have always dreamed of. The daily Rituals were so special to our family: waking up at 4 AM to visit the fish market with our butler, cooking fresh home meals in true Hoi An seaside style, enjoying afternoon tea, and relaxing with a traditional herbal foot soak — all arranged perfectly. Picking fresh flowers from the garden each morning to brighten the house became our daily Ritual too. We hardly spent time inside with closed doors. Instead, we kept windows open to welcome the sea breeze, birdsong, wind chimes, and even the distant sound of the ocean. One of the best parts was the warmth and dedication of the Hoian Tranquil team. Their care and quiet thoughtfulness could be felt in every small detail, and they were always there whenever we needed anything. They were more than staff — they became companions on our journey in Hoi An, helping us enjoy everything from beach sports to cultural discoveries both inside and outside the villa. We left with full hearts and wonderful memories. We are sure we will come back to continue our special journey with Hoian Tranquil. Nothing
